This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered the pack for my soon to be kindergartner. I acknowledged the disclaimer saying no refunds after a certain date. We are past that certain date and due to Covid, my kindergartner will not be going to school. Totally out of my hands. You would think any decent company would still issue a refund since it is out of everyone's control. Sounds like a money hungry company. Luckily for them, they are not credited with the BBB, otherwise they would have received a complaint.
