The room was clean and large. There was a minor problem but it was fixed after we told the staff about it. All the staff were friendly and hard-working. I walked several times each day in the area and felt safe.
My only complaint was that I wish there was an adult only or larger pool as it was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to do anything but stand in it. But, I know families aren't there for the pool as it is in the Disneyland vicinity. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Great decorating and ambiance in the lobby. There is a really cool animatronic lion that roars at 25 minutes and 55 minutes past the hour during daytime hours. The rooms have been updated and well maintained. The customer service was excellent.

The building, interior, and grounds are beautiful.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The pool was nice, even in December.
We were gifted a snack bag because the gift shop is closed due to Covid.
Breakfast box was - a bagel, cream cheese, an apple, a mini yogurt, and 2 boiled eggs. With waste orc small oj.

The room was Beautiful. View from 12th floor, stunning!
The hideabed was a bit uncomfortable for my teen, the mattress very thin and you can feel the bars through.
The beds were too hard for my comfort, I had trouble sleeping, and my back hurt badly each morning.
Also, I have sensitive skin and could not use their sheets, so beware
(I do not drop points for personal preferences, or issues)

We did need to extend a day, and they needed us to check out and check back in, which I found odd, as I have worked hotels for years.

TL/DR: clean, beautiful, friendly staff, firm mattresses, bedding irritated my skin, breakfast box described, extending procedures odd.

Room looked a bit old, breakfast was okay. But one of the employees, Onhel, was super friendly and nice. He made sure that our family was comfortable and satisfied! He really deserves a raise!

Nice rooms. Clean except for the bathroom fan filter and the fire sensor. Dust from years ago. Breakfast is a free and awesome buffet with a omelet bar, fruits, breads, cereal, bacon, sausage, eggs plus more.

Hotel was completely booked the night we stayed - even with that - the accommodations were perfect. we went to Disneyland, and the added on shuttle to get there was so nice. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options. On top of it all, we didn't get in to the hotel until 9:30pm and had to request a pack and play. They delivered within 15 minutes.

This hotel is perfectly adequate, but it could definitely use some updating. The rooms and furniture are not only out of date, they could use a deep cleaning. A plus, they do have a very nice complimentary breakfast and a long happy hour in the evenings with an okay selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

Good place overall. Oddly, housekeeping didn't get around to our room until late in the afternoon. We know people rave about the bar and happy hour but we weren't terribly impressed with the selection. That said, the bartender was very friendly and helpful.

Book a suite for two nights. The first night enjoy Happy Hour and complimentary breakfast. When I returned by night I found the room as I left it. Nobody cleaned the room, they did not lay beds, nor did they replace the hygiene products. When I came down, they told me that they thought I was not waiting for me anymore but that I wanted more towels. At no time did they apologize. I was very upset, my daughter called and got me to reimburse the night but disgust and annoyance nobody takes it from me.

Fantastic place in the heart of Garden Grove Magical area, meaning close to Disneyland, with Bucca di Beppo just across from the garage.
If you are a family planning a vacation in the area, this could be the perfect place to stay with your entire family, cause all the rooms are suites, plus includes breakfast all mornings.
Have a magnificent pool for the kids, and lots of other places you cam decide to eat at.
Plus the rates per night quite affordable, considering the competition in this area, with so many properties to choose from, so try them and see if it works for you, as it worked for me!!!

The service at embassy suites is alway fantastic, and this embassy suites specifically is amazingly located. The rooms are perfectly accommodated. The only notable problem with this hotel specifically, I think, is the crowded lobby.

Amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The food was superb. All of the staff were there for everything you needed. Very polite and professional throughout. This is the place to stay when you need an affordable and cozy place. I would love to go back here again. Totally recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

A little dated but the room was big and clean. There was a living area with its own tv. There was also amini fridge, microwave, nice sized bathroom. The bedroom had a door to close it off from the living area. A continental breakfast was included. The dining area is jungle themed with a robotic lion. Disney Land tickets are sold at the hotel and shuttles are provided.

Pretty sure if i stayed for over a week, i could not fight the impulse to leap down 14 stories to the indoor fish ponds or wrestled the stuffed lion that surveys its semi- savannah like domain....or at least i could rappel or stay on the 13th floor.

I love this place. On paper a bit more money. But the rooms are so nice. Clean, up to date, and the air conditioning is so nice compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

But here you also get breakfast. And not a crappy continental breakfast.

So yourself a favor. Pay the little more and be happy.

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. I have to say I first trip to Disneyland with my children was ruined by the way we were treated by the front desk and the Supervisor Antonio Lopez. We checked in late Friday night, dropped off our luggage and headed back to Disneyland. When we got back from the park we noticed something in our bed that was not there when we first arrived. There was a master key with a card that belonged to tony the housekeeping manager. When we checked out Saturday morning we asked the receptionist if there was someone in our room while we were away and she treated us with such little care, when we handed her the master key another receptionist said oooh that s freaking Tony s key he really said that. We asked to speak to a supervisor but he was at lunch. We then received a call from Antonio Lopez who handled the situation so poorly I don t even understand why he s even a supervisor. He called and stead of asking us what was going on he just said he was calling to let us know nobody had been in our room, he was rude and questioned us about the situation, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he kept defending the housekeeper saying he had a report showing that the key had not been used. Since we had used the key that morning to check if it would actually open our room we decided to ask him if the key had been using on Saturday at all to which he said no, we asked him 3 time ls being very specific on the date and he said no, when we told him we had used that key Saturday morning he started stuttering, obviously very nervous because he had been caught in a lie. He made us feel as if we were lying, but how would we ever get a hold of a master key? We spoke to 2 receptionist and 1 supervisor about this and we didn t receive even 1 appology for this. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, I feel lied to because I actually have a video of the room when we arrived and there was nothing in the bed. I was shocked by the customer service we received from such a prestigious hotel.

Currently staying here, so far I m not terribly impressed... the pros are the room size, and it is pretty clean, but it is SO LOUD! literally you hear everything, and I am assuming it s the piping we are constantly hearing as it lets out a horrible squealing noise at all hours. The food is awful, very over cooked and dry... the happy hour is ok. Room service took a while, way over priced food for what you get. I wouldn t stay again.

As a Hilton Honor Diamond member, I'd expect a little better service when staying here at a premium cost. I understand the rates are better than Disney's hotels but I'd don't understand why the check in process would take over an hour. The app check in option was not available saying I needed to check-in in person. Fine. Checked in and didn't offer complimentary water. Wanted a late check out, asked for an extra hour but got denied. Its too bad that we had an awesome time at Disneyland but my experience with this Hilton hotel makes we think that being a loyal Hilton customer is not worth much these days. I hope management sees this so that others can have a better experience moving forward.

Little disappointed in that we asked for extra towels, pillows and a blanket and they never brought them the next morning I went down to ask and she had it on her list but never followed up. I did get towels by waiting at the front desk. The phone in the room didn't work either.

Simply gorgeous, and really nice benefits that you wouldn't normally think of when planning for a vacation such as a whole time dedicated for snacks and drinks, live animals for the environment, and lovely staff!

Free food for breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks in evening. Always a clean room when we got back and in excellent distance to Disney as well as other Cali destinations. Parking isn't free so that sucks and pool is outside which limits you to weather. Free WiFi and laundry is a great help too.

1 star is even too good for this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel I was
a couple hours early and I checked in and told them that I was there and asked them if they had baggage storage because I knew that I was early and they replied no your room is ready. I stayed at the hotel and then when we received our credit card bill we were charged what they called an early check in fee of 291$ that wasn't even on the bill that they had printed for me at time of check out. It showed up as a separate charge on the credit card. Also no one at check in told me that I would be charged this amount as well. The hotel is refusing to refund our money. I would definitely stay away from this hotel.

I and my Coast Guard crew (10 rooms) stayed at the Double Tree for a last minute trip to the LA area. The staff was extremely friendly, speedy in checking us in, and accommodating in every way. The breakfast bar was great, the room condition was top notch, and the hotel was extremely clean. You can tell this is a newly built Embassy Suites due to its pristine condition.
