Do not go here, there is no winning with this store. My husband, 8 year old daughter and myself were treated like complete junk when trying to return an Xbox game today. The manager on duty acted like we were a bunch of criminals, he was very short tempered and instead of helpfully and clearly explaining anything he shoved the receipt in my husband's face and said ask me questions when your done reading this. He made us feel like absolute fools and we go here all the time. I just can't even believe how we were treated today. Worst customer service ever, the only good thing about the way we were treated was that I could give my daughter a perfect, real life example on how NOT to treat people no matter how much "power" you have over the situation.
