I had Aaron, who was my sales rep. He was amazing. My husband and I flew in and we received awesome service. They had our vehicle pulled up and allowed us to test drive the vehicle. We came back and had our paperwork drawn up and we were out the door. The manager Stephen was nice and friendly and answered questions, while Aaron went to the finance department, to handle the paperwork. The staff was incredible and they will definitely see me back. Amazing amazing amazing experience with Ivan at Drivers Select. I was pre-approved through Capital one for an auto loan and I called DS just to see about test driving a Benz. I scheduled an appointment to come after work last Thursday to take a spin. An hour before I was set to arrive Ivan called me and asked was back up camera important because he noticed the 2017 Benz lacked camera. After I confirmed it was a must he suggested Audi to be based on what I was looking for. I wanted an Audi more than Benz at the time so it was a go. After test driving the Audi in stock Ivan went over my reactions and my intake of the car. He noticed how I wasn t please with the size. He also noted that I was into luxury cars but not a pricey tag. I was going to cars about 25,000 or higher but Ivan was shooting to keep me as low as possible. He suggested a Cadillac and Lincol. When I first heard Lincoln I was for sure like no. He grabbed the keys to the Lincoln and we headed out. The rest is history, Ivan introduced me to my new car and I love it. When I walked into DS I had no intentions on buying a car, I had an appointment at Autos in Dallas a hour later. I had no money for a down payment or insurance but yet I I drove off with a dream car. I want to say thank you Ivan, for being so in tentative and knowledgeable. For caring about my experience and my opinion. I love the 2016 Lincoln MKZ and I loved my experience with Ivan and driver select.

Everything about this experience was awesome. The sales guy I was working with, Trey, was awesome and if you have the opportunity to work with him I'd suggest to seek him out. Management was awesome, Gene, and even worked with me in getting into the perfect vehicle after having looked at several cars and already having backed out of one deal, because as I said, I am a difficult person to please. Their selection was very good and prices are more than fair - and I know this because I spent a month prior to going to Drivers Select looking and every car I looked at was below what it could have been priced at. All in all, the only complain I had was they only had water, Coke, and Sprite to offer and I would have preferred Dr. Pepper ;) ;) ;) These guys are awesome and I will be back the next time I am in the market for a new car, without a doubt.
What a waste of time trying to buy a car from this dealership! Super bad customer service (at least the guy I spoke with) they don t care if your buying or not. I was trying to buy a $24,000.00 suv and I had my own auto loan which they didn t accept, I m very disappointed! They have great deals YES! But they only want you to finance with them (I m guessing they can put the rest of the money on your interest rate) IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN AUTO LOAN DONT EVEN TRY TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
Here with my cousin. From what I see and also after talking to the sales people it's a Damb good place to get cars. Millage is 30 thousand and under and prices are dang good. They have BMW, Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Audi plus other makes.

Listed prices are low because they want to profit off the kickbacks financing through them (higher than average APR) and extended warranties (totally unnecessary) after getting you in the door with a low price. I wasted 3 hours here last week trying to get a deal that was already agreed upon. Walking out was the best decision.

Worst experience. Got the car whose features doesn't matches with user manual provided. Car accessory was damaged when car was purchased. When I complained about broken accessory , service center asked me to come to store . Service guy told they have to replace the part . I kept calling them for updates but never got any reply, after almost one month when the parts arrived ,I was given an appointment but never received any confirmation email. When I reached store they told you are late and now you have to again schedule another appointment to get your part and get it assembled in my car. I never had such a bad experience before .
It was the best car buying experience from driverselect. Steven donaldson has helped me from the begining till then end. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to get me the lowest intrest rate without submiting my profile to many banks. And he hold the car for me till i get all the paper work done. There was some scatch on the car he was able to get it done very professionally and fast . Even couple days after buying the car i was still able to get some of the information regarding the maintenance and he was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone because of the best customer service and best deal on the market ! My 2016 infiniti qx80 was 3k cheaper than the market .

I would like Myriam G. Recognized for her exceptional Guest Loyalty Specialist services. I bought a SUV in Thornton CO, in September 2020. I have been working with Shawn W. To get monies taken off my sale agreement for 3 1/2 months for a warranty I cancelled 3 days after buying the suv. By accident I was transferred to TX and Myriam G. took the time to listen to me and send me a form to email to the correct company. The process for the money to be taken off my sale agreement was processed 2 days later. Thank you Myriam I am glad to see Echo Park TX, has competent people working for them that care about the customer.
Firstly, the vehicle when presented and even after purchase was poorly cleaned, they did not bother to actually clean the car after agreeing to purchase the vehicle which was only the beginning of my dissatisfaction. Second, it took over 5 hours to get a loan quote, agree to purchase and to finally receive 1 vehicle key. Third, the manager and seller both assured us that we would have every part of the vehicle by being given a slip showing they owed us a key. And the remaining items were to be emailed over and they would get the rest of the items to us. Fourth, the person taking care of the keys for their company should NEVER be used to retain business. My spouse had to wait for 2 hours to get the second key completed after scheduling an appointment and seeing other men & women show up after and leave before him. Fifth, receiving an email where the seller curtly explained how we were not to receive all missing items from the vehicle after two weeks of assuring these missing items were going to be replaced the seller identified these missing vehicle parts as accessories and they will not replace them. My final word to any potential buyers out there is if you are looking for a dealership that cares about the clients and makes good on promises made then do not step foot in this establishment.

The overall experience was okay. The sales person Lilia was awesome. However, I did not like how the finance department added in GAP insurance and an extended warranty without asking me if those were options that I would be interested in. That process alone turned my 5 star experience into a 3 star experience. Yes, I would definitely recommend Drivers Select because the vehicles are reasonably priced but beware of the extras that are added in without first notifying the customer.

Go online and find the car you like. Make your appointment and when you get there you're already ready to go, which will make it even easier than what we did, and that was still better than every other car buying experience we've been through.

We loved the friendliness of the receptionist as you walk in. The atmosphere is great. We were greeted by our salesman within 5-7 minutes. Offer I reviewed online did not change in office - that was refreshing. I did have an issue meeting the salesperson I had the appointment with but met with someone else who was very knowledgeable. The check out time to take vehicle after purchase was disappointingly long - but otherwise easy, friendly experience.

Great service and everything. Trying to schedule an appointment to get your car fixed is a big hassle though, they keep rescheduling me, they've done it twice so far. I'll bring my car to my appointment to get 3 things fixed, and they'll only fix one and make an appointment to fix the other 2. Then they fixed one thing and made an appointment to fix the other thing.
Possibly the worst customer service ever... We bought a used 2017 Mazda a month ago from some incompetent salesman named Roberto. First off, the car had come with many malfunctions and was just plain dirty. The thing was basically falling apart! Anyhow, Roberto promised us to fix these problems and he never followed through, even after contacting him numerous times. We still haven t received our plates and registration as well. Horrendous customer service filled with liars and thieves.
Variety of cars very easy process only downside is that even on a slow day it will still take atleast three hours to finish. My husband, my dad and I have gotten our rides here in the past year I am always reccomending to family and friends

I am writing about a horrible experience today in this place. I saw a car that I like, I called the sales and asked them about the final "ready to drive price" , based on it I brought a check with me with that number and drove all the distance from Carrollton to Grand Prairie. when I reached there, the sales person (Sierra) met me there and told me that someone else may take the car now and they are testing it! I decided to wait for half an hour until she told me that the car is available again. I asked her to inspect the car at the nearest place. she told me that I have one hour and I have to return the car , otherwise they will send the police after me!!! I went to the inspection place and they sent me to another location , I called other sales persons to tell them that it might take more than one hour to get it inspected, (the process of inspection itself is at least one hour) , the other person told me it is fine and to proceed with the inspection, so I went to the inspection place in the other location, they started with the process , the left the car and everything, and then suddenly I received a call from the sales person (sierra) threatining me to return the car immediately or she will call the police !!
I FELT LIKE I AM A THIEF OR A CRIMINAL !! I showed her the damn check with me and yet I received such terrible customer service, I returned the car, did not inspect it, and did not buy it! SO IT IS EITHER YOU HAVE ONE HOUR TO INSPECT IT, OR THEY CALL THE POLICE AFTER YOU!! OR AS THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME TO GRAB A MECHANIC WITH ME TO INSPECT IT IN PLACE!! are you serious!!
the people at Firestone inspection place started to laugh when I told them I have to return the car otherwise they will call the police, they were like "seriously?!!"

I have been in my car for 2 months now, I wanted to wait to post a review just in case..... but I can say I have been happier with my 2018 Nissan Rogue than most of the brand new cars I have purchased in my life! But back to the dealership, just because I was buying a used car did not mean I was willing to settle for the appearance of a used car. I wanted it to be almost perfect! So James Bailey the 5 review goes to you! He was my sales guy, he and his manager were amazing and made sure I got THE car I wanted! James walked me through the process did not try to over sale me, he listen to what features were important to me and we started the many, many test drives. Seriously, I was a pain in the a**, again sorry James , but I knew I had to find the right car. I finally decided on my new car and James got me a great finance deal too!! I live in Rockwall but believe me it is worth the drive from anywhere!

He explained the process, and although I took a few days to decide and make my final purchase, when I came in to sign all of the paperwork I was in and out very quickly. No haggle pricing with very good deals and well maintained, low mileage vehicles. I will definitely do business with them again.

It is a smooth transaction. I have requested to test drive 3 cars and back and forth with which one to bought. Liz Robertson and Scott Taylor made the process easy for me. They are able to fulfill my request. And the whole process from walk in til drive the car out of the lot takes me around 3 hours which is more or less what i expected.
I would HIGHLY recommend visiting during the week and in the middle of the day! I visited on both a Friday evening and Saturday and they were VERY busy both times! But of course it didn t take long for a salesperson to assist me. The guy seemed busy and I felt rushed but luckily I had already researched which vehicle I wanted online, which I also HIGHLY recommend! The website makes the browsing easier because you can take your time and research your options as well as find about financing and warranty protection. I am overall satisfied with my vehicle purchase because I know I got a great price but DriverSelect needs to step up their customer service game! On Saturday that provide lunch for the serious buyers and there is a little play area for the kids. My nine-year old however wasn t impressed and said it was for babies .
Our Sales Rep was Frank Trevor. He was extremely patient with us and never pushed us to make a decision. He walked us thru the whole process. On the day we bought the car, he had to leave early, so the person who took over from Frank forgot to put the SD card for the Navigation system. When I realized we left a message for Frank and he promptly responded with a meeting time. He was ready for us to help and was very attentive. Also address some of the scratches on the hood. I highly recommend Frank and Driver Select.
Well I'm going to be honest. The service when purchasing the car was as great as can be. The problem is if there are any issues afterwards is when the service drops past 1 star. No one answered the phone and no one calls back. It's like no one works in those departments. I need another car like in March of next year and was seriously thinking about buying it there. I just decided on a whim to go and test drive a car that I found online. However, a salesman -DeMeon Washington (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM) was assigned to me without a problem. He was very accommodating to my daughter and myself. I I didn't feel pressured into purchasing and he initiated for me to ask him any and all questions about the vehicle. The Buying process was very quick. So quick that I thought it was too good to be true. This is what differentiates them from other dealerships. Normally you go to a dealership and it is such a pressured, tense conversation with them. They use all their tactics to push the sale on you. They are not transparent and will make multiple trips behind closed doors to make you feel they are working hard to get you better deal.
All of this was absolutely not the case with Josh and driver select. He was extremely friendly, very transparent and easy to deal with. He kept us up to date when he was trying to find a finance deal for us, he was very courteous, offered us water while we waited, he cooled the cars down before letting us test drive them. I did not feel I was being pressured into buying a car. I told them I would want to check with my credit union to see if I could get a better deal. Instead of pulling out more tricks from under the sleeves, they happily let me check with my credit union. I was so impressed that I did not feel the need to check with my credit union.
I never had such a pleasant experience with any sales person or car dealership. I always felt the Josh was on my side and honestly working to get me a better deal. I would strongly recommend driver select if you are wanting to purchase a car and would strongly recommend to ask for Josh as your sales person.
