First time trying out E-shipper. During enrollment, it is not the most user friendly or intuitive, but the service is undeniably fantastic.

A quick thank you to Michelle s service as she is friendly and responsive. I will certainly recommend anyone. She followed through from end-to-end checking to ensure my parcel arrived at the destination in timely manner. As the saying goes, even if the system is mediocre, with outstanding employees, the final overall experience is always good.

Please fix system/technology with significantly improved user experience (UX design). I will use e-Shipper again because of individuals like Michelle. Bravo, Michelle. Thank you.
