Started looking for a truck to replace ours that was totaled after an accident. Drove around and tried to use online tools of several big dealerships around west Ft. Worth, TX for a few days. Driver Select in Grand Prarie had ten to fifteen different variations of the truck we thought we wanted. Went into the location and were paired up very quickly with Kyle Bryant. Kyle sat down with us, talked about a few options we wanted and picked out three or four trucks to look at on the lot. Everything I saw was clean and Kyle explained the business model to us as we looked at trucks. All the cars on the lot are less than a few years old and low mileage. While we looked at the first couple trucks we picked, we found another one that had almost every feature that could be had. Kyle listened to us, and never pushed anything on us, but took the time to answer every question we had and explain anything we asked him to explain. This was the most relaxed buying experience I've ever had. Every extended warranty plan he had available was laid out for us with an explanation of the benefits of each item. That was it, no high pressure questioning or hard push. Financing was great, I was preapproved from my credit union but there in house options were able to beat my credit union by a good bit. The price of the vehicle and extended warranty were laid out on one sheet of paper, pick and choose which you want or don't and they were off to print paper work for signatures. Then we drove off in our new truck. Kyle handled the whole transaction with only one brief visit from the sales manager to make sure we had no other questions. If you've purchased a vehicle from a "regular" dealership in the past and hated it, you will love this experience. I'll be back as soon as possible to buy a second truck from Kyle and this dealer.
