Don't believe the Dsquare they are pakka 420's i never seen like this guys ,they simply wasted our time and money ,after finishing the class even I'm not getting proper interviews from Dsquare.they don't have client's in Bangalore fake people don't believe them.Surya,Bhadri and Deepak they pakka 420's please don't waste your money and time guys .....
Got my training in HR here .. was placed within 3 days of training completion. For learning HR, Finance and Accounts in a short period of time..would suggest you this institution.
Called for an interview , went there but found no one was there. A person working there told me the team went to Mumbai for some campus recruitment. No intimation was given to me about the same. Very unprofessional behavior.

It's a worst and fraud company they take money from me and they cheated me no placements at all. Whomever wants to complain join me. Also please don't view the good reviews coz those are the staff who gave rating by themselves, even I asked to do the same. Everything is fraud.
It was a Great Learning Experience for me, i had enrolled for HR Training Especially Full Credit goes to Ganesh Sir, he taught me the practical concepts of HR, Competency Mapping, Skill Matrix & Will Matrix, How to design KRA & KPI for various designations, Bell Curve Appraisal, Payroll and Advanced Excel Formulas which is very useful in Today's jobs., and its a Good Value for money. Class Timings were Good, and the Trainer did it slowly step by step and it made me to understand all the concepts. Thanks to Ajax Management, i got placed in Accenture after the training within 2 weeks.

Mr.Ganesh Rao is the superb trainer, He made me understand all the subject content very easily by giving both practical and theoretical section . I have joined the Ajax Management Consultants to gain the practical knowledge relating to HR, YES I have gained Knowledge & my expectations has been fulfilled.
I dint get the practical exposure in my 2 years of my MBA by paying 5.5lakhs but in 10 days only for nominal fees I have been prepared to work in any company by having full fledged practical knowledge as well.
1. I was having 70% of theoretical knowledge in HR Generalist and core HR but I had only 20% of knowledge in practicals, Ganesh sir helped us to convert 70% & 20% to 200% in both practical and theoretical Knowledge.I have seen only few bunch of excellent knowledgeable person in my life in that Ganesh sir is also one of them.
2. I was not having any knowledge in both practical and theoretical about payroll till I join Ajax Management Consultants. As I am very weak in numbers and I cannot grasp the numerical things fast in 1 shot like theoretical things, thanks for Ganesh sir for training on payroll i understood and learnt easily all the concept very fast.

Provide good HR training focused on all gamut of HR.Strongly recommended for aspirants who wants to make a career in HR.
Called for Accounts opening morning 11 confirmed a day prior and made me wait until 2 after couple of follow ups. At the end went time came they said v have opening oly for voice. So much disappointed. After a day prior confirmation all time got wasted
It's totally fake and collecting money for the training. Fake jobs bangalore in jobs , it's site for placement agencies who post jobs on these sites. But they will ask several Human resources questions on technically, finally they will convinced to join training courses, charging high cost results no jobs. You can check the site how many real known brands are there as oppose to unknown companies which don't even have any website.
Any company worth it's salt would have a website. All we know that they have some "official e-mail" which can be got by Rs. 250/- online. Jobs like partner in egully etc. who extort money from candidates to make them partners hand in gloves with extortion sites like iimjobs.
If you track it closely you will see some jobs are always there on the site they never get filled even though they only need 1 or two person.
One of the bad experience, worst experience worst staff
Request don't waste your money behind this people they are here to just make everyone fool. They have no tie UPS with any good company they are just fraud money making company
Specially Mr. Gangadhar I think he need training rather than training others. He jus send irrelevant profiles according to your experience.

Ajax Managment consultants is doing unethical recruitment business practice .They charge Rs 10,000 (Training) +rs3500(Placement fees by ajax).
Before joining they promise jobseekers that they will help them in their job placement WHICH IS ALL A LIE.
I was promised by one of their rep that my takehome salary will be relatively more than my previous salary which turned out to be nothing but a big lie.
I went for several of their interviews arranged by AJAX placement and the salary offered by the companies was a mere joke.IT WAS BETWEEN RS10K-RS15K per month.
Even my batchmates are facing the same problem.
The training provided by D-Square technology is also a name- sake training.The syllabus they show before joining and the things they teach are totally different.
So guys whosoever is planning to join D-square for training.PLEASE THINK AGAIN especially those who are coming to Bangalore from other cities.
It also turns out MR GANGADHAR VELU (GRIEVANCE) AND MISS ANITA SHINE(FINANCE PLACEMENT) dont even have the courtsey to revert back to my emails which I sent them a couple of timesreally pathetic from their side.
There are many good job portals which can help you in finding the desired job.

I worked for Ajax long time ago, and I can vouch for the management who are involved in all the operations, that they deal real professional... You need to stick with them, if you want to know about them... You cannot judge a company just by looking at its outward appearance, or how someone spoke. .. Any growing company has its own share of ups n downs... But this is the place, if you really want to learn the real work. ..

Mr vivek he his fake trainer from d sequre he don't have proper knowledge about HR Domain the girl call me for an admission Surya. before admission she call me so many times and after ward no calls. it's happening with everyone. don't trust on them.fake people 1000% waste of money. I am visited so many times after training they only lying and no placement nothing only fraud people over there. Staff is also very pathetic no manners.

I did training n got placed in TCS Chennai. Me n my frds also did they placed in other comapny's
Salary they offer and at last give half in that,the traing program is not at all good.
This is good platform for build our career with 100% placements. I am happy with my professional life.
totally a big fraud company, freshers who entered bangalore newly are simply getting cheated by their sweet lies. i paid 12k+ and attended very waste classes after that no interviews offered and no job simly wasted 3 months time plus more than 20k to these idiots.

Don't waste the money. Unprofessional approach.When ask for the non placement fee (after 5 months) from Ajax Management Consultants (P) Ltd. the staff says it is now closed company. There is chance of open new company with new name, be careful under the umbrella of D Square Technologies . Be careful
