I really like to shop here. There is usually really good deals on newer movies and games, as well as a great selection of vintage items.

They definitely have a vast selection of movies, games, and music. I found a few hidden gems.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I brought in my unopened star wars collection to see how much it was worth. I recieved a claim ticket and was told to come back when they call. I came back in 2 hours. I was extremely disappointed to find everything that was never been opened condition had now been opened with also price stickers on it. I didnt agree to sell it; I just wanted to see how much it was worth there. I am very sad, upset, angry, disappointed, and ripped off. I should never have gone there. My collection was worth so much more before I went in there. I do not recommend entertainmart at all. I will forevermore never step foot in entertainmart again....I am also missing over half of my disney infinity collection, they stole from me!...): all the manager said was "I'll watch the cameras"...

Great selection of hard to find entertainment needs. Store needs to be updated aesthetically though. Damaged floors, walls, and fixtures, and the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired.

Never buy phones from here bought a phone and it worked for a week and then stopped it was a stolen phone now happy with that at all

Great prices on video games, movies, and CDs. The tables with loads of boxes with CDs and movies take time to go through, but we've found some awesome deals.
This is our go-to for older films, series, Nintendo games, anime, and children's films.
Fun to just browse with friends or at the end of date night with my husband.
They have a pretty good selection of movie merchandise and posters, and a good selection of anime.
The van be really busy on weekend nights and weekend afternoons.
The one big negative is that the bathrooms have always been a total, icky mess.

Good sales on major holidays, good prices on movies. Video games and accessories are way too expensive, but Amazon is alive and well. The bathroom is nasty as all get out.

Surely employees and slow. Dropped off items to sell, they said it would be a couple hours and I would get a call. Three dad later, they almost couldn't find my items, offered me 4 dollars on a game they charge thirty for. Also, no apology for my inconvenience. What a rip off. Never getting my business again, pawn shops treat me better buying and selling.

Prices to buy are high. However, if you're looking to sell movies or get store credit it's completely insane. I took nearly 20 movies in perfect condition & was nearly insulted out the door before spending $146 buying movies with the .03-.15 per movie (yes you read that right CENTS per movie) they were offering me $3.00 in store credit or $2.00 cash for my 20 movies... If it hadnt been for the fact that I literally cant get internet/cable in my home & rely on living on movies & like old school/obscure movies I would have completely stuck with craigslist!!! Overall, fantastic place for anything you could possible want from electronics/vinyls/books/movies but be very aware that the prices are high!!!

Great prices! Great selection! A little hard to navigate and no staff on the floor. Maybe I hit them on a bad day. However a staff member saw me waiting on line and opened a register for me! Lots of cool stuff!

Use to be a good place to go and find good deals, but they lost that edge a while ago when they started charging to much

If you want any old or new movie or video game come here! It's awesome they have any game, movie, CD and record. Everything is at a low price. You will not regret coming here.

Great selection of older,hard to find titles, and also new releases.

I'd rather shop local but when we went to the counter with a Johnny Cash record and asked if they price match the clerk said "No. Prices are as marked." The record was $8 cheaper across the street at Barnes and Noble. Please consider price matching.

If you want to find any book, comic, game/game system, electronic, poster, accessories, cloths for low prices then this is your place.

This Place has so Many options! I love going there and I always find exactly what I m looking for at a really great price the atmosphere also is pretty awesome too.

Not the best place to buy anime. They price their's much higher than any of the anime online stores and Amazon. It could also be cleaner and the staff needs to be taught how to work with people, poor customer service by all of them.

Bought a game from them 440 some-odd dollars used game went to back in to get some money they only wanted to give me $2.80 so I guess that's how they make their money by ripping off the public

Friendly staff very helpful .My most go place when I'm in the Colorado Springs area . If you are looking for that old school movie,game ect. Come here .

Great selection of used DVDs for reasonable prices.

It has a lot, good prices, but a low amount of Transformers material, RPGs, and no PC games. If those aren't your things then you will love it.

Prices extremely unreasonable for used merchandise.

They have a very wide selection of books, movies, games, comics, ect...

Such a unique spot to sell old electronics and get some cash! They do pay cash, or you can get more for your used stuff if you do an in store credit.

Helpful staff and a great experience for our community

It is easy to give good customer service when everything goes right but hard when there are mistakes. I have purchased games and movies from entertainmart but nothing big until recently. I went to purchase a used phone and due to a mistake the phone was not from the company advertised and I could not activate it on my network. The return process was simple and painless. If they had the phone I wanted on my network I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. I'll keep checking in the meantime. I just want to thank the customer service rep that helped me to fix it. ID AQUI on my reciept.

This store is so dirty, not just dirty but absolutely filthy! We hadn't been there in about and year and decided to stop in to get some movies. First walking into the front door there was trash on the floor, you could smell the restrooms. The front doors were caked with dirt and grime, the glass on the door was almost opaque due to all the hand prints. The floors inside looked like they have not been swept in about a month. There was literally trash... paper, candy wrappers, dried up spills that were sticky throughout the store. If I were an employee I'd be ashamed to work there. We left immediately!!!

This people are absolutely rude.......that is all I gotta say ......customer service this days........

A good place to go if you are looking for something to fulfill your nostalgic needs. The prices are a little high but that can be expected when you are looking for unique treasures.

Good deals inside little dirty but good deals. It's like a big game stop with DVD, TVs, games, all used and good prices. They also sell used cell phones and tablets.

Movie selection is excellent. Employees are below sub par. The bathroom seems like it was a war zone for someone s butthole.

The movie selection is by far their biggest selling point for me. Everything else is overpriced especially the games. I will say the employees are super friendly and helpful, though!

A wide variety of every kind of video game and multimedia stuff you could want. On the scale of a gigantic warehouse, if you don't have a plan you might wander for hours.

Probably better then Game Stop, especially with pricing. Nice selection for more then just games. Employees are hit and miss to some people, but 80% of the time they've been fair to me. But then again I have the ability to speak up. I'm not some fool who will stand around silent for an hour and wait for someone to assist me.

They need more employees on the floor way to many standing around the selling station and not enough help in the games section. Not a place i recommend prices are high. Can buy brand new movies at walmart the same price or cheaper.

If you are a geek, it a nerd, or a collector, it doesn't matter, this is the place to go if you want to buy DVDs, games, books, posters, or any other collectables that you might be looking for.
I ship here for all my best gift giving needs and so far I haven't failed to find something for everyone.
They trade to so if you decide you don't need your old videogames it movies then bring them in to trade up for something new!

Some of the WORST customer service in town! They price everything, then won't honor their own prices! Also, maybe be POLITE when you are informing customers, who spend THOUSANDS a year in your store, that you're closed!!

Huge store with a lot of different products. Feels more like a flea market/warehouse type setting rather than a "store" but they have great prices and deals. The line is a little confusing and seems like the employees are a little too laid back. My kids love spending their allowance money here on video games and Pokemon cards! I took one of my kids to the restroom and there was a lady in there standing by the sink trying to make small talk with my child... Not sure what that was about but maybe avoid the restrooms??

Rip off the overcharge for stuff, and then they underpay for stuff I sell them.

A great place to get all sorts of used books, games, cards, and even vinyl. The staff have always been great and friendly. I can't count the number of times I lose myself looking through their selection, hunting for what goodies might be in stock this go around. That is part of the fun since things change, especially since I come here for MTG cards.

Still nice place and I don't remember his name talk curly hair I believe last few times tgats who I prefer to ask for help he may look kinda like kinda mean but nothing against other workers giving I have not spoke with them all but he is helpful polite and makes u fill welcomed so me and my husband immediately search for him when we need help for any reason thair
