BE AWARE. There's a disclaimer on the EPI site that says " NO WARRANTY."...Meaning, if your package is lost, or being held at some unknown warehouse, this company does NOT guarantee their packages and will NOT refund. In fact, when I asked them to open a UPS lost claim, her response was "it's a lengthy and difficult process, but you can do it if you like" (paraphrasing). They wouldn't even pick up the phone and call UPS. So I called MYSELF, and tracked down the package in a warehouse in a neighboring town. So I spent $50 on new school supplies a week AFTER school started. Then $80 on the original package that was lost. Highly disappointed that it took over a dozen email exchanges, and felt like they thought I was lying somehow... and didn't want to truly HELP me. Rant over. I see why their google ratings are low. I'm not the only one who's had an issue. Lesson learned.
