If I could post less than 1 star I would. The website is glitchy. Only works 1/2 the time. You have to put certain info in before you can put other info in, but they don't tell you that, you just have to know, or else it will glitch horribly. The rates aren't better than other places and you have to keep a manifest so it gets really complicated. I have processed shipments through here and the carrier has lost them, and Eshipper won't respond to me for me to get refunded, or compensated. I was told initially it takes 8-10 days to settle a claim and it has been weeks since then with no response. I have called, emailed, and updated the claims. What a waste of energy using their service.
