there is parcel shipped via E-shipper, and it cannot deliver to customer. Then it is destroyed by post company. I claimed issue in their system, and they want me to contact Canada post. Canada post want me to contact them. their sales representative is disappeared. I paid shipping cost and insurance, and it is over 4 months. I havent gotten my refund. so slow and ineffective. Strongly recommend that do not use their service. there are many other options.
