AS A HILTON DIAMOND MEMBER I WAS LOST FOR WORDS UPON ARRIVAL, I WAS UNABLE TO CHECK IN WITH ALL THE PROPER ID AND THE TWO FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS ASKED TO RELAX AND BE POLITE
