My car journey has been a dysfunctional experience. I bought a car last week from another dealership. The type of car I got, price was not justified and so I contacted DriversSelect EchoPark and they found me something that was so much better. I bought the car from them and returned the other car back to the other dealership. Well not even four hours into having the car something was seriously wrong and I took it back all the same day. Vance the manager listened to my concerns and test drove the car and told me that he was glad I brought the car back bc something was indeed really wrong. He partnered me with Kyle who was absolutely kind, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend working with him. He was AMAZING. Dan assisted me earlier in the day and he helped me tremendously too and moved mountains to get me the best interest rates and payment. So I want to say thank you to everyone who helped me today get a car I feel safe in and proud of. I definitely recommend shopping here. I got a bad car initially but they made the situation right and took amazing care of me. THANK YOU!
