Shopping for a car is always a whipping and I can definitely say this was not the case. I worked with Austin and Chris and they made the process easy and pleasant. I arrived around 11 and drove away around 2 with my new car. I was happy with the payments and terms. They offered different warranties, but were not pushy about them. I would definitely buy from driversselect again and would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Update: I removed the 5 stars and would love to give them a 1 star. 3 days after my purchase, I took my car into two mechanical shops to have it reviewed. Well I found out my car has a leak, it wasn't aligned and more. I have to pay nearly $2500 for the repairs and this doesn't include new tires. Im very unhappy about this. They did attempt to correct my issues by aligning my car and attempting to replicate the leak. Unfortunately if it isn't currently leaking they will not fix it. So if you're buying from them please have a repair budget on hand.
Second Update: We are not even 30 days with this car and the dealership never fixed the actual issue. I am now going to return this car. There are too many problems and the company hasnt done anything to fix it. This is the WORST PLACE TO EVERY BUY FROM!!!!
Excellent venue and facility. Had a great experience at the dealership buying my dream car. Great price and smooth processing and customer service with sales department. Love my car. However, had bad experience with the post sale services when I was unable to reach out for getting the SD card for the car which I was promised during the sale to be mailed after. Never received the card and they did not respond to messages. Later on, the dealership manager Jeremy reached out and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Jeremy was amazing and even gave his personal contact to reach out for any issues. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a nice car at great prize and hazzle free!!! I had a great and simple experience, and will purchase my next vehicle here again. Every vehicle is priced lower than you will find in most of the country and they are very low mileage. I still had someone talk to me about the add ons but only briefly and he left me alone when I told him I was not interested. I was able to drive both vehicles I we interested in very easily and was never pressured in any way. They will try to beat any other pre-approval offer but will be honest with you if they can't.

I was really tired looking for good used cars in the past two months. All the dealers I went to, made the process seem very complicated and I was scared to buy a used car. When I found Drivers Select, the website gave me most of the information I needed but the best part was talking to Charles McCormick. He is really a great people person! He guided me through the complete process of selecting the car and financing it. This would be the first time I bought a car and he made sure that I totally understood the terms and conditions and answered very silly question I had. He made me feel confident about my decision to purchase the car. This I would say, was the first and the best car purchase experience for me and Drivers Select is setting the bar very high for all car dealers across the country.
I have purchased 3 cars from Driversselect over the years. I have always been pleased with the deals I got and the caliber of the sales people I worked with. When it can time for my son to purchase his first car, of course I was going back. I called them looking for my old salesman. He was no longer with company, but Charles McCormick answered the phone and asked if he could have the opportunity to earn my business. My deal was going to be tricky as my son was building his credit and it was important to me that he be the primary on the deal and I was going to be the co-signed, but I had just come out of a bad credit situation. Charles gave me his word he would do everything in his power to find acceptable financing. I knew our situation was tough, BUT HE DID IT. It took him hour haggling and making calls with his manager, but HE DID IT. We drove home the next day in my son's first car purchase and only put $500 down. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. gave me a text number and email I could ask question to and send documents to, so that when I arrived he had everything he needed. It was so smooth. I have a new car guy. I would recommend Charles McCormick to anyone looking for a car at Driversselect. You won't find anyone better.

I wish I could have gave them a 0, RUN!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a car, 2 weeks later I had to bring it back because it was making a loud noise, come to find out it was the wheel barring, they didn t want to fix it. Thank God I purchased a warranty when I bought the vehicle. So I had to take time out my schedule to take it to the shop, wait for the shop to submit the repairs to the warranty to get it approved, then go back to get the shop to get a rental when Drivers Select should have fixed it & provided me with a loaner. I dealt with Dean & Kyle, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I had originally told my niece to go there when she was searching for a car but after that type of treatment, I told her not to do business with Drivers Select! They will not get my business ever again!

How can I start?! I needed a car badly!! I look online and most auto lot on the website had high price!! And then my brother found driver select! Now I don t want to sound like I m doing just marketing for them! But this is my Expirience! I drive over there and KYLE assist me! He was so over the top nice with us( my brother and me) and he was not putting pressure at all!! But even tho he was nice, our situation was hard, you see, I only have 4 month with my current credit and I am a first time buyer.... KYLE work so hard to help us and when I say work hard I meant they almost took 4 day because they were looking so hard a find to help me!! I m happy to say that my first car is a 2017 FORD ESCAPE and the price was good!! It was Less than the year of my car!! LaMarcus was very courteous and professional. He could tell we had some hesitations due to COVID and offered to let us be outside as much as possible. He also had the table sanitized before meeting with us to sign paperwork. He was very straightforward and honest (yes that apparently is possible in a car salesperson). Mostly, he was very personable and committed to getting the deal done. We would have bought the car anyhow, but we actually enjoyed working with LaMarcus. Because he just happens to be a very nice and interesting person, the whole 3 hour car shopping ordeal was somewhat pleasant. If not for COVID, it would have been even better. Many of the patrons were not wearing masks. Maybe they aren t required in Tarrant Co.? Of course, that would be very hard for the business to enforce, but it was really the only unfortunate part of our visit. We would recommend LaMarcus without hesitation. We were paired with him randomly, but if we go back, we will request him. If you value no pressure straightforward car shopping, we recommend you ask for him too.

This place is outstanding. From the time we walked in we were greeted by such helpful people. The place is huge and so many cars I recommend you find the car you want online before going. It was at first overwhelming. But with awesome help I was able to get into my dream car at a great price. The process was so easy. I was expecting it to be allot more complicated. The customer service goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. For example I drove all the way to Waxahachie without the key fob before realizing and the sales person drove all the way to Waxahachie to bring it to me. We couldn t find the second key so I had one made and they refunded me fully. I highly recommend drivers select. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could give 10 stars. I love my car !!

This has been my first car buying experience (my husband had purchased his first car through Enterprise a few years prior) and let me tell you, both of us were skeptical at first but we were blown away by our experience. He said that this was an even better experience than Enterprise sales. Tremaine had helped us and communicated with us every step of the way. Was very knowledgeable and kind, as well as patience in our entire purchasing process through our concerns and questions of the vehicle, as well as financing. We are so happy to recommend EcoPark and are excited when our time is to come in purchasing another vehicle.
I do not normally write reviews, but I feel I had to for this place. They are a bunch of unintelligent young people trying to sell you cars. I like my new vehicle, but the process during and after has caused me so much frustration. They do not split up the car salesman from the financial guy, it is an all in one which seemed great at first, but when he/she does not know the answer to any question you have he/she has to go to the back and ask somebody else which would almost take 20-30 minutes before he/she came back.
After getting through all of that, I got the added ally warranty protection, but have still yet to receive my card after I was told it would be coming the next week after I drove off in my new vehicle. It has been over a month and a half and to make matters worse, they never answer the phone...ever. I have left countless messages with no returned phone calls. I take that back, they answered the phone one time and they also called me back once, but did not offer any good solutions.
My vehicle also needs maintenance. Right when I drove off the lot the tire pressure alert came on and I thought maybe they just forgot to fill it up, but no, there is definitely something wrong and it is leaking air. I have tried setting up appointments with them since they cover anything that happens within the first month, but here I still am filling up my tire once a week because they will not return calls or emails.
My advice, avoid this place! The price might seem great, but it is a nightmare dealing with anyone here. I like the cars they have to offer, but this place needs a lot of work. Start by calling/emailing people back.
People work here are very patient. Really appreciate it. We have test driven 5 cars & still they are fine with it. We have finalized on the same day itself. Very Low margin Prices. Best deal we got here with many options at one place. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson back in Sept of 2019 and the windows were faulty, I have taken this car back to the dealership multiple times to get the windows fixed, the car also had issues with the door lock that I had to get fixed as well. If the car had been properly looked at prior to putting it up for sale I would not have had this issue. I also have yet to receive my registration from this company and they NEVER answer phones or return your calls. You have to leave a message for you to reach them and that s only IF they call you back! Cheap prices for their cars and I see why!
After car shopping for over a month, we had had it with car shopping. I've never been a fan of the typical car buying game at typical dealerships, but this time the dealers had reached new lows. And then we found driverssekect. The prices seemed too good to be true on-line, but they were not - the other shoe never dropped. I went in a skeptic and am leaving with nothing but recommendations. Great experience. Friendly, kind, relatible staff who are willing to help you with each step of the process - which says everything about a company that doesn't run on the typical commission model. Save yourself time and enjoy a much less stressful car buying experience.

We called to verify that car was there and that everything was in good condition. Nick said it was and he'd have the car pulled up for us. We told him when we would be getting there. Upon arrival Nick was with another customer, instead of passing us off to another salesman he attempted to try and sell 2 cars at once.. Both customer suffered and he didn't do a good job. But here is the major issue... they falsely advertised the Mini Cooper we went to buy. The "2015 MINI Hardtop JCW Pkg. Sport w/Navigation/Sunroof" First off there was no sunroof... How do you miss that?? Second the description talks about the features to which it lists a backup camera.. guess what no camera. When we brought it to the dealers attention he seemed more annoyed than anything. I asked if they were going to discount the price of the car because is was missing major features, to the response of no. i have screenshotted the listing with the vin number visible for who ever that would like to verify this info. very shady dealer with bad salesmen.

Marla (salesperson) was what made this experience end up pulling together. She is a patient listener, and she was very knowledgeable of the system. The person I spoke to on the phone several times did not tell me all the ins and outs to ensure a good experience. This cost us about 4 hours of waiting for the paperwork to be completed, but I since Marla was there to the rescue, and the CUV/vehicle seemed to be in such great shape, we walked away with what we were looking for.

Purchased 2016 BMW for my son. Despite experiencing some communication issues during the buying process; salesperson, Damion Yuri handled my straight-forward personality marvelously (which many people often cannot). Damion was patient, flexible and remained consistent with his communication during the sales process (much of our communication took place via several phone calls). Damion was able to multi-task, as he efficiently provided me with attention along with other customers who had scheduled appointments.
The vehicle was competitively priced. Like the other reviews, the warranty and gap insurance were discussed with me more than once. SUGGESTION: Once a customer declines your service/product, respect their response and let it go. If it is such a great product provide an opportunity for the customer to take advantage of this wonderful product and if it is declined, consider it their loss. Apparently, these services provide the company a handsome profit as more time was spent speaking about the warranty and insurance than the car I was interested in purchasing.
I am a first impressions person; I like people who look, act, and speak as professionals. Now, if not for the shirt/jacket employees are required to wear; there are some people there, I thought, You have a job? Here? However, everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. I was especially impressed upon entering the dealership with Quran; his infectious smile and lighthearted demeanor immediately put me at ease. I also encountered Gene Kakoma who must be a fire-fighter at the dealership. As Mr. Kakoma was sent to speak to the angry black woman when communication errors occurred. Mr. Kakoma maintained a courteous approach during each of our interactions. Gene was superb in his communication style; he and I maintained a mutual respect while discussing each of our needs. I understand why he is respected amongst his colleagues.
The true MVP of my sale was, Vance Washko, Sales Director. Vance was able to make things happen at a moment when I was frustrated with the games and was going to leave and NEVER return (even if it meant paying more for a car). My current review reflects some pending issues, as I was informed the vehicle goes through a recon process and the oil is changed and a multi-point inspection is performed. Although when my husband preformed the vehicle s system check it stated the brake fluid is low and the oil change is 1100 miles over due. If the vehicle was thoroughly checked less than 90 days ago----Why is the oil change showing overdue and the brake fluid low? (Hmmmm)
In closing, I have a rhetorical question. Why on one of the coldest days are just the minorities outside (working in the field) in the harsh weather conditions---to move traffic cones .Really? One may think minorities don t notice hidden racism---but we notice.

When I came a week in a half later, due to me comparing and weighing all options with other dealers to Driver Select, they definitely have the best prices. What you see online is actually the price, there s no catches to it besides the cars sell super fast lol. The process was smooth and the entire staff was helpful. I had a good experience to buy my car with Nicole Lancey at Driver Select Agency. She was nice and explain all the process to successfully select and buy a car.
I went to Echopark at 2 pm and choose my vehicle in an hour. But the process took too long. I got my car out at 10:30-11:00 Pm. Also, they force you a lot to buy there warranty services worth of almost 4K. I was trying to get vehicle for a friend and due to her less credit. I told yes to be a co-applicant but they made it a primary applicant and her a co applicant without my consent. I knew this when I got the paperwork to sign that too around 10 pm. They don t even know how to do paperwork. They messed address on paperwork for 3 times. So annoyed and tired of Echopark. I would never recommend anyone to go there. Period

I was apprehensive about car shopping since I hadn't bought a car, new or used, in close to 15 years but was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Drivers Select. My salesperson, Paul Michael, was very helpful and provided all the information I wanted without being pushy or putting any pressure on me. I was reminded of the Best Buy salespeople; helpful without being annoying. Drivers Select had a bigger selection of cars than Carmax and the website was great. Every car had 30-40 detailed pictures, along with the "no haggle" prices, which seemed lower than other dealer prices I found for comparable cars. With all the information on the website, I was able to get a good idea which cars I was interested before even going to the dealership. Paul Michael was also extremely accessable to answer many additional questions I had over several days. I was too busy to talk, so we texted back and forth many times. When I finally went to the dealership, he already had the car pulled
up to the front and was handing me the keys for a test drive. After about an hour test drive, I had decided to buy the car but decided to sleep on it to see if I changed my mind. The next day I was too busy to go to the dealership but they accepted a deposit to keep the car for one day. The next day, I went to the dealership to buy the car.
The purchase experience was also less painful and took less time than expected. Paul Michael let me know the information that would be needed to complete the purchase and I was able to email the documents so that he could get most of the paperwork done in advance. We were at the dealership for about two hours but the actual signing of the papers and completion of the sale took only about 30 minutes, even with financing involved. Some of the extra time was due to a
minor defect that my son found in the car body. I was surprised that they took the car back to the shop right then to correct the problem, which took only about 30 minutes. I was wary of hidden extra fees being added during the sale, but that too did not happen. There are papers on several of the walls in the dealership explaining the only two extra costs, a documentation fee and dealer prep fee, which are standard for most dealers. The other fees were the sales tax, registration, and inspection fees; also standard.
After having the car for about a week now, I am still extremely satisfied and will probably buy another car from this dealership. I would recommend them over other pre-owned or new car dealers.

I came to visit Driverselect from De Queen Arkansas today, with my sister Janet. The salesman Ivan was extremely helpful and professional during the whole purchase. My sister was able to test two vehicles before she made a decision. The prices and selection of vehicles is good here. I will recommend this place to other people. I can't wait to drive this car back home! A suggestion that I have for this dealership is that they have all of the cars in this location without having to go pick up a car all the way to the warehouse. So we looked up the places reviews before deciding to go there and since so many spoke about what a nice experience they had with Charles McCormick, we set up the appointment with him... Reviews worked! It was great to work with Charles, he's quick and made the process very enjoyable. The way of working is very different from the usual dealer, they won't waste your time each time you say you cannot afford a price point and go back "and see what they can do" which was the most annoying and time consuming part of it all. Loved that you can test drive the car on your own as well and how every step of the process was explained and made easier by Charles. Car is doing just fine for now, hoping there won't be any issues going forward.
This place is horrible! If I could give them negative stars I would!! I am sitting at the dealership waiting for them to fix THEIR problem! I came to the dealership on Tuesday and looked at the car. Told the salesman my daughter was in the Air Force and the vehicle was for her. I told them she already had financing through the Air Force Credit Union. I test drove the car and told them we would take it and that my daughter would fly in on Saturday to pick up the vehicle. I explained that I needed the purchase order for the lender to prepare the docs. I received it on Wednesday morning. The purchase order had my name on it and I asked Clayton, the salesman to revise it with my daughters information. Thursday the lender contacted the dealership to give them correct lien holder information. Now they tell me they sold the vehicle. So here we sit loan docs signed, insurance purchased and a chasiers check in hand for a car they sold to us but now sold to someone else. Oh and she only purchased a one way plane ticket. The manager comes and explains to me it s a first come first serve dealership. Ok, I was here first. NO ONE asked me for a deposit or I would have put a deposit down to reserve the car. This dealership is I joke! Now I have a child sitting here with no vehicle to drive back to base tomorrow.
I felt pressured by two of the sales staff to take the extended warranty, I was told, " this car is known for having electrical problems". I'm in sales, you never talk down on the products you sell. Also the rear tires have very low tread, something I could not see at night. I didn't think I needed to check the tires since most dealers cars would at least have 75% or better tread. When I spoke to customer service it felt like she was fighting with me to have them replaced, and the only way to get in to see customer service is if you don't work Monday though Friday because there are no appointments on Saturdays open. I was also told that I should have the manufacturer of the vehicle fix the issues that I found instead of my one month, 1000 mile warranty when I bought the car. The only reason I bought the car was because the color and options package, I have been waiting and shopping for this exact car.
My daughter was in the Fort Worth area and bought a 2020 Corolla from Christopher. We live in another state but we were able to do the paperwork over the phone and by mail. I don't know why, but it was required for the finance amount to be at least $10,000, even though we had more money to put down. Which, of course, makes the monthly payment more than it would have been. Other than that, the process was fairly simple.

I had a wonderful experience at EchoPark. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and everyone had a smile one their face. Demeon Washington was very professional, friendly, and personable. He made my car buying experience so easy and stress free. Demeon was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions. Before I left he showed me how to work a lot of the gadgets in the car and even set the navigation with my home address for me since I lived 2 hours away. I worked with Pedro Gonzalez for about two weeks as I was traveling for work. The car I wanted sold during that time and Pedro helped me line up another option. We arrived early on a Saturday morning and Pedro had all the paperwork ready to sign as we had discussed. It took them longer to detail the car than the deal closing (that's a positive). We have leased new Volvo's for years but going forward it's used luxury from dealerselect only! Great prices, quality vehicles and no haggling.
My 3 stars are for customer care only. In the process of buying a car from Drivers Select, Gene was so helpful and made sure every process was easy and approved with my okay. There has been two issues with the car I bought, but very minor. This is where customer care comes in. Gene referred me to Kyle and Miriam, who gave me their direct contact numbers and agreed to call me at a certain time on my lunch break. I didn t receive any calls and had to constantly call them 4 days straight before getting a hold of Miriam, who then referred my frustration of their customer care and lack thereof to Kyle. This happened for both instances/issues. Leaving voicemails and waiting for them to call back didn t do any justice and it made my experience a disappointing one. I decided to just go through Audi and have Audi direct any warranty concerns and etc to them, so that I don t even have to come into contact with customer care myself. I d say buy a car from drivers select but make sure things like the battery being new, fender and such doesn t stick out, and other internal issues are 100% checked, so that you don t have to deal with even meeting Kyle or Miriam. They gave the absolute WORST customer care.

As a first time buyer, I was somewhat skeptical at first as to how things seemed to work. However, I came away very impressed with how Demeon handled everything. Very satisfied with my experience.
I had the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I was aware of my finance terms even before I arrived the the dealership. When I arrived the dealer at the appointed time they were already with the key waiting for me for the test drive. I was able to drive the car as much as I needed. After I came back Jeremy asked if I liked and if I wanted to buy the car. No pressure, not pushy, no hidden fees, no price changes. I was happy with the test drive and proceeded to close the deal. It just not went faster because I needed to raise the daily limit on my card, I forgot to do it before, totally my fault. For my next car purchases I'll be for sure coming back to Drivers Select.
Overall, I'd recommend buying a car here, as long as you're aware of 2 things.
1) You absolutely need to know what you're looking at in terms of the mechanical integrity of the car, because the sales people here are just there to sell you a car (obviously) and can give you no information beyond what's in the carfax report. If you're not comfortable looking over a car yourself, have mechanic look it over while you have it for a test drive. If you do find any issues, this dealership will not negotiate on price (with some small exceptions, see #2 below).
2) The post-sale "customer satisfaction" team is all but non-existent. If you have any issues post-sale, know that you're probably not going to get a response from them, much less any help. They don't pick up the phone and they don't call back. I had to keep calling and pestering the sales team until someone finally was able to answer a simple question for me. Be especially wary of any IOU offers during the sale. If the front windshield is cracked, or the tires are nearly out of tread, they may offer an IOU to replace those things. Do not take it. Argue with them until they agree to take ~$200 off the sales price. Take the money and run, because they're not going to help you once the sale is done.
Other than that, the sale was very smooth. I liked that they gave you the car with virtually no questions asked, which gives you plenty of time to look over the car as long as you want (just try to get there a few hours before they close). They tried hard to push their warranty, which is completely unnecessary and super over-priced, but that's also to be expected.
My experience at Drivers Select was wonderful. Larry Pelky, my sales representative, was full of energy, helpful, and patient during the entire process. I encourage you to ask for him. I did not rate the experience a five because of additional paperwork requested by the finance office at the last minute and incorrect drive out tags--thank God for technology. Other than that, the process went smoothly and the experience was pleasant. I was unable to give a 1/2 star to provide a rating of 4 1/2 stars.
Definitely will purchase all my vehicles here! Amazing customer service and my sales rep, Salim, was extremely patient when I would go back and forth looking at cars. He made the buying process fast & seamless.
One-of-a-kind buying experience
I have to say that Mike and the rest of the team at Drivers Select made my car buying experience a breeze. I was able to do most of the work by text message which was really helpful with my busy schedule. I gave Mike a list of my needs and some wants and after some foot work on his part, he was able to get me into my new 2012 Ford Mustang. I test drove my vehicle and was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. Great experience and I recommend it to anyone done with the typical car buying experience. I had a little mix up the first time I went here. The General Manger immediately called me to apologize and do whatever he could to make it right. My next experience was nothing short of perfect. The vehicle selection here is better than any dealership in DFW. The process was quick and extremely easy, and his salesmen are attentive and make sure you are well taken care of. Very happy with the process from start to finish! If you are searching for a vehicle, this is the place to go! My husband got exactly what he wanted for $10,000 less than we expected to pay.
They have good deals, good service, the service is relatively fast (buying a car always takes time) I went without any intention of buying, and ended up changing my 2017 Camry for a 2019 Murano, less miles, all guarantees, zero down, and the fees were very similar, recommended.
I had a great sales experience, unlike any other car buying experience I have had. Josh was courteous and was extremely helpful through the process. I had a few issues after the sale, however Destiny with their Customer Care team took care of all of my issues and went above and beyond.
Really like this place, I've built trust with them which is the most important thing to me when it comes to buying cars. My family has purchased 4 cars from them just this year which says something. Got my car from driverselect yesterday. Sales person wont allow me to take the car for pre purchase inspection, had to talk to the manager. Process is not quick, plan to be there for 4-5 hours. Sales person wont give any personal attention as he is handling 3-4 customers at a time. So keep waiting. They wont negotiate on the price but will surely haggle you if you are not willing to take their extended warranty. Even if you talk to your sales person and tell him you are not interested in the extended warranty he will get another person who will try to sell it to you. At the end I bought the car without the extended warranty they were trying to sell me. But at the end they have very good prices on the car compared to other dealers.
Overall a very decent experience. We worked with Bennie and he handled all of my wants/needs/concerns, very patiently. I drove 3 different vehicles, he had worked up the paperwork and showed me numbers, when I wasn't ok with the numbers/car he went back to the drawing board with us. Until I was happy he kept working.
