We have been using EPI for our school fundraiser for several years now. Our customer service rep has been very responsive, product delivery timely and good product quality!
We've just recently set up our contract for EPI School Supplies and I could not be more excited. The attention and answers to all of our questions that we have had from our EPI Representative have been phenomenal! I'm looking forward to the samples that we will be getting to help our teachers make the best choices for next year's orders, and grateful to have the support of some awesome marketing materials to really get our school supply sale up to the level that it should be.

Our school has been working with EPI for several years. We continue to work with them annually because of the price match guarantee and because every year they work hard to satisfy our needs completely.
The supply packs from EPI are awesome! I'm a busy Mom, so knowing that my kids' school supplies can be boxed up and sent directly to their school is such a relief. Not having to deal with crowds and searching for what they need in the big box stores can be super overwhelming. Using EPI for our school supplies allows me to use that time for one of the many other tasks on my "To Do" list. I highly recommend this service.
Beware! Subpar school supplies and horrible customer service! We have waited three weeks for them to pick up a returned item. Do not use this service! Just go to Walmart or Target to get your kiddos school supplies.
We have had the best experience with this company. Packages came on time and well packaged. School Parents were all pleased with the School Supply Kits.
We used EPI this past year for the first time when we opened our new elementary school. We were late in the game but our rep, Diane, was SO helpful and gracious with our compressed timetable. She helped answer my questions and gave me all the information I needed to have a successful ordering period AND distribution of our school supply kits. We already signed on for next year!
I am missing items in my order. I paid way too much for what I ordered. I won t be ordering from them again. I wish there were a phone number to call instead of email.
I ordered school supplies for my grandson and never received the order. I sent an email to the company and there have been no response. I then asked them to cancel the order and still no response. There is no contact number on the website. I am very disappointed and I want my money back!!!
Our school families are raving about the ease of use with this system. It's our first year using a product supply service, and I hope we don't ever go back. There were a few hiccups along the way, but our new rep, Andrea, was so willing to step in and correct any issues!
We ve used EPI to provide school supply kits for our grade school for years & recently added our middle school by parent request. In the 10 years I ve chaired the program, we ve had nothing but the best experience! Dependable, always accessible & they stand behind both the products in the kits & their service.
This place is terrible. I placed an order for supplies and multiple items were missing from the box. When you call the number provided it tells you that you are second in line and no one ever picks up the phone. Once you become next in line you are pushed through to voicemail and you have to leave a message. No call back! Never ordering from them again. I will be sure to spread the word on how terrible they are. I paid for items that I didn t receive. I am very disappointed.
Update- I updated my rating from one star to three. Even though items were missing from my order and I could not get through to anyone on the phones I received a quick response once I emailed their customer service department . I look forward to receiving my missing items shortly.
EPI has been a wonderful partner! We used them for our school supply kits this year, and I was so impressed on how organized our rep was. She kept me updated throughout the entire process, and offered suggestions & best practices as to how to make this as seamless as possible for our families. Will definitely be using them again!
25 mins on hold waiting to talk to someone to confirm that a order went through. In the end no answer... I will not do Business with this company ever again I refuse to use them and I will pick up my supplies for my child on my own. Also, I will let everyone I know via multi media know they have extremely bad customer service and not to bother using them. My childs school will also hear about this and I will recommend to use another company.
EPI is easy to work with and most items are reasonably priced.
EPI makes back to school shopping so easy! No mom has time to waste looking for the correct size folder or the right brand of markers. All moms (and schools) should know about this option.
The program was easy to use and raised funds for our school.
We have used EPI for Cullins Elem in Rockwall ISD for several years now and enjoy them. The staff is super helpful and easy to work with.
I wanted to mention to other reviewers, I actually ordered the supplies for our school from EPI. We DO have the choice between name brands and generic brands. We @ the school do our best to keep the cost down for our parents. Since EPI guarantees their products for an entire year, then we are ok with it. Some products, we chose to keep name brand. IF your male child gets a pink binder, I am pretty sure EPI will replace it for no additional cost.

I ve been an an Account Manager at EPI for 14 years and it s a wonderful company to work for. I love all of our managers, warehouse employees, etc, and it really feels like a family.
I am reading all of these reviews, and in disbelief. I have had nothing but great customer service and wonderful supplies. Now you can go with the generic or the name brand. As a school pack sponsor, I have the choice of picking generic or name brand. The company works carefully with you on pricing, and is very competitive. Last year we used the service and we had some road bumps that were common and out of EPI's control, like Conway Trucking damaging boxes, but EPI got right on the damaged boxes and sent brand new ones with no questions ask. My school store thrives with products from EPI like the EPI Pink Erasers and the awesome crayons from colorations. Students and Parents are so happy with the school packs and the products at our School Store. Jennifer my ordering rep and go to awesome person, always is there for me and communicating through e-mail and phone. They even plan your own social media pictures to post on Facebook and Twitter. I have attached our picture. I love the yard signs, posters, and awesome website page for ordering that they provide. GO EPI!!! ~ Joe U.
Horrible customer service provided. After buying their very expensive school pack we had to move schools. They were very ungracious about telling me that all sales are final and they would. It transfer to another school so don't bother asking.
After the disaster we went through with Staples' SchoolKidz, we went looking for a new supplier for our school kits and EPI won our business.
They promised the world and answered phones calls and emails within a few hours. The problem is that ended how well they did, when it came to the actual products it was awful.
We ordered over 250 school kits and they came crushed and some of the supplied never arrived, wipes came opened and dry. Other equipment we ordered was replaced with aged 1990s technology that I had to threaten in order to get replaced. Our representative's solution was that parents don't care if the supplies are ruined. That is so un-true!
Finally, it has been FOUR weeks since school started and we do not have all of our supplies that we paid for... STAY AWAY!

It's like a circus...but worst.
Supervisor on 2nd shift pick and choose his favorites. Talk to his other employees like they dumb. No respect in that warehouse whatsoever. Another employee told off his elder and called her a B!@#$. Had it been another company, that's an automatic termination. But.....pick n choose.....
Excellent customer service , they beat competitive pricing by 3% and deliver on time and complete. We've worked with EPI the past 15 years and highly recommend! They will match the name brands the school district requires for each student or suggest a similar brand that might be less expensive.
Ordered school supplies in May. Went to meet the teacher night expecting supplies, NO supplies for my child. The school called the rep and was told it would be 5-10 business days, well, that is unacceptable as my child would be there for 2 weeks without the things he needed. I went through the hell of buying supplies at big box stores the first day of school. Trying to contact the school rep or the company customer service to get a refund and to response. Of course, this should be zero stars. I will NEVER use this company again, I will tell everyone who will listen at Frisco ISD to not use this company and urge the school system to find another vendor. Pathetic customer service.

Response time when we have questions is very good. When we have had small problems EPI was very good at correcting them. We like how the kits come packaged. We also like that we can customize our kits.
EPI has a good selection of products at reasonable prices.
