Embassy suites has alway been my favorite hotel. The decor at this location is African savanna and as it is so close to Disneyland, I call it the Lion King Hotel. I was staying for business and I was thrilled with the friendly attentive staff, the beautiful decor, a nice evening reception and excellent breakfast with too many choices!
The on-site restaurant was also very good and it is within walking distance to many other great restaurants and Italian ice for dessert! There was ample parking and very close to Disneyland and the freeways. There are many choices for Disneyland but my first choice would be the Embassy Suites. I also really love another hotel which is closer so price will always be how I choose in the future. I would definitely stay here again and will soon compare it to the Embassy Suites at LAX.

Amazing place to stay. Great rooms, great service. Housekeeping was awesome. We stayed 6 nights and everyday we returned to a spotless, well stocked room. We used to stay at the Sheraton Park every year. Embassy Suites is our new spot for Disney vacations. A+++

My favorite hotel. The rooms are great they have a fridge and micro and we are a family of 4 so that helped us on top of getting the free complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is what made me pick this hotel.

The place is beautiful and the rooms were spectacular. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to have the opportunity of staying again.

Free Good breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, melons, yogurt, coffee, tea, meats etc.
Free Good dinner. Free drinks, chips dips etc. They give free wine beer..
Also Dining area is very cool with pond water falls and live fish .
Good staff . Good house keeping. .
....The only thing I didn't like was loud AC and no fan in a bathroom.
But it's very good hotel .

We were itchy all night and my wife and 2 year old had bites all over them, we called the front desk and they sent their team inside to check and of course said they would contact us if our claim had evendence..... seriously the worst stay ever and for them to not even apologize or offer anything it was ridiculous! Obviously their team isn't going to admit to finding anything... The poof I need was all over my wife and child. We have always loved embassy suites in the past but this was unacceptable and their reaction to it was worst! Horrible costumer service .

This is a surprisingly problematic hotel from a usually reliable chain. Parking at this location is atrocious. It is all outdoors with spaces so narrowly striped that many are unusable due to even moderate size vehicles going over the lines. Arriving at all late (such as after a Disneyland visit) seems almost guaranteed to result in driving around for quite a while looking for a space. They also charge $17 per night for this and offer no valet option. We had booked a king suite, but on arrival we were told that the only room available had 2 double beds due to the hotel being "sold out". The beds were too small for 2 adults, so my wife and I ended up using separate beds. The room was clean and the fixtures seemed fine. Before our arrival, the air conditioner had been either off or set to a high temperature, causing the room to be very warm and it was well into the night before it reached a comfortable temperature. While the hotel was reasonably attractive and well maintained and the price is reasonable for an all suite hotel, the problems were severe enough that I doubt we will stay there again.

We visited during COVID times and this hotel was very clean. They even continued to offer breakfast in boxes to keep their customers safe and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location is perfect if you plan to go to Disney.

Nice clean spacious hotel. Could get loud and noisy sometimes and always prefer to have a room away from the elevators because thats where people congregate and foot traffic hang out. Breakfast is nice.

This is my second time at this location staying overnight. I'm a big series of Embassy Suites and they are always my first choice for hotel. However it feels like this location is a bit run down and out of date. Room was clean but rugs and decor are old. TVs were a good size and wifi was fast. Parking spots are very small and almost impossible to park in. Doesn't seem like they have a valet either. If they do, we weren't offered that service. I prefer the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana off Dyer to this Anaheim location.
