So nice. Awesome pool and hot tub! Great breakfast and even had an inside gym.
Having my wedding here, Sara is very responsive and helpful.
Not too far from Disneyland, free hot breakfast and free Drinks 5:30-7:30. Hotel is reasonably clean
Nice hotel. I Come to this location when I visit Disneyland with my family. Rooms are bigger and you get free breakfast.
Great first experience! Definitely will stay again!
This Embassy Suites offers great rooms and service as well as a wonderful continental breakfast each morning.
My family and I stayed here for the night before heading to Knott's Berry Farm. It was a typical stay at a Hilton, with a few exceptions. They had double beds instead of queen size, and they were either too worn or soft. The next day, breakfast was very good, but I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a waffle. All the staff I encountered was very friendly. It is a good place to if in the Aneheim/Garden Grove area.
As always, I rate stars as follows: 1- not good all around, 2- some good good value, but pretty common and nothing stood out, 3- a solid choice all around, 4- one of my favorites, 5- a great experience all around and very unique for the area.
The service here is overall amazing, the staff are very courteous and willing to assist your needs. It's specially useful that it's extremely close to Disneyland resort. It does have breakfast and dinner so that's also a great plus.
Filthy, disorganized, tourist trap. Hidden charges. Rooms from the year 1994. Like a Disney cattle chute stay away.
Awesome hotel with wonderful staff! Breakfast is excellent! Clean rooms, safe environment, close to Disney, perfect location
I am a traveler from Japan. The facilities were luxurious and very clean, and the staff were very kind and polite. When I wanted a chopsticks, or when I greeted in English, I was so moved by a smile and I was impressed. The miso soup for breakfast is a little light, but it is still something I can not eat in the US, so I really appreciated it. I thought I would like to stay again.
Wasn't there long but lobby and restaurant are beautiful and such a nice atmosphere. Can't wait to come again.
Great location, near Disney and really close to the convention center
Very fun lobby and continental breakfast experience
Very well managed property. Prior to this stay, I stayed at the Embassy Suites North Anaheim. It was one of the worst experience I ever had. This stay at this location is clean, closer to Disney and shopping centres.
This was an excellent hotel from my opinion. Had a sweet for 5 days while going to Disneyland, Universal, SanDiego wild life. Had a bus service that took you to the Disneyland park. Had breakfast every morning all you can eat . Great omlets. Great view from the 10 the floor. Saw where the Angels played looking out the window
Easy to get in and out of, parking spaces are very tight near the front, but on the side and towards the back are some larger ones. It is currently being updated, and mostly done. Rooms are always clean, I've stayed here many times, and always have good service.
we stay here most of the time it is best to stay there with more people the room will hold 6 the cost per person is very affordable per person the is not the hotel to stay at if 2 or less the cost per person is much higher . during happy hour tip the person a 10 spot and you are his best friend he will take care of all your drinks you want. the poos is cold but on a hot day is fine the food is the best it comes withe the room a family of 6 would cost a lot to feed any where there 60 or more now subtract this from the cost of the room and the room is very affordable.. ask for a up grade room the view of Disney some times you will get it. i have stayed in all sides of the hotel it dint matte. the only thing i don't like is the parking there they charge for it and the spaces are small. walk to the hotel next door the Hampton inn to get your buss pass it is cheaper. The only buss pass you can get a Embassy is 3 day. i hope this will help with your vacation. you can walk to Disney it takes 25 min a nice walk

Beautiful Hotel my only suggestion is please be more efficient in telling guest what is going on when the fire alarm is going off and the speaker system needs an upgrade. We live in a world where the quicker we know what is going on the safer things can be.
Staff was very helpful and informative. Really enjoyed our stay.
My SO and I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. This review is in three parts.
First points of interest, given we are in an ongoing pandemic, are cleanliness, mask wearing, and social distancing. The hotel lobby and rooms were extremely clean, which we appreciated. Mask wearing and social distancing was mandatory and exercised by staff and most hotel customers via markers on the floor and limited capacity elevators (no more than 3 people at a time). As there were two elevators, it was easy to avoid a large crowd of possible social distance and elevator capacity violators by simple avoidance, which we did once during our stay. We did not see anyone violating the mandatory mask rule at all. The only issue we did see was one staff member who did not wear their mask over their nose, but otherwise all staff wore masks properly, as did every hotel guest we noticed.
From here, we have the staff themselves, size of the room and room/hotel amenities. The staff were friendly and open to answering questions during check-in and breakfast pick-up. The room was large with the requested bed and the proper amenities in the room (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, tea, coffee, fridge, and microwave). We did have to request cotton swabs at the front desk, however, as they are not provided in-room. The toilet flushed properly and water was hot or cold as desired. There was also an ice machine not far from our room with a washer and dryer for clothes. Parking was 20 USD per night in an open lot that, while a bit dark at night, had a good amount of available parking with in and out privileges. We received a parking pass on check-in to place on the dashboard of the car. The door to the lobby closed at 8 PM but the side door could be unlocked with a room key to enter after 8 PM. The room itself is extremely quiet, which is always nice. Unfortunately, the in-door restaurant was closed and room service was not available due to the ongoing pandemic. There are a good amount of restaurants nearby that made this a non-issue though.
Finally, we have Hilton Honors perks (I am an Honors Gold member). We had free Wi-Fi, which was wonderful as always, received two water bottles and snacks at check-in, and we did receive breakfast. However, breakfast came in the form of a to-go box containing a large muffin, an apple, a granola bar, and a frozen burrito. The frozen burrito was ok (it is expected to be heated in the room's microwave), as was the muffin. Although we skipped the granola bars since flavors were random, the apples were not yet ripe (very sour) so we had to throw them away after only one bite each. While the breakfast left a lot to be desired, we decided to simply head to a breakfast place afterwards. As we did not expect too much breakfast-wise during a pandemic, with the hope that "real" Hilton breakfasts return after the pandemic is over, we did not allow the breakfast we received to sour our review (although we would sincerely suggest choosing edible apples in to-go boxes).
Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat (but absolutely skip their to-go breakfast until after the pandemic).
As a bonus, we took photos of the lobby which was beautiful and contained a koi pond. We can tell they had their (currently closed) in-door restaurant here, and we cannot wait to return when it is reopened after the pandemic.
Hot breakfast, comfortable bed, close to Disneyland.
This Hotel is very nice & clean. Elevator was really squeaky no full breakfast. That stinks!
Separate living/sleeping room suites with complimentary morning breakfast buffet and evening happy hour during the week. They also provide their own shuttle service for $5 a passenger to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and the central atrium had a nice tropical rainforest feel to it. Would definitely go back and stay next time we go to Disneyland.
Great rooms and one of the best values on Harbor Blvd . They have a cook to order omelette bar and a small but we'll stocked breakfast buffet . In the evening there is a managers reception with drinks, and snacks . They also have a good room service menu . All in all their amenities are far better than most hotels in the Disneyland area, and the price is right.
Nice place close to convention center breakfast made to order was great
rooms are good
staff is really helpful
Very nice hotel. Great place to visit with the family.
Service was fabulous. Got us checked in fast. Location is perfect for Disneyland.
The potatoes are great! But needs more elevators because they took too long
Not our first stay here and won't be our last. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. If only the Wi-Fi was a little faster.
The hotel was beautifully kept and the happy hour was awesome!....well be back for sure!
The shower clogged and wouldn't drain every time it was used (we had 5 people showing every day)
The so-called mattress on the pull out bed was just springs poking through the 1/8 inch cloth that covered the springs. Check out was a mess, we had one card to hold the room and another on file to be charged when we checked out (the card to be charged for the rooms was communicated with the staff before our reservation were even made) staff was unwilling to refund and charge the correct card. This was our first experience at an embassy suites and definitely our last. I've been to less expensive hotels and have never experienced what we delt with at the Anaheim south embassy suites. If this let me I wouldn't even be giving a one star review.
Tons of rudeness and disrespect so I really don't appreciate it that's all I have to say.
Beautiful hotel in a great location that's close to Disneyland. Staff was very friendly and the parking was free, definitely a huge perk!
Clean rooms, free drinks and great business center!
For an embassy suites the rooms are dated and food nothing exceptional
Comfortable. Great hotel for school trips, as teachers and parents can see all room doors from one place.
I was there for a meeting and service good and food that the hotel provided for us was delicious.
Great place to stay reasonably priced an outstanding breakfast
I was very disappointed with the Embassy Suites tonight. We were involved with an 18th Filipino birthday party in ballroom C and we had to deal with a quinceanera 16 year old birthday party in ballrooms A & B. Our DJ could hardly be heard because the sound from the next room was so loud, it sounded like they were piping their music into our space. During the beautiful ceremony of the 18 roses and the 18 candles, we didn't even get to play any of our music because the music next door was so loud you couldn't hear our musical choices
We also needed Wi-Fi in our ballroom for online videos we were trying to show and there was no Wi-Fi.
Dinner came to us late, and we felt like we were being rushed to finish as the waiter stood by waiting for us to finish our salads while they held our main meal in their hands.
I will say that the chicken meal we had was absolutely delicious. They also offered us a choice of red or white wine and the service was just beautiful. The salads are crispy with fresh vegetables and wonderful salad dressing. They provided teas, fresh strawberry lemonade, and coffee. Cannot complain about the meal that was provided.
Would I use or suggest that friends are family use Embassy Suites for their next birthday, wedding or other huge event? No! No one came in to check to see how our party was going and if anything needed to be corrected.
If you enjoyed my review, please LIKE below, and as always, have an amazing life!
We had comfortable rooms, microwave is in the bottom cupboard, a bit awkward, I think. We enjoyed the big breakfast options and evening cocktails and snacks.
The workers were very helpful and super kind to me and my family. I loved the beautiful exterior and I had an amazing stay there. I would definitely go back!
Great room, great view, great complimentary breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. Very close to Disneyland if that's your destination, good freeway access if not. A few minor nitpicks but a great experience.
Cold breakfast couldn't have orange juice and water?? Had to get one or the other but my co worker got both???? Service was not as great expected as I have gotten at other Embassy suites however the rooms are nice. I was over charged because management did not look into my work credit card on file which was paid days ahead prior to arriving. Now I have to wait to check out to be reimbursed. I had canceled the payment at least I thought it was canceled because I pushed the canceled button but on Embassys Manager Eduardo didn't advise me till after my co workers had the same problem that my Visa was charged$703! I Wasn't happy with that surprise. Oh and no cocktails at this place as compared to other Embassy Suites. First time I was disappointed with my stay with Embassy suites.
Great location for a trip to Disneyland, they offer a shuttle for easy access to and from the park and the breakfast is amazing, so many choices.
We try to stay at Embassy whenever we can. Always clean and love the full cook to order breakfasts
This hotel was beautiful and the staff gave us a lot of support. The kids were happy. The breakfast was made quick and very tasty but this hotel does bring in lots of Disneyland visitor. The breakfast area was jammed packed.
Overall the hotel is OK. The breakfast is a nice touch but the mattresses are very subpar and the sofa couch is worse.
Its a pretty central location with Buca Di Beppo in the lot but other than that, it's ok
Beautiful hotel with a great looking lobby. The room was very clean and looked excellent.
The breakfast was a let down though. A microwave burrito and a muffin is not really a replacement for bacon and eggs
My room was booked by a Disney travel company agent as part of the affiliated hotel program. Everything was supposed to be paid for with nothing to worry about over the course of my stay except for meals, souvenirs, and maybe a shuttle to the Disney parks. Room was not ready at check in. Hotel has a mandatory "security deposit" which is claimed at check in is for in case of damages but in reality is a mandatory room charge account of $50 per night. They will repeatedly try to force you to charge things to you room. Like your shuttle tickets to Disneyland. They will also tell you at check in that the hold will be released immediately at check out. But at check out will tell you it will be released in 3 - 5 business days. The hold will actually charge a part of that hold amount to your card which will need to be refunded not just released as was explained to me at check out when I asked why I had an unexplained $35 charge and refund on my bill. However the full hold amount was not documented anywhere. The whole situation is shady. Most (nice) hotels I've stayed in don't need your card for anything other than if something needs to be replaced, then they will charge you. If an authorization is necessary $1.00 is the appropriate amount. Just to verify that your card is valid and not stolen.
The breakfast buffet is ok. But is poorly managed as you spend more time in line waiting for clean trays, plates, and silverware than actually eating your breakfast. However this may be due to the fact that a lot of guests take trays of food up to their rooms to keep in the mini frige so that they don't have to pay for lunch or dinner. This could easily be solved with more supplies ie trays and plates. But judging by the fact they skimp on house keeping and that the hotel is kind of old and poorly maintained under the facade that is unlikely to happen.
I felt like we weren't treated well by staff and I was constantly bombarded with requests to charge things to my room. Very disturbing and not a fun part of my vacation.
Three days after returning home I called to check status of the security deposite charge which never should have been an actual charge to begin with. Upon learning why I was calling the hotel employee I spoke with promptly informed me that the system was down and to try again in morning after 7 (shift change). I've worked in hotels. And I would not knowingly stay here again knowing that it is so far from what I consider a good place to stay.
Perfect rooms all ways clean and great personal and staff. Awesome food. Recommend 100%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
I like the separate sleeping and living room. Decor a little dated. Staff is more than courteous every employee greeted me with a smile and a hello which is great. I'm actually thinking about staying there for our family vacation to Disneyland.
We booked a double bed suite, but we were given a king suite and the hotel was full, so we couldn't change rooms. Parking is an additional$17/day. The hotel was advertised as being a block and a half from Disneyland, but it's actually two miles. The shuttle to Disneyland is not free $3/day for children and $6/day for adults. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were very nice and the free breakfast included a made-to-order omelette station.
Conveniently located for our Disney trip. Very large suite rooms. Everything you need. Nice breakfast provided and beautiful atmosphere. Clean. Pleasant employees, they seemed to enjoy their jobs. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Always a good hotel with good breakfast options. Close enough to Disneyland to be worth it
Love the Reception and breakfast. Rooms are real nice.
Great breakfast, pool, clean rooms and lobby. Nice and responsive staff. The breakfast has warm food.
My stay at Embassy was nice, as usual, however I do feel that there could be a better breakfast variety. Yes, even with Covid19. Cereal, Juices, Muffin, Danish, ev6t....
The housekeeping was good, the water situation was less good, location is nice, close to the main attractions, rooms looked good, but were a little low on appliances
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great area, very clean, convenient location, definitely recommend staying here.
Returned to our room close to 3:00 p.m. and housekeeping still had not cleaned. Room was also hot as AC was not working.
This place is pretty good with an awesome bar. Richard Lynch is an awesome employee, he's very attentive.
Beautiful Hotel. Very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
The hotel room was very nice and clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The service was very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect.
Stayed for 3 nights. Second morning we did not leave the room before 09:00 am when we found a note under our door that our room could not be serviced today because we were still in there. When leaving the hotel some 15 minutes later, we were promissed by the front desk that they would take care about this only to find out at 08:30 pm when we returned to our room that they did not and that the room was still not serviced. Never experienced such a poor service in 30 years traveling. As mentioned by other guests, not all elevators were working. Breakfast was mediocre. Usually like staying at Embassy Suites a lot but would definitely skip this one in the future.
