Shipping hubs like eShipper face serious competition in all facets of the business. The one service albeit extistentially posed is that of damage and loss insurance. Most clients assume that any loss or damage if so insured will be covered with expediance. This assumption must not be taken for granted. In particular with eShipper. eShipper offers their own insurance- a paid option . This option carries no more weight than that of a common carrier when a claim is filed. Twenty nine days following a claim with all documentaion requested in place , the damage shipment remains sitting at the front off one of our offices . No adjustment or inspection has taken place as of the date of this review. eShipper has offered nothing more than sophistry and rhetoric { logistical/tactical excuses } for it's non performance . In summary, If insurance of goods is of no importance . May I suggest that eShipper be considered as an adequate shipping hub.
