Certainly a poor first impression. Found a car on the website. Called and left a message for one of the Sr. sales reps to call me back. He did not. Called their 800 # and was told the car was available and to come by for a test drive. Showed up and hour later. Waited 20 mins after checking in for a salesperson to address us. Gave her the info on the car we wanted to see/drive. A few mins later she and a manager come back and say the car I was told was available was being loaned out and not actually available to see/drive. So my wife and I wasted about 2 hours today trying to buy a car that they say they want to sell but don't have!
