So we looked up the places reviews before deciding to go there and since so many spoke about what a nice experience they had with Charles McCormick, we set up the appointment with him... Reviews worked! It was great to work with Charles, he's quick and made the process very enjoyable. The way of working is very different from the usual dealer, they won't waste your time each time you say you cannot afford a price point and go back "and see what they can do" which was the most annoying and time consuming part of it all. Loved that you can test drive the car on your own as well and how every step of the process was explained and made easier by Charles. Car is doing just fine for now, hoping there won't be any issues going forward.
