Ok place to buy new and used dvd's, games, books and comics. They dont have every movie, or any of the other products, but tou can waste a little time checking things out. The service here is not good and the people are not very friendly. Thr prices are not that great anymore either.
It has been better ever since it was bought out with more items for sale. Though their prices can use some work.
They have gotten much better than they were 7 years ago. Plus, they now have a huge variety of books, comic books, vinyl LPs, video games from Atari to Xbox One-S, gamer related toys, gamer cards, swords, electronics, laptops, game consoles, and of course tons of DVDs and Blu-ray.

Used to be a great place to sell games , and get good games for fair prices. Now you have over priced items that you could buy brand new for less then there used products. I wish they would fix this
Old school store with lots of Cds, DVDs, comics, books, and electronics. Some things are a bit expensive, other things are reasonably priced.
The staff went above and beyond to help us find our movies.
They have a ridiculously extensive variety to choose from. DVDs, bluray, books, CDs, video games of all generations, Pokemon and Yu-Gi-oh cards, vinyl, etc. They have most of what I've gone in to look for.
My only gripe is the small amount they offer for trade in. I understand they need to make a profit but 50 cents for a couple movies is disappointing.
They don't even deserve the one star. As soon as we walked in there was trash everywhere, the floors are stained, seats are disgusting. We went to trade in some brand new wireless beats that were unopened and are $300. The lady said it would be about 30 minutes to an hour and they would call us, so we walked around the store. After 40 min we went and sat down in the nastiest chairs. We both watched the guy put the apple bag on the side. After about 20 min we walked up to see how much longer.. The guy went to check and the bag the other guy brought out was ours. Therefore it was ready and no one told us. They offered us $13.00!!!!!! For brand new $300 beats after we waited one hour. While other people were giving video games and gettin about $15 back. This place is a joke and literally every single employee was so rude and looked like they hated their job. Terrible experience. I will never go back!
They have quite a large selection. Go there for great deals.

First of all they act like all their inventory is gold .. Selling used electronics for over price, Selling DAMAGED goods and only offering store credit when you return, etc. Secondly, the customer service is mostly nonexistent here. And when you do get someone to help they nake you feel like you're bothering them. Ive been a customer of this establishment for awhile now admittedly I could go somewhere else, I don't think I SHOULD though.. Id rather keep complaining until they pull their heads out of their a.... Seriously you guys should get your act together..

Found odd ball titles that i couldn't find anywhere else! kinda went down a bit but still great place to find those odd sort kinda stuff.
The store has good prices on their merchandise but they DO NOT CARE about you or getting your business. I had to ask for a manager that couldn't help me with my issue he just shrugged his shoulders and told me he doesn't have the answer. When I ask who his boss was he told me he was the owner. I will not be back to this business.
Huge selection of games, movies, books, vinyl, consoles, toys and more. The store actually looks like they have cleaned it up and made it more shopper friendly!
No one came to assist us when we were looking for a video game
The biggest dvd collection I have ever seen. My husband had to stop me selecting more movies, the condition of the movies were flawless. No scratches. We will be back.
We bought 2 PS3 games at the Colorado Springs, CO Location; DragonAge and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. We bought them on Saturday and only opened the Vegas game. We once owned a 360 and the same game. You could log into two profiles on the 360 and earn things together. However the PS3 game isn't like that. You can only log into one profile at once. Well that's boring to us, so we were going to return them. After being there the guy at the counter pretty much called us a liar about the 360 able to use 2 profiles at once when playing, then made us feel like an idiot. He took the games and our receipt to the manager and then came back and said he can only give us store credit, when on the receipt it said it can be returned for a refund if done within 30 days. Clearly.. Saturday.. today is Tuesday.. Well after stating that, he then got an attitude with us as we said that the return policy said otherwise. We just gathered the games and left. Never again will I shop there. I rather go to Gamestop or Best Buy.
The workers are good. A smiling face and courteous attitude, especially to myself and my friend say hey we're here because we care.
We were selling a game system and games. We didn't have to wait too long, the young lady even called me to let me know they were finished the game system testing.
Although they didn't buy the game system, a good explanation was given, they bought the system games from me.
Honestly, they could have just sent me away empty handed and they did not. They care for people as well if not better then their competition.

Excellent store for old technology and CD's. Huge variety of CD's, Playstation games, Nintendo consoles and games etc. A must if you are looking for good retro games. Staff is helpful too and friendly

Have bought two different game systems from here in the last week. It was a gift for my father. First a x-box 360 and even though it says 100% GARENTEED it didn't read ANY discs and we had plenty . So go to take it back and I didn't have my receipt thinking the unique box would say it's there's since it's the only business I've ever seen use those. And they wouldn't take it so long story short I buy a PS3 instead and it doesn't read any discs either!!!!! Stop saying it's 100% GARENTEED when it's NOT!
Bought a Blue Ray copy of Home Alone for 13.99 and it was wrapped like new, and based on the price I assumed it was new. We set the movies on a shelf and the following day (today) I opened it to watch it with my son and it was apparently chewed up by a dog with actual bite marks on the disc. It wont even register as a blue ray in any player. I looking everywhere for the reciept as you can only be refunded or have an exchange with a reciept (even though they record your purchase on a database that requires your phone number). How can you sell something to someone that is completely and obviously destroyed? Anyways, my lesson learned. Wont be buying from them anymore. Found a NEW blue ray copy on Amazon for $9. Just have to wait.
They have a ton of stuff. I've usually found what I'm looking for here but when I don't wait a week or 2 and check back.

So this is a solid place if you dont mind browsing for awhile to find what you're looking for. Lots of good prices, especially on things like MtG or cds, but one thing to remember is that this is a slightly shadiest part of town. The staff are friendly, but the overall atmosphere can still be rough sometimes. Either way, great store, just go during the day with a good bit of free time on your hands
Great selections of movies games all sorts of accessories but when it came to the purchase they overcharged sticker price by $10 and tax $18

I have bought games here for years but after my last experience I will not shop here ever again or ever suggest it to anyone again. I went in to buy a game was trading in two games. When I went in and asked where was FarCry 3 I was told to just look in the F section, as if I was stupid. I had already looked and the alphabet hasn't changed. So I went to the buying center to see if they could at least look it up. There was one, unknowingly it was used the clerk did not tell me. After waiting a FULL HOUR to inspect my games they wanted to give me $8 on Game of Thrones that they sell @ 49.99, the other game's offer was even worse. After all that time I'm not giving up a game for that cheap to these slugs. I bought it. Then when I tried to enter a code it came with it had already been used! Horrible and deceiving service!
Found some books for a very good price, as well as some comic books including one featuring Rick and Morty. I originally went in for Ds games
It has a decent selection of DVDs, books, CDS and posters but I wouldn't try to sell comics or trading cards here. The store bloats the price after they buy them from you. So a comic you sold to them that you got 3.50$ for, you see hanging in the wall for 30$.
Horrible customer service and management. Got put on hold and hung up on several times when asking if they had one item on stock. The manager, Jason, has a poor demeanor and unpleasant attitude with customers. Should probably clean his goatee and fingers of all that dorito blaze dust before approaching people.

POS working there illegally wearing a US Army uniform top with rank and all. Made a huge scene when I tried to tell him to take off the Army tab and the rank. Belligerently cussed to his coworkers in front of the customers. This was not only extremely disrespectful and wrong, but it was completely Illegal.
Great place to look for old videos and games, but the games are just on tables, no order, no sequence. So if you're looking for a particular one, you have to go thru overt 500 games to find what you want. Time consuming, if you really want a particular game.
I normally don't go to EntertainMart much, but I used to go a lot when I was younger. My phone was busted and I was waiting for a replacement phone that was to come in the mail in a few days. I went into the cell phone department to look for a temporary replacement and was immediately greeted by Thomas who asked if I needed assistance. I told him that I needed to find a Sprint phone, and their selection was what I was looking for essentially a loan phone for about a week. Thomas was very helpful and friendly towards me and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware of the return policy for my unique situation. He was also extremely knowledgeable on the different carriers of phones and how to spare me from going to Sprint and pay an activation fee by trying out my SIM card in a number of phones. Unfortunately none of them synced up and found my network, which is no fault of his own, and he even took the time to look up information for me on his phone to find information online to try to figure out why it wasn't locating my SIM card. At the end when I had lost a little hope and was willing to wait a few days for my new phone through the mail, he asked and hard closed me on making a purchase decision right now. WOW. I have worked in sales for over half of my life and I was super impressed with this to help make his store money. I ended up waiting because I didn't want to have to deal with Sprint that day. He wasn't very old, and he had professionalism and a willingness to help that is very rare to see anywhere when it comes to retail locations. I only wish more employees in the store had the same attitude and helpfulness that this young man showed me. If you need to find a phone for any carrier, go see Thomas and he will treat you right!

Not really liking the set up of your website it is so hard to navigate through it to find what I am looking for, I mean donyoubeven have consoles anymore, because i cant find a single thing about it on your website not very happy about that
On a Monday went to buy a used Verizon Droid cell phone. Waited for over an hour at the Verizon counter pushing the "customer service" button. Finally purchased an HTC Incredible II. Took it to Verizon to activate and the ear piece did not work.
On Tues to the HTC back and paid $200 more for a Galaxy S4. Took the S4 to Verizon to activate it and it worked for 3 days and quit. So far I have $275+ and 6+ hours into their products and nothing to show for it.
Now we are out of town and won't be back before the 14 day warranty expires and nobody will answer the phone. Terrible place, terrible products, terrible customer service.
Do not go here, there is no winning with this store. My husband, 8 year old daughter and myself were treated like complete junk when trying to return an Xbox game today. The manager on duty acted like we were a bunch of criminals, he was very short tempered and instead of helpfully and clearly explaining anything he shoved the receipt in my husband's face and said ask me questions when your done reading this. He made us feel like absolute fools and we go here all the time. I just can't even believe how we were treated today. Worst customer service ever, the only good thing about the way we were treated was that I could give my daughter a perfect, real life example on how NOT to treat people no matter how much "power" you have over the situation.
My father-in-law attempted to sell his AT&T iPhone 4, in perfect condition here. They put a TMobile sim card in it and claimed the phone was "Unlocked" when a TMobile sim card will work in any carrier's phone. DO NOT sell to these people, their staff is untrained, don't understand how cell phone networks work or interact with devices, and the clerk, Josiah, was extremely rude. His words, verbatim, "Will you move, I have a lot of work to do," while we were disputing their erroneous claim that the phone was unlocked. I even proved to the "manager' Andriya that the phone was locked by looking up the IMEI number right there in front of her, but she still insisted the phone was unlocked. Uneducated staff with rude, terrible customer service "skills."

This place is fantastic! It's great to find books and CDs and DVDS for terrific prices (99cents). But what really stood out to me was the amazing customer service I got from Alex and Marc (Marcus)! These gentlemen were patient, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. I will definitely be a regular customer because of these 2.
Over priced, new DVDs cost more here than Best Buy. Be cautious selling to them, they will pay you about 10% (if that) of what it is worth then turn around sell it 90% more than what they paid you for it. Gotten scratched DVDs here and several times had to go back because after a purchase they've forgotten to pull all the DVDs included in multi packs.

I don't normally give bad reviews but this place is as bad as GameStop. don't buy any toys or collectibles from here. After I noticed a purchase of mine had broken and missing pieces they only gave me back a small amount in store credit and then put the same high price tag the returned product.
Amazing store highly recomend for all your used games, movies, and box sets! If you cant find it or just dont want to look and not find it you can call and they tell you whats in there inventory.there inventory system Is always updated and the staff is amazing!

Worst experience I've ever had at at used electronics store. Staff doesn't know how to operate store what's so ever. Ruined the game I spent an hour trying to find on there floor. Then wasted two hours of my time trying to fix it. No apologies given and no one tried to compensate me for the time they wasted and lack of there ability to focus on me instead of there new customers entering the building. Severely overpriced and doesn't have quality equipment. Do not go here unless you can do there job for them and definitely don't let them clean your cds or games. They will ruin them.
Went to go buy a new game. Stood at the new game counter for 10 minutes. One employee walked up said nothing and left. Decided to go to GameStop, got the same game for for the same price, a free guide and someone helped me right away. You need to step your game up!!.
Worst prices in the state. Worst trade in value. Many used old games for 50$ + . 200% over most stores. Everything in the store you can get for hald everywhere else.
