I love the store and go here often for DVDs, books. But sometimes I cant help but wonder how they thought to resell something (mainly a dvd) Like my fiance got me HIMYM seasons for christmas and my internets not working so I just pulled the plastic off season 7. Third episode in it starts skipping I took it out of my ps4 and its rimmed in circles of scrathes!! needless to say not what we paid for. Upsetting since I usually have a great experience here.

Don't Sell Your Movies Here They Don't Really Give you Much For Them At So Sick of there Over priced Movies

Cheap movies, games and electronics, but still great quality and excellent selection. Trade in prices are decent, and better then other game trade places.

Was looking for Stephen King's "Storm of the Century". They had one in stock, boy was I lucky. $3.99 really good price for a dvd.

Always have what we need - sometimes you have to wait a little longer for a sales associate assistance but it's still a great store for new and used games/systems.

Love this place, can buy a lot of vintage games, movies & music. I stock up on pre owned skylanders toys for my kids.

Had fun found some great deals my only knock is the place seems really run down and it does not have addons for games.

Just spent $400 on a game system and a game and the game that I bought is scratch and doesn't even play

I always hear fairy tales of this place having low prices. Yet every time I go in, everything is priced right around retail, and sometimes even more. Sorry but if I'm going to $50-$60 for a game, it better be brand new. The sad part is that they only gave a few dollars to the person that sold them that game before they slapped that $60 price tag on it. If you think these are low prices, I advise you to keep looking. Try some of the 3rd parties on Amazon

A place where you can get almost anything for new and older systems but some the stuff is over priced for what you're getting.

Have a lot of variety of different items. There buy back prices are a little low. Great customer service.

They have a huge selection of movies and games, but not all the movies play to quality that they say...i.e. blue ray is not great sound on a high end surround sound system. Now this has only happened twice, but it all comes down to you. The prices are great, we found posters for our movie theater. Just do you and be grateful if I'm wrong....LoL....have a great day all!

The selection of games and other types of media is large, however the employees seem not to know of what is in the store. More often than not the used items will be broken or damaged. Prices are fair.

The store was to cluttered, dirty and could not find a sales associate when I needed help.

If you plan on selling anything to them, they only give you 10% and they sell it for 90%. I bought aovie from them for $5 and they bought it back for $0.25. I sold books to them, they bought some for $0.10 and they turnt around and sold them for a $1.99 each. You WILL be ripped off buying and selling from here.

Excellent selection, and great prices. They have sales from time to time that are unbeatable. The employees are most of the time not exactly stoked on helping customers, and the bathrooms I doubt have been cleaned since they opened. If you can suffer through subpar staff, and a war zone bathroom, this is a pretty solid place.

One could browse forever in this place and still not find what they are looking for. Certain areas are very organized and some are not. Prices are higher than Wall-Mart or Target but if you look long enough you might find a gem. You just have to be willing to spend time searching. The employee cashing us out was very friendly and you could tell he enjoyed his job.

Got an atari flashback 8 and it works great! An employee had been super nice in letting us browse the selection of locked ps4 products.

I wish I could praise this place because it has a VAST selection of stuff. I would say its the best place in the city to go if you're looking for any entertainment item. Unfortunately this place suffers from 3 major issues. 1) there is no organization at all; want a specific CD? Prepare to sift through thousands of discs for hours to find it. 2) poor QA. Found a bunch of games for super cheap? Prepare to find none of them work properly. 3) bad staff. I didn't have any particular issue, but when I went in all the staff was just talking in a circle near the front and didn't seem too open to questions.

I bought 3 items on Friday evening. I opened the cases this evening (Saturday) only to find that the clerk forgot to put the disks into the cases! I'm going back Monday to either get the disks or a refund! They need to train their clerks better! I won't be spending my money there any time soon!

My kids and I love buying older video games here, they are cheaply priced and they have a good return policy.

They have so many older pieces of old games or things for you gameing console that you can't find and they also have books Funko Pop! And posters!

We go here first to shop for previously owned game systems, video games, CDs and DVDs. In the past, we've sold our cell phones here and gotten a decent amount back for them. It's always nice and clean. Sometimes, though we have to wait awhile for someone to assist us.

Good place for DVD's, games, game systems, used electronics. They have thousands of DVD'S and just about any type of newer phone or TV. The only drawback is that there's so much, it could take hours to browse through if you are looking for any specific DVD'S. Staff is usually VERY helpful and does whatever they can to accommodate.

I love that I found a place who will buy my used books, CDs, DVDs etc

They ruined the funkos by putting the price tags on the front on the name

Absolutely ridiculous! I have never received service as horrible and insulting as this. I bough a Wii and a game at the Entertainmart in Colorado Springs. The game froze after about 10 minutes and would not play after that. I took the game back to the same location to return it. The cashier told me that the game had "laser burn" on it and that it did not qualify for a return. I asked to speak with a supervisor that could better assist me. The next lady that came up told me the same as if they were reading from a script. I simply asked how the disk was damaged and they told me that the machine is what causes the issue. Then I pointed out that the Wii was purchased from them and was on the same receipt so how is it my fault if the machine damaged the disk. Then she changed her story, saying that the machine has to be jarred or dropped while it is playing the disk. I told her that no such thing happened that I and most people put a machine on a shelf and that is where it stays, why would someone put a computer or a gaming system in a location that it would fall. She then replied to me with "well I don't live with you so I'm not sure what you do." I told her again that the system was stable and that it never got jarred and she continued to ignore my statement. I then told her that service like that would cause someone to shop elsewhere, that I had no need to shop there if that was the level of customer service that I was going to receive, to which she replied "GOOD!" I then asked to speak with a manager or someone else that could assist me and she said that she was the manager and there was no one else that I could speak to. Then she offered an exchange of the game, I was fine with that. She then continued to state that they don't cover "laser burn and my account would be flagged!" She then told the cashier, "help this guy and get him out of here!" I have never had to deal with such a frustrating person that clearly has no ability to relate to another person. I will not shop at this store again and I will make sure to share this story with anyone I can.

They have hard copies of music and I recommend the mystery bags.

The movie collection is awesome! You'll find pretty much any movie here. Old or new/recently out.
They also added a book area in the back....its great!
Chapter books, kids books, comics, its awsome!
Highly recomend this store if you're trying to make it a movie night! Or maybe you're looking gor a book to read!

Entertainmart is such a fun and awesome, odd, little video game store!! The environment is always super duper fun! Except that it can get a bit too loud inside of the store for me at times. Hahahah. I feel that way super occasionally though..... Lmao. It is always exciting there though! Always. And if freakin' old men, women and BABIES can handle the noise,,,, you are GODDAM*N right that I can handle it as well!!!!!hahahahahahah . Welllllllll, they sell movies, video games, electronics, phones, posters, game systems, iPods, gift cards, and whatever the hell else. All that I know is that Entertainmart is a damn good store, and I enjoy spending some of my free time there. Thank you!!!!! -Josh Schara

Had a sale 4 at 5.99 dvds for 20.00 .. had 9 at 5.99 and 1 at 4.99 ..
Would not allow the sale... so didn't buy any .. they made no money makes no sense

Unusual find, they have a wide variety of books, movies, CD's, games, figurines, t-shirts, posters and any other fan gear. Must go to store and there are not many like them left!

Lots of options, but overall a messy, unorganized, and overpriced store for used anything in entertainment.

The only thing stopping it from being 5* is the store feeling dingy and somewhat disorganized, but the disorganization is part of what I love about it. They're one of the better places I've found to sell things to, and it's an amazing place for getting trading cards (Pokemon, Yugioh, Magic the Gathering) if you have a little patience to sort through boxes.

Pretty good selection, decent prices on used items but hands down always the most disgusting bathroom in town. I feel sorry for you if you have to relieve yourself here.

Bought a console and some games... Games werent even the right ones.. Ex. Battlefront II instead had resident evil.. Also all the other games are scratched.. And the console I bought yes it was used but skips. I'm only eligible to receive in store credit if I was to return items. BS.

This is the place to be! Entertainmart literally has anything you can think of entertainment related to the original gaming systems and games to individual parts! A vast majority of the store is every DVD and Blu-ray you could think of with Comics action figures and vinyls also in the back there's not much you can't find here!

Very large place with used and new electronics. Books, movies and memorabilia

Its good if you are looking for retro games but the danger is if the employees don't completely check the games and systems people sell to them, you could end up with a lemon.

This is literally the greatest store ever created by man and I cannot put into words how much passion and love I have for this beautiful place and the beautiful people that work there.

I liked this place, being from Ohio I did think things were a little pricey but great selection and clearance prices.

This places absolutely amazing is like a Barnes & Noble meets gamestop! You can find anything from used electronics cameras DVD players TV's laptops use game system such as ps4 xbox and nintendo switch along with a vintage toys a large array of accessories cell phones and used video games they just recently added a to entire book section new and used. If you're looking for a movie that you can't find they have thousands if not tens of thousands of titles new and used.
