I placed my order (Order # B2198176) for both of my kids school supplies on 8/2. I have not received any updates on this order. This is supposed to be delivered by UPS but I have not been provided with any tracking details. School starts in TWO DAYS and I have no idea if the supplies will arrive in time.

I thought I was going the stress-free route by ordering all my supplies online. However I will gladly face the chaos and frustration of buying my own supplies in the future if that means I ll have peace of mind that my supplies are purchased and ready for the first day of school.

Today I have been trying to reach EPI by phone (the number listed on my confirmation email) and I ve also sent two emails. I have called SIX TIMES with no answer, the phone just rings and there s a prompt to leave a message (which I have already done).
What a horrible and disappointing way to run a business!! I plan to call my school district, Carroll ISD, and highly encourage them to utilize another supplier. This company has awful reviews regarding terrible customer service and unacceptable supplies being delivered. Parents shouldn t have to deal with this stress on top of all the other needs our children have for returning to school.
