Rates are good but sometimes a bit less expensive on ShipTime. But you d better to go with ShipTime because if you do a claim, good luck! Even if you take their insurances, they ll tell you the company refused the claim for reasons like the parcel was delivered 3 months later. Don t need to say that my customer was refunded 2 weeks after the claim because I don t give a bad service like they do . I still have 3 unsolved claims one dated from February 2018. Two are lost parcels and one is a damaged product. They do anything they can to make you abandoned your claims like asking you same documents many times, offering much lower amounts that what your parcel was insured for. I had one claim with ShipTime and it was solved to my entire satisfaction within a week! I spend an average of at least 1000$ a month with E-Shipper in the past, but they just don t care. Also, expect your weight and dimensions to be reassessed mostly every time up charge for the slightest discrepancies, never the opposite. Also, their site is very buggy, I ve sent emails about issues a few times but no answer, they don t care. Avoid at all cost!
