I typically don't buy from dealerships for several reasons which include overpriced cars, lack of transparency, and the negotiation process; however, the asking price for the car was competitive. After test driving the car, we had the dealership put the car on a lift to verify the pre-owned auto had zero leaks. We then discovered the front bumper had deep gouges from the previous owner probably parking too far into a parking spot. I was disappointed as the salesman over the phone told me the car was in immaculate condition which I thought was misleading. The salesman we worked with became very defensive after discussing and refused to replace the bumper or work with us on providing the bumper at wholesale cost. The dealership was however able to offer me several very competitive financing rates through several banks. Will Eskridge was a competent and professional Finance Associate and was pleasant to deal with. Overall, I rated Eskridge Lexus of OC "its okay" as the sales staff was difficult to work with however the financing portion of the transaction was smooth and had no complaints about.

I didn't rush me gave me enough time to think about the choices I had! Thank you!! For having amazing staff really friendly and nice!

Ask for Sonny. He is the best. I went there to purchase (not a Lexus--lol) yet they still treated me like a queen. I am a teacher and have been saving 8 years to flat out buy a new used car. I went in, wrote a check, had some laughs,and great coffee, and was on my way home. No pressure, just lots of respect and kindness. Everyone hugged at the end of the transaction. I am forever grateful that God/the universe led me there.

I found a new car online that I was interested in. I went in for a test drive and was totally up front with my credit situation, which really looked like I wouldn t be able to get the car. That didn t affect how I was treated at all. The car I wanted wasn t on the lot yet, and once it finally got there, the purchase was totally seamless. All of the financials were worked out before I got there, so they had everything ready to go when I went in to get the car. We were in and out in no time. My dad co-signed for me, and after the many car purchases he has made in his life, he said this was the best car buying experience he s ever had. I am very happy with the experience I had and my car is amazing!

My wife and I wanted to write a short note complimenting three of your employees, Justin, Kristina and Holger. Justin, the new car sales manager did an extraordinary service for us when my wife's 460 LS was damaged while at your dealership during the last hail storm. In listening to my ranting, he remained cool and calm under fire. He calmed me down and assured me that he understood and then advised me that he would take my issue up with you. Due to his intervention and your approval, we were able to work out a just and reasonable settlement for my wife's LS hail repair. Justin has always been very helpful and friendly to us since we first came into your dealership. At the time of our first car purchase at your dealership, Justin was our finance person. Justin always makes a point of saying hello whenever I am in the dealership, regardless of the reason. He is truly a wonderful and professional sales manager and is certainly one of the reasons we continue to purchase our Lexus cars at your dealership. Holger was the first salesperson we encountered when we first arrived at the dealership back in 2005 and continue to deal with today. He assisted my wife in the selection and purchase process of our first Lexus, a pre-owned certified 2002 LS 430 and we have been coming back for our luxury cars since that time.

Friendly staff. Easy buying experience. Great job by the Finance Manager (Chris Foss). There was a problem with struts and mounts when i test drove, after i purchased the car they replaced them for free! I would recommend.

I was not informed up front about separate diagnos...

I was not informed up front about separate diagnoses charges for each mechanical issue. This is a dishonest practice. I received an email from Eskridge detailing the total cost. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was hit with a surprise charge for a separate diagnosis of an issue I had informed the service department about in the beginning. I was also given the total cost of repair over the phone the day before I arrived to pick up my vehicle. When I complained I was told that is just our policy. So the policy is to mislead the customer and then hit them with an undisclosed charge when they arrive to pay for repairs. Sounds like a great way to treat a valuable customer. NOT!

I wanted to pass on an experience that I recently had with Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma. My wife and I were returning from Colorado to Florida for the winter during the first week of October and the lights on our Uhaul trailer went out. We pulled in to Eskridge Lexus in a busy Friday morning with no appointment and the service manager worked us in for service. While in the waiting room the general sales manager stopped by to admire our dog and speak to us. He personally went out to the service area to check on our car for is and gave us a report on what was going on. The service department did not find anything wrong with our SUV and directed us to the Uhaul dealership where the problem was found to be with the trailer. We were not charged for the time to look at our vehicle. To add to a frustrating day I left my IPad in the service lounge at Eskridge. By Monday the receptionist had called us to tell us that they had found the IPad and arrangements were made for them to send it back to me in Florida. The service and treatment that we received at Eskridge was outstanding to say the least and I wanted to Lexus to know how we were treated. I now know why Eskridge Lexus of Oklahoma is an elite Lexus dealership.

Terrible customer service! Wish I would have bought a Chevy. David Stanley treats us better with my truck than Eskridge does with my wife's Lexus. I'm not sure how the sales people are since we bought the Lexus in Dallas but the service department is the worst.

The experience was great! Earl Twigg was an honest no pressure advocate for this 3rd generation family owned dealership! I have been looking online at pre-owned cars for 6 months (literally) and Earl helped me find the perfect car for my budget and style. I never once felt pressured to buy and Earl made sure I knew that more than once! I knew God led me there for a reason. Now I'm rolling in a loaded Cadillac SRX and couldn't be happier. The financing was a breeze (thank you Will) and I wasn't sitting there for hours like past car buying experiences! I recommend Eskridge to anyone who values service.

Extremely knowledgeable and refreshingly honest sales guy (Earle reminds me of the Treehouse guy on Treehouse Masters). Listened to what i needed and got me into the right car without blowing smoke up my (you know what). The perks the dealership offers are the icing on the cake. Free car washes for life, a gym to work out in any time i like and a ladies day ; nails, massage and shopping every 3rd Tuesday. Gotta love that.

I can t say enough good things about this entire service department. I especially appreciated Christian and how easy he made the whole process. Scheduling was easy, getting a loaner was easy and picking up was easy. Truly, first class service! Thank you Lexus!

He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make our maintenance appointment feel like a breeze. Highly recommend Eskridge and the team there, and special props to Timothy for the wonderful service he provided us with.

I bought a 2019 350 rx last July. My salesman was incredible with absolutely NO pressure. Very thorough and engaged in finding the exact vehicle I wanted. Had to take in for a recall and the service was INCREDIBLE. I was given a courtesy car and Angello, who checked me in, was extremely nice, personable, thorough and got the job done. He communicated with me throughout the day and made sure all went well. First time I have ever experienced this type of treatment in a car service department. Car was washed, vacuumed and full of gas when I got it back. Excellent service.

I went to Lexus for an oil change and inspection on 09/01/20 for my Lexus IS. I was told during my inspection that the tires were rotated wrong and that they would rotate them back for me so the vehicle doesn t get further damage. At the end of my oil change I was assured everything was good now and no further recommendations at the time. It s been a week now and I started smelling a burning smell in my car. I looked at my car and noticed the tires weren t actually rotated back at all! And now I m sure there further damage from lying to me that something was done when it wasn t. I am very upset and mad at this type of disloyalty and disregard of a customers vehicle. If they didn t want to do it just tell me!!! I could have taken it somewhere else but LYING and saying it was taken care of and wasn t is shady practice. I m very disappointed with my service as a new Lexus owner. They definitely don t treat you like family. Now I wonder if the oil change was even done on it or not SMH

Very easy to contact, set an appointment, and bring your car there for service. However, if you got a key online and want them to program it, that ll be $86 whether they can do it or not. Something s wrong with your car, you want them to check, if it s not broken, that ll be $86.

I simply don't take the time to write reviews....I'm too busy...but when a company treats me with the professionalism and care that Curtis (who has sold me 5 vehicles) and Will Eskridge, it is worthy of my time. I can purchase any vehicle I want, but the Eskridge group has continually won my business because of the people that they employ...simply the best. Curtis and Will went the extra mile in finding and delivering the car I wanted, they went beyond the call to provide me with the best car buying experience possible. I so appreciate their attitude and willingness to work with me. Here is to you Curtis and Will....thanks for making a pleasure to do business at Eskridge Lexus.....

Beware! This place employs thieves! Literally. I made the mistake of leaving my Apple AirPods in the car, thinking my valuables would be safe because it s a Lexus dealer. I was sadly mistaken. I m partially to blame for trusting them, but I never will again, nor should you. They offered me a credit off my next service, but why would I want to take my car there again? Who knows what will come up missing next time! Make absolutely SURE you remove anything they can get their hands on or you may not get it back. Not a good first experience at Eskridge, and will probably be my last.

They are top notch in my book. I now live in Texas, but anytime I need any warranty or major work on my RX-350 I bring it to Eskridge. My wife normally brings the vehicle up (and she hates car places) ans she always has a great experience. I can call the previous day and make sure that everything is setup and any questions are taken care of. The waiting area is great and they are very timely. Great Job!

I recently was in the market to look for a new veh...

I recently was in the market to look for a new vehicle. I was considering,
Cadillac, Lincoln and Audi. All excellent cars with outstanding ratings for
safety and performance.

I, however wasn't just looking for that. Where that is great and what I
wanted there is something more. I wanted and looked for; customer service.

I travel overseas several times a year to Asia and am always amazed at the
impeccable customer service the people provide over there, without expecting
a tip. They simply state it is their job. I believe Americans have fallen
short at this very simple yet appreciated gesture.

The Sales Representative which assisted me was Nathan Gardner. Nathan not
only exemplified what customer service should be and used to be in America,
he took it a step further. Never once failing to follow up on any question I
may have had, always insuring every detail of the ES350 I purchased was
explained and understood. He also took the advantage to showcase the RX350 F
to my wife whom was looking for a vehicle.

He took great care and time answering her questions, showing her features
all the while making sure all of the steps needing to be done for my vehicle
were completed in parallel.

I am happy to say we aside from my ES350 we also purchased the RX350 F for
her and plan to pick it up today or tomorrow.

It is employees like Nathan who will insure our return to your dealership.
Great job Eskridge Team and Nathan!

We brought our Lexus here twice to have a battery ...

We brought our Lexus here twice to have a battery replaced. On both occasions I pointed out that the positive battery post and cable had a lot of corrosion. At each visit, I asked for the positive battery connector to be replaced and that anti-corrosion spray be used on the post, but this didn't happen. Needless to say, the third battery in five years went flat on Wednesday December 26th. At least the Lexus dealership in Spring TX listened. A new battery post connector was installed and the post were sprayed.

I just wanted to give a THANKS to Eskridge Lexus and specifically Cowboy Pence. On the day of my son's wedding (just when Mom and everyone else was SPAZZING) I had a catastrophic vehicle issue come up.......It did not involve my Lexus. The first person I though of to call was not AAA it was Cowboy Pence at Eskridge. I made the call to Cowboy and without equivocation he quickly took care of me. Saved: 1) the day 2) the Wedding and 3) my marrage. COWBOY PENCE IS MY HERO AND THE OWNERS OF ESKRIDGE LEXUS ARE SMART TO HAVE SUCH CARING PEOPLE WORKING THERE!!!

As i visit more and more, they seem to get more sn...

As i visit more and more, they seem to get more snobby and rude. Here are some exmaples.
1. I was also told my car was parked uner shade, but it was parked far away without shade instead. I guess it's because i do not have nicer, newer, and more expensive model.
2. Service takes much much longer than it should. It was simple oil change and tire rotation job. People came in much later than i did got done earlier than me.
3. I asked for some services that needed to be done. I keep track of my services through my own log and myCarFax app. Guy at desk told me i dont need to do it even after I told him or her that i want it to be done few times.
4. I asked for quote on high mileage maintenance services through emails, text, and live chat. I asked same quetions 3 times and was told they will send email of quote as soon as possible. I got tired of waiting for days and called service department then i got responses immediately. Someone is not doing or caring about their job.
I will taking my buisness to Lexus of Tulsa from now on.

Mr. R Bilger was the best customer service rep that I have encountered in my four visits. I have Earle Twigg, best customer sales person in used cars and now Ryan the best service rep!! Great notification and great video he showed to to confirm by Hybrid CT 200 H issues that were resolved by Andy!

This dealership is one of the best Lexus dealerships. I purchased a Lexus in 2013 and my salesman was Don Luman he was great. I went by myself and they didn t try to take advantage of me because I was a female. I got a great deal and felt great about my purchase. Also whenever I called I was able to talk to my salesmen at all times. I moved back to GA and purchased another Lexus but I still have Eskridge license plate frame on my car so I advertise for that dealership here in GA. U guys r the best!!!

I have bought a new Lexus from this dealership and the sales department was pretty good. However, I found the Tulsa dealership had much better prices. The service department of this particular dealership in not very accommodating for working people. I have had multiple issues with them in scheduling service appointments. They are not willing to call if they are booked and have a cancellation. It is unfortunate that a luxury dealership has such a poor service department.

Ray Shannon is the best service agent whom with I have ever had the privilege of working. He is the best in the business. Trust is the most critical aspect of the car and car maintenance & repair industry and is all too often hard to come by. Ray is trustworthy, prompt, and highly professional! If we ever purchase another Lexus from Eskridge Lexus, Ray being a part of the team there is one of the top reasons why we would do so.

Used car manager (Eskridge family member) is the typical used car salesman, complete with the dishonesty and misleading talk. He undervalued my trade-in by over $4,000 and said things like "I won't be able to sell it, it's not worth that much to us, we'll have to take it to auction" (mine had every option) and then showed me his "comparables" that didn't have the same options and were as far away as Austin, TX. I, honestly, expected better given the higher reviews online and how the sales personnel plug the Eskridge family as having Christian values and only care about the customer. They proved to me, once again, that used car salesman have their reputation for a reason and that no dealership is different.
