Do not trust this company!!!!! I purchased a package for my son for 1st grade. We moved in the middle of summer and knew that the package I had paid before school was out will be delivered in the old school. Then when the school year started they told me they never received payment nor my order. I left it like that because I forgot to save the receipt. I talked to the representative in the company and couldn t find my order with my last name nor my phone or email address. Later on I found a screenshot on my computer and get back with them and all of the sudden they found my order and tell me that the package was delivered to the school, I got in contact with the school and they said they being having issues with this company for a while. So I called back to talk to Shannon. She says that they have to launch an investigation and find out why all this happen. I haven t heard back from Shannon or her manager Kevin Banker. I hope they see this message and get back with me because at this point they are not answering my calls. Bottom Line they take your money, and don t deliver, blame the school for their incompetence and don t answer.

Have worked with EPI for many years they have always provided great customer service and exceptional quality products. Highly recommend !!

Great customer service, amazing prices and the best deal for your school supply kits. I've worked with three other services in the past and they all pale in comparison to EPI. Proactive service and communication makes EPI easy to deal with. From the initial sale to the final delivery I never found myself waiting for an answer or disappointed. 10/10 will use again.

I passed on doing this option 2 times and I should have passed on it again. As others have stated, the communication was subpar for Covid related changes. When I finally picked up the items, I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see how cheap everything was for the cost we paid. I understand a profit must be made somewhere, at best, everything we got was worth about $10....maybe $15. Additionally, we were missing items, had incorrect items, and wrong counts of things. Just terrible, won't do this again. $60 gone and still have to go back shopping.

Amy was there every step of the way from working with me to make sure each grade level had the correct list to final delivery. The marketing department was great to work with too. They supplied us with all the marketing material we needed to promote our sale and sent lots of helpful tips too. I was a pleasure working with EPI and I would highly recommend them.

They need to UPDATE the school's supply lists! Us as parents trust this website to get our kids supplies on time and CORRECT! especially when we don't have the time to go buy everything! But they always send the wrong order! so disappointed! Never again.

Chapin Elementary School has been using EPI for 5 years. We cant say enough on how professional they are. Always willing to work with you on pricing and products. Absolutely love our salesman Josh Jarman! Delivery is a breeze. Set a date and they are there. Packaged how you need it to be and if there is a problem they are there to fix it immediately. Would recommend EPI to every school.

What a disappointment my sons supplies was today. I could not believe my eyes when i got the box. Not happy at all. What glue is this, what color pencils brand is this and what pencils are these. And really I have a son and you give him a Purple binder. When i bought this i was under the impression we get the better products like we did before. I bought for my daughter a box too her box had the Elmers glue and Crayola products. Not this cheap no name brand stuff. Shame on you. Where is the Ticonderoga Pencils?

WHERE do I START... AWFUL AWFUL company and TERRIBLE customer service & way more expensive than you buying the products at Target or any other store yourself. First time ordering from them and LAST. If you call the company they proceed to put you on hold and tell you for 6 minutes that you are the next caller, to then be transferred to a general voice mail. I just received my daughter's school supplies yesterday and the hand soap bottle opened and ruined the entire box of school supplies... Poor packaging.

This year our PTA partnered with EPI for their Schools Supply Kits and Spirit wear. This partnership has been better than we could have hoped. The service we have received from Lisa has been exceptional. All items were delivered in a timely manner and the small error was immediately corrected. The school supply kits allowed our parents to skip the lines and show up to open house with every supply needed waiting at their desks. The quality of spirit wear and the printing was great! We have used EPI for the last 2 years and we love them!!! Pur rep was amazing! she walked me through every step and kept me in the loop. She helped get us the lowest prices and best deals for our parents. Plus it's super convenient not having to take supplies on the first day of school, not fighting tax free weekend crowds or going to multiple stores to find everything on the list. We will be using EPI again!

very fraudulent!!!! I ordered school supplies,, received half of the list, left many messages, when she finally responded, she was rude and unprofessional, still have not received the refund

This company is unorganized and inefficient. I ordered school supplies two weeks ago and they just shipped today. The site claims it takes 3-4 business days to process an order. It took 8 business days. I never received a confirmation email or a shipping estimate I paid $13.89 for shipping. I contacted customer service via email three times to cancel the order with no reply. The phone for EPI rings really fast then quickly shuffles you to voicemail which no one responds to. Today 12 days after my order was placed I received tracking information for an order I tried multiple times to cancel. I'f try to return them now EPI will charge a 20% restock fee and keep the $13.89 shipping charge. I will also have to pay for rerun postage. So basically it'll cost around $50 to return $67 worth of supplies. What a mess. I will be refusing the box from UPS and disputing the charge with my CC company. Oh and by the way the shipping only took 1 day, I lived 2 miles from the EPI warehouse!

We ordered 4 sets for ours kids but only got in three. Tried to get ahold of them though emails and phone calls and no response what so ever.

I placed my order (Order # B2198176) for both of my kids school supplies on 8/2. I have not received any updates on this order. This is supposed to be delivered by UPS but I have not been provided with any tracking details. School starts in TWO DAYS and I have no idea if the supplies will arrive in time.

I thought I was going the stress-free route by ordering all my supplies online. However I will gladly face the chaos and frustration of buying my own supplies in the future if that means I ll have peace of mind that my supplies are purchased and ready for the first day of school.

Today I have been trying to reach EPI by phone (the number listed on my confirmation email) and I ve also sent two emails. I have called SIX TIMES with no answer, the phone just rings and there s a prompt to leave a message (which I have already done).
What a horrible and disappointing way to run a business!! I plan to call my school district, Carroll ISD, and highly encourage them to utilize another supplier. This company has awful reviews regarding terrible customer service and unacceptable supplies being delivered. Parents shouldn t have to deal with this stress on top of all the other needs our children have for returning to school.

Horrible. I requested them to change the delivery address since we moved to a new place (to a different state). They said would do that but then to my surprise got a mail from UPS stating the package will be delivered to my old address. I then had to pay $20 to have it delivered to my new address.

The Woodland PTA has appreciated the great service that EPI has offered to us over the past several years. Our schools have numerous lists with so many different options and EPI is always willing to help us make the best choices for our students and their school supplies and does so with exceptionally quick turn around. Both sales representatives that we have had on our account have been awesome too! We look forward to a continued relationship with EPI for many years to come.

BE AWARE. There's a disclaimer on the EPI site that says " NO WARRANTY."...Meaning, if your package is lost, or being held at some unknown warehouse, this company does NOT guarantee their packages and will NOT refund. In fact, when I asked them to open a UPS lost claim, her response was "it's a lengthy and difficult process, but you can do it if you like" (paraphrasing). They wouldn't even pick up the phone and call UPS. So I called MYSELF, and tracked down the package in a warehouse in a neighboring town. So I spent $50 on new school supplies a week AFTER school started. Then $80 on the original package that was lost. Highly disappointed that it took over a dozen email exchanges, and felt like they thought I was lying somehow... and didn't want to truly HELP me. Rant over. I see why their google ratings are low. I'm not the only one who's had an issue. Lesson learned.

I ordered school supplies from this company for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program (reference #V1249161) on 27 July 2018 and only a portion of the order was received by them. They have since reached out to this company on 27 August 2018 requesting the remainder of the order, and this company has yet to respond to them. Today is 2 October 2018 and no responses? This company is a fraud, such a fraud that doesn t even have a phone number to contact them. They still have yet to deliver $750 in school supplies from 27 July 2018!! Steer clear of this place and go to Wal Mart or Target, even if they may be more expensive. At least you know you re getting what you paid for. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

My credit card company will be hearing from me on this one! Shame on you depriving the children what was donated to them in this manner. Totally ridiculous!!!!!!

EDIT: EPI delivered the supplies in question to the wrong recipients. Although some kids did receive the donated items, the kids I wanted to receive the items did not. My donation was specifically to Arlington but the supplies ended up in Irving for some reason. I will still purchase items myself from this point on and that way, i know who will get what is intended for them. I will say that EPI responded quickly and we were able to track down where my order went.

, . I recently bought my Sons supply list for 3rd grade Im looking over what i purchased and I must stress the fact that technically Its not worth the $189 that was paid. Everything I received is off brand contrary to what the picture displays and there were multiple things missing. I had to spend extra to get the correct supplies for the school year. Im very disappointed and I will no longer be purchasing school supplies from your company.

Our school s experience with EPI has been very positive. Our rep, Jennifer, is responsive and professional. Our individually wrapped kits arrived on time on the date that was requested. Teachers have been pleased with the quality of the items.

VERY POOR SERVICE! I did a drive for a local school. NONE of the kids school kits were going to be shipped on time because they were busy and backed up on orders . They told me the only things that shipped were the teacher kits. I then went out and had to buy all the school supplies on my own that were promised to these kids so they had their supplies for the first day of school. I purchased and assembled all my own kits. I was told I could cancel the order with EPI and be refunded. I asked them to call me several times and I received NO call back at all. I ve left SEVERAL messages now. Yesterday the school called me to say they received EVERYTHING! EPI didn t even know that what they shipped. Now they are refusing to refund me because everything was received - even though it was all late. I would NOT recommend EPI. Very poor communication, very poor customer service. EPI still has not called me back or refunded me for any of the kits.

All I can say is this was the WORST PACKAGING I have ever encountered in my entire life!! The school supplies were broken, missing, stained, ripped, and they came with the sealed air bags protectors completely deflated providing no support and as a result the school supplies arrived damaged. I was appalled!!! I had to go and buy some more school supplies for my kids and replaced what was missing and damaged.
EPI, I hope you can see this review and call me back so I can get a refund, this is such a shame and completely unacceptable!

Does anyone anwser the phones there? No customer service support. I was double charged for products. The website is confusing. I just plan on buying my kid's supplies at Target. I will make sure to tell the other parents not to listen to PTA.

This company has great customer service and artwork department and an awesome merchandise turnaround! Highly recommended!

Ordered school supplies for 2 of my children in July and still haven't received them and no one is answering the phone nor returning calls. My children start school tomorrow and have no supplies!!! Bad business on not answering phones or returning calls. Save the hassle and just go to Walmart or Target!

My wife is the PTA President at our local elementary school. She's had a horrible experience with EPI in terms of customer service. TWO times our school t-shirts were delivered with the the wrong color of blue, and it's still not corrected. Both times it was like pulling teeth to get contacted and there is no follow-through. The EPI representative even complained that multiple times recently other schools' t-shirts orders were done incorrectly. Also, when she finally spoke with a manager, they offered excuses rather than reassuring my wife they would do what's necessary to correct the error. I would avoid using EPI.

This is the first time that I placed an order through EPI....thinking it would be easier to order school supplies from them and be done. Was I ever wrong..... I ordered a FOURTH grade pack and instead of receiving it, I received a ton of crayons and about 20 glue sticks. To make matters worse...they are concerned about COVID so no one is there to answer the phone or respond to an email. I have left four messages and sent seven emails and NO response. I spend over $100 and this is what I get? The wrong order and ZERO customer service. I will not comment on my feelings about COVID ....but you are supposed to be running a business COVID or not. If you are open to collect money then you should have someone there to answer the phone! I work for a small manufacturer, and throughout all of the BS we always had and still have someone to answer the phone and help our customer. You have ZERO excuse for this!

Do not use this company for your supplies. I was expecting to have paid for all of my kids supplies. But surprise, they did not complete the charge until after I received it. Thanks to that unexpected things, my account was over drafted and I was left with a negative balance. Also, some of the products did not come in the original package, they were loose and or in a zip local bag. And to top it off I'm missing one of the supplies. I was told to call customer service for a replacement or refund but nobody answers, this is the 1st and last time I will use this company. I will continue to call customer service until they answer.

As the Assistant Principal of a private school, I found EPI to be convenient and economical for our families. They were easy to work with and were able to provide almost all of our needed supplies. We still had the freedom to create our own lists by grade/teacher, and everything arrived on time. Great experience.

I do not recommend ordering from EPI. Not only are they more expensive they did not send everything in my order. Then when I contacted customer service I never received a call back. I had to email the company and deal with someone who was very rude. Then they never notified me when they had shipped the missing items so I waited four more days for that. The items arrived late after my daughter had already started school. At first I didn t mind paying extra to have everything shipped to my house but after this experience I will NEVER order from here again, instead I will shop for school supplies the old fashioned way at a store. This company does not care to offer good customer service. Do yourself a favor and DON T order from EPI.

Waste of 60 bucks. My dad ordered it for me and everything was very low quality except the pens. After I saw all good quality books for 50 cents and really great pencils for a dollar, I realized how bad epi was. Never buy this, I would even give this a star. Idk if mine was like that or everybody got the same stuff

This was our first experience with EPI school supply pack sale. The staff was very helpful in getting us started and walking us thru the whole proses. We are defiantly doing school supply packs again next year. For schools or PTA in need of a fundraiser ideaa EPI is the way to go.

I order student supplies for our school through EPI. The supplies are packaged per student and delivered right to the school. This is such a convenience for busy families!

One of my child's packages did not arrive. There is no phone number to call, you have to fill out a form and wait to be contacted, in 48 hours. I need help now... school starts in 2 days.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I already send 3 different message to check the status of my order, I made on August 17,2020 and have never received any calls or response about it. My son already start the school year without materials, thanks to the inefficiency of this company. Still waiting for my materials or my refunds.

I have used other companies in the past for school supplies s d I have yet to see the amount of products and guarantees that EPI offers.

We decided this year to convert our program at our school to online ordering. We were exhausted about all the running around , picking orders and things not being there, and us the volunteers getting the short end of the stick with upset parents. Let me tell you how easy the process was!! Everyone was happy.

EPI also offers a product exchange as well that guarantees their products and will exchange them!!

I also like the fact that they have t shirts and school spirit wear as well !!!

It s a one stop shop which is great and easy to work with. Especially for us volunteers!!

The school I work for has ordered from EPI for 2 years now and always have a great experience! Customer service is excellent and they work with everything we ask like customizations, multiple edits, getting new colors for the shirts so we can choose the one that's just right! Once everything is perfect on the proof they get the order processed and delivered quickly. Great company!

We order my son School supply from this company before school started. We got a box full with pencil box, a few notebooks, pencils, erasers...Ect.. We send back to them in july and to this point we still haven't got a refund from them, the money they took from our account!!! $120.00 doesn't equal to what we got in the Box... There is not a contact number where you can get in contact with them. They only have a email address which they don't reply you back!! This company is the Worse to buy from & deal with... It's middle of September14, 20 We still waiting for a Refund . Becareful if you going to buy something from this Company!!!

As the PTA president and a busy working mom, I would highly recommend EPI. Their system made our back to school shopping so much simpler and saved so much time! We also appreciate the cost savings, as we spent less on school supplies for two kids than in previous years. EPI offers high quality products and a service that saves time and money.

all the people have their list of supplies tomorrow the classes begin and my list has not arrived at home! other people who live here received them less from mine. I bought in May and paid for ups so that they would send me the order and today, August 12, it still has not arrived and they did not deliver it even at their school. I demand that you send me the list today !!!

The packing was terrible. I ordered over $200 in school supplies and the items looked as if they were thrown in a large box. The individual packaging of several items were damaged/opened (Expo markers, pencils, pens, etc.). To make things worse, I was missing several items. I tried contacting the customer service both by phone and email, and no answer or call back. I suggest just going to Walmart or Target in the future. This is a terrible company. I will not be reordering with this company in the future.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered the pack for my soon to be kindergartner. I acknowledged the disclaimer saying no refunds after a certain date. We are past that certain date and due to Covid, my kindergartner will not be going to school. Totally out of my hands. You would think any decent company would still issue a refund since it is out of everyone's control. Sounds like a money hungry company. Luckily for them, they are not credited with the BBB, otherwise they would have received a complaint.

Horrible communication during COVID regarding orders. I had to reach out to check on status then got a canned email saying I can t get a refund and that I checked the refund policy box then they proceeded to write that kids still need school supplies. Not once in my email did I mention a refund just an update. Their one sentence reply to my response was, sorry for the trouble, your order will be shipped to the school. They attached an image of the order and who I could contact at the school. That is literally all I needed before I received the impersonal, rude response. Will never be buying my kids supplies from here.
