Had an interesting but overall pleasant experience...

Had an interesting but overall pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle earlier this week. This is not the typical dealership. My wife and I had to wait for a little while (30+ minutes) before a sales associate could meet with us. They were short staffed due to COVID-19 situation which was understandable. Our sales associate (Chris Salva) was excellent to work with and would highly recommend him. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and discussed alternatives.

We test drove a car, liked it and did the deal. Chris and I discussed extended warranties and other options they had to offer. Even though, I respectfully declined, Chris was very upfront with all of the information for me to make a decision.

The paperwork took a little extra time because there was a system error, but they immediately fixed it, no problem.

I will definitely consider this dealership again when looking for another vehicle.
