Pay the 3-5% more and go with Flagship. Horrible customer service at Eshipper. Sure the rates are good but all they do is copy and paste simple text when something doesn't go accordingly. Over the phone they will not seek resolve and they will not change anything. Even had an employee yell at me and threaten to close our account over a simple dispute regarding a 10 day delay on a shipment.
