You can walk around while waiting, but can't see a price to know if your interested. If you need a super personal car buying experience then this is not the place for you because they heard them through. I bought my first car at driver select and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I did an application online and Ruben a sales representative called me and helped me get everything ready before I even showed up at the lot. So when I did get there, I was only there for half an hour and I was on the road with my new car. I was glad that I chose Driver Select cause it was hassle free. I got a 2012 Chevy Impala and I love it.
Charles McCormick did a great job and getting me the car I was looking for! He told me from the beginning that he do whatever he could to get me what I wanted, and he stuck to his word every step of the way! Great representative and great guy all around!

Jose J was great! Very patient and accommodating throughout the process. The overall experience was very positive. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I was sent away with only half tank of gas. Dealers that I have done business with in the past would fill up the vehicle before I took posession. Not a huge deal just would be a courtesy after spending a great deal of money.

this place does not negotiate on prices at all. what kind of dealership doesn't negotiate on prices at all for something that can cost 10s of thousands of dollars, im blown away. i walked right out the door.
The place is no price hassle(their prices are normally very good)...their margins are low according to salesman less than $500 per car but they trick you on the interest rate...My Score was +730 and I was getting 5.95% rate!! When the market is around 3.5%-4%...that is 50%more interest for the life of your loan...so I pushed back. They came back saying that if they could offer me closer to 4% will be ok?...why they didn t offer a fair/transparent rate from start?...so their biz is on the high interest rate....You can t bring your own car loan so you are trapped on what ever they offer you...Is ok, they need to make money...but I wish they were more transparent about it and were hassle free with fair interest rate as well. Still waiting for final answer from them..I won t accept more than .5% of market rate. Will update this week after final decision.

Tyler Berg was my salesman, and he made the entire process a breeze! I completed a trade-in assessment online, and he called me a couple days later to gather more info and then texted me a value for my trade-in. I was honest about its condition, and the value he gave me was right in line with trade-in values I researched. I was skeptical and expected a bait and switch later on, but I went ahead and set an appointment to test drive two vehicles. They had the vehicles ready when I arrived, and they let me test drive them (just me and my wife, no backseat salesman!) while they looked at my trade. Both cars were in spectacular condition. When I returned, Tyler said he would stand by the offer he gave me, and we signed the papers for one of the cars I tested. I was there for about 3 hours total and they were busy on a tuesday night - not bad compared to other dealerships I've purchased from. Can't say enough how easy this was. I bought a used 2016 Lexus about 2 weeks ago. Less than a week later I was driving and all the sudden the break lights come on and tells me break malfunction and break system shutting down. Luckily I made it back to my house and was able to get the car towed to a Lexus dealership. When I spoke with them the next day I was informed the car had some body work done and could possibly not be covered under the manufacture warranty. I attempted to call the dealership phone number that s on the 20 pages that I signed but was a bad number. I also sent a text to Larry the rep that sold the car to me and got no response. I finally found a number after I googled the drealership and left a message for someone to call me back. Finally 4 days later I get a call back from Miriam and that s when I found out about the work that had been done in the car. She said she could send me an email with what they did, which I didn t receive until 2 days later. Ultimately the Lexus dealership was able to get the parts fixed under warranty, but I still should ve been informed of the repair work before I bought the car! I won t be recommending anyone I know to purchase a car from this dealership!
I did my application online over in the night and bright and early the next morning I was contacted by Asia. She asked if someone had given me a call and then began telling me the documents she needed. The eyes are quick but she was on top of everything and in no time I had an approval, down payment amount, and my monthly car payment. Everything happened so fast I thought it was fake and someone out to steal my money. Trusting in God I paid my deposit and later decided why wait if I m approved as she said I could get my car anytime. I asked if I could come in at 4, made it there at 4:30 and by 5:20pm I had test driven my car, had pictures taken for my insurance and was driving off the car lot. Asia Cornick was the best and this was the quickest service I ve ever had. What a blessing!!
The worst experience. The place was dirty. Wanted to test drive a car, had to wait forever for someone to come down from upstairs to assist, while they had 2 guys sitting in managers office drinking cokes having a good time, doing nothing. The guy who came down to assist was extremely rude. We left. The impression is they don't care about customers.
Drivers Select makes buying a car a great experience. If you need help, ask for Heather. Besides being really, really nice and helpful, she moved us right along and got us in and out fairly quick. She was also very patient with some things we changed up on her at the last minute! She is very knowledgeable about the cars. Again, a great buying experience!

We bought a new 2019 Suburban 29 days ago and still to this day have not received the vehicle. We have had little to no communication coming from Echo Park and the little communication we have had is because we call persistently. When we signed for the car a back seat was not operating correctly and we were told it would be a couple days however here we are 29 days out and we haven't so much as even seen the car since we signed the contract.
Every time we call the person who answers can never actually help us and tries to pass on the message to whomever can but then no one actually calls back. We finally got ahold of Vance Washko at about day 21 and supposedly was going to set up a rental and send a reimbursement check for the 1st bank payment but here we are now almost a full month out and still no check or rental car. I even gave extra time related to the thanksgiving holliday but reached out on Monday as well as Tuesday and haven't heard back. I even called again today and it comes down to the same story, "I'm sorry everyone is currently unavailable at this time leave your name and number and we will call you back" You would think that after buying a $40,000 car they would at least try
Sara O'Grady at Echo Park was a true professional, she wasted no time in finding us the right Rav4 from the huge selection. She also didn't try to over sell us like most dealers do. Our daughter loves her new Rav. I will definitely return for our next vehicle.
One year later and I'm still waiting for a part to come in. None of my phone calls are ever returned. Don't expect any type of follow up after making a purchase.

Slow. They have decent prices on used vehicles but desperately try to upsell warranties and add on items. Unbelievably slow. We are here for the third day and after waiting well over 2 hours tonight, with a cashier's check in hand to purchase a vehicle at sticker, we still haven't been taken care of. Update: It's 9 PM on a Tuesday and the cleaning people just arrived. Still no deal. If you want a smooth hassle free transaction I recommend you avoid this place.
My husband and I came to this dealership after a long weekend of searching for cars with other dealerships who did not take care of us. We were tired and frustrated walking in and this company immediately impressed us. We gave Roberto, ours sales member, a call on the way over and when we arrived we were greeted and met with immediately. Roberto already had the car we wanted ready to test drive. We loved the car and the buying process was even smoother. No hidden fees or negotiation because they are so transparent and straight forward. As we waited, there was water and coffee available and a kids area. Facility is clean and spacious and very welcoming. When we were handed the keys, we noticed they had cleaned and detailed the car while we were doing paperwork which was such a nice touch. If you need a car, go here first! We decided to upgrade our car and used Capital one Navigator to get pre approved and to shop for our new car. EchoPark Dallas had the best selection and best prices of all the dealers on the site. Due to covid we decided to schedule an appointment and from the scheduling to the appointment the communication for 5star. When you walk into the dealership it feels like you are in a five star hotel. The staff is friendly and the dealership was very clean and we saw cleaning staff sanitize every hour. We had the pleasure of meeting Liz Robertson who was just amazing. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the specific vehicle we were looking for. She took us to the lot and made us feel so at home. There was no pressure at all. We ended up test driving four cars and when we wanted to retest one of them she was so happy to let us do it. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership with an amazing lexus but for me it's the service that stood out. While there we had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers named Paul who was just as welcoming and pleasant as Liz. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I honestly didn't believe the reviews I read prior to going to Echo park but believe me they are all true .This is how car buying should be .

HORRIBLE scam artists. They sold us a car that within 100 miles has required a mechanic 3 times. LUCKILY the manufacturers warranty covers it but a 2015 vehicle shouldn't need the TRANSMISSION replaced unless they either 1 sell vehicles they know are lemons or 2 they don't check their vehicles before they sell them. Either way it is a VERY POOR and DEVIOUS way of selling anything. They claim to have found a "sweet spot" in the market by buying vehicles and reselling them within the warranty. ALL THAT MEANS IS THEY WILL STICK YOU IN ANY CONDITION VEHICLE AND NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU DRIVE OFF. Then they applaud themselves for paying for a 100$ rental car after we're paying $13,000 for a broken vehicle...give me a break!!! Awful management, awful practices. Tell everyone you know to STAY AWAY
Based on their website which caught my attention and some good selections, plus their convenient location, they were my first go-to to purchase a vehicle. Color me annoyed when I arrive at the location that google sends me to. I lsee an empty lot and I was told they just moved and that the new location was on their website. Definitely is not readily visible. If you move locations, you should make it very clear and also alert google where most people will search your address. However, 3 stars for the amazing customer service in their apologetic tone. The worker even took my contact info to follow up in case I change my mind. The new location was 30 min away so unfortunately they lost my business. But thumbs up to their staff.
Update: The reply I see below said they will follow up and contact me. Well, no one contacted me since then and apparently this is just a response to show to public that they care. None of the facts has changed. Also, I had to change the front two tires last week way below their expected life and I've been told by the dealership that this is because they were never rotated. So the car plus being a rental, was never well taken care of and this is why I stay away from rental. ------------------------------------------------------------- Selling rental cars with manipulated CarFax They are telling you we are transparent but my experience showed otherwise. Stay away from them because they buy cheap off rental cars. So they are new models but 90% of the fleet is off rental with manipulated carfax and they don't tell you that. I liked a 2017 Infiniti Q60 and after I test drove it I decided I will go for it. I requested the carfax (didn't know it is published anyway) and noted that this is a rental car. I decided not to buy the car because I stay away from any rental vehicles in my search and under no circumstances I buy them. I checked later and picked a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and the carfax report said that it is one owner off lease. I closed the deal and walked away and after 10 minutes driving to my home with my new car I saw a document hidden in the car (probably forgotten) from EZ Rent a car showing an invoice to a customer in Miami Florida for 6 days rental!. Same VIN number same everything. This is a complete fraud to me someone took this car and manipulated its carfax to show one owner. I called the store manager about 15 mins from leaving the dealership telling him the incident and that I'm not willing to buy a rental car and this is why I didn't buy the Infiniti although I liked it. He said we can't do anything for you and we can't guarantee Carfax is accurate and because you walked away from the lot it's your car and no returns. I was mislead, because they knew I rejected the first car being rental and still they've hidden that fact, and after all didn't honor their product. I was sut going to exchange it with another personal use car. This is deceptive and I hate this car since I bought it because I would have had other options to look at if I will end up with rental vehicle anyway. What I hate more is that they just turned me down 15 mins after driving out of the lot. They know I won't be happy with a rental car and still hidden the fact to make the sale. I think they didn't know that I will find a rental invoice and I will just live with it without knowing! The Sales man Harrison was friendly and I don't blame him on this process (unless he knew it was rental)

Very professional, great communication skills, great knowledge of the vehicles & sales process. Not only does he listen to what you want but he makes sure you get it without the typical car salesman pressure. Demeon was very patient with me, answered all my questions & my best friend's questions (who was on the phone). He went over the vehicle on the computer, provided a full tour of the actual vehicle including all of it's features. I can honestly say I was nervous at first but he made the process smooth, got the vehicle that I wanted, in the price range I wanted. He even stayed late to make sure everything met my standards. I got low-balled for my car because it was driven for ~10,000 miles in the north. I asked the salesman where his car came from and he only relied with we got it at an auction so I don t know . After running their VIN I learned that their car was driven in the north for many more miles than mine was. Scummy salesmen.

They were extremely fair on my trade In and made me a complete believer in their company due to their honesty while dealing with them. My salesman Tremaine was cool and I would buy from him again. I felt like the process was relatively easy since I had USAA.. However, when I got my Lexus the detail was awful. Scuff marks on the back seat, dust, etc.
Update: Was sent a giftcard to get my own detail, so am very satisfie.
The only reason I give them a 4 rather than a 5 star rating is that when we arrived, the entire staff was in a meeting. There was no sign indicating this. Someone finally came and let us know. If we would have seen something on their website indicating this was talking place, we would have come later. Other than this, we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to others.

Came here after having a horrible experience with a traditional dealership in Grapevine salesman Chris Pouncy and manager Joseph Hanlon definitely made sure that my experience here would be better. Was able to see the cars I was interested in, was not pressured with conditional APR rates dependent on purchasing warranty, etc. It was pretty busy, and though Chris was helping two deals advance at once he always made sure to check in with us while we were waiting (and when he didn t, Joseph stepped in). Overall could not be happier with my experience! Definitely check them out.
