On a Monday went to buy a used Verizon Droid cell phone. Waited for over an hour at the Verizon counter pushing the "customer service" button. Finally purchased an HTC Incredible II. Took it to Verizon to activate and the ear piece did not work.

On Tues to the HTC back and paid $200 more for a Galaxy S4. Took the S4 to Verizon to activate it and it worked for 3 days and quit. So far I have $275+ and 6+ hours into their products and nothing to show for it.

Now we are out of town and won't be back before the 14 day warranty expires and nobody will answer the phone. Terrible place, terrible products, terrible customer service.
