We bought 2 PS3 games at the Colorado Springs, CO Location; DragonAge and Rainbow 6 Vegas 2. We bought them on Saturday and only opened the Vegas game. We once owned a 360 and the same game. You could log into two profiles on the 360 and earn things together. However the PS3 game isn't like that. You can only log into one profile at once. Well that's boring to us, so we were going to return them. After being there the guy at the counter pretty much called us a liar about the 360 able to use 2 profiles at once when playing, then made us feel like an idiot. He took the games and our receipt to the manager and then came back and said he can only give us store credit, when on the receipt it said it can be returned for a refund if done within 30 days. Clearly.. Saturday.. today is Tuesday.. Well after stating that, he then got an attitude with us as we said that the return policy said otherwise. We just gathered the games and left. Never again will I shop there. I rather go to Gamestop or Best Buy.
