TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hours after we left we called and told them that we left a few personal items behind and described exactly what they were. We told them we would come back and pick them up ourselves. They told us it was the cleaning crews responsibility to return lost items to the office which they did NOT do. They are untrustworthy and stole our personal items and claimed they did not find anything inside of our air bnb which was clearly a lie.
Totally unaccommodating and were very rude on the phone.
