Our stay was booked for Dec26 - Dec31.

Our stay was booked for Dec26 - Dec31.

This dishonest company cancelled our stay on the first night, 3 hours prior to arrival due to weather conditions, (so we were out of a place to stay) and verbally told us face-to-face and over the phone that a refund was BEING PROCESSED for that one night. After not receiving the refund 16 days later, I called the company and they proceeded to say that was a miscommunication & I will not be receiving a refund.

This company owes us $2,009.93 and they do not care!!!!!!!!!

The company claims this was "an act of god" and we should have bought the insurance. However, we did not cancel on them, they cancelled on us, so they should have insurance for this.

Other things to note:
-Most of the games were out of order
-The hot water heater did not work the first half of the stay
-We were not able to get to the cabin until 9pm Dec 27th
- 1/7 Fire places worked & it was 30 degrees outside
