This week I bought 2 cars from driversselect one for my dad and one for my mom. My adviser Charles mccormik he is the best, he is one the nicest person I have ever met. He did really great job. In futur if I want to buy car again I will use this dealership and choose Charles as my advisor again.
Damien at Echo Park was informative, pleasant, and answered all my questions. The process was smooth, staff was polite, and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend Echo Park to others.

They didn t transfer my Disability license plates to new vehicle which costs me about $100 and a lot of unnessary paperwork to fix. This could have easily been done according to the state when preparing paperwork at the dealership.
I do not recommend them because after selling the car nothing is important for them. I bought a Lexus from them and the wheel was not aligned. They said they will fix it in 30 days. I followed up a lot but I think it was just a big lie!
I won t trust them again!

Terrible experience, total waste of time. Test driving 2 cars are 2 too many for them, they expect people to buy cars like a shirt. Just pick a car and pay! But that s not all you have to finance through them at much higher rate and buy a extended warranty or they won t sell you the car, what a complete waste of time!

We had an awesome experience. The place is really nice with tons of options all at one location. They have a system in place for looking at vehicles and dropping them off so it's very organized. It's not like a regular dealership where the sales people are making commission so the staff was always friendly and never pushy. They will not take your keys for trade in and not give them back like other dealerships. As for financing everything was right there for you to see so it was quick and simple. They do offer some extra warranty items but never felt forced to buy them.

They're wonderful!! I shopped around for a 1 year old car and found driversselect on Google. I'm so excited about my new car! I just love it!!! I bought the car in three days. Ricky helped me with everything. Once I told him what I was looking for he went out and pulled the car out for me to test drive. He let me take it on my own. This place is great! Their prices are amazing. My sales person was Dameon and he was so good to me. He walked me through every step and made sure the process went as smooth as possible. The only down side about my process is that my co-signer became a co-owner and they didn't mention anything until I was about to sign papers. It really wasn't a big deal because they were just trying to find me the cheapest monthly payment but it made me upset that I wasn't told from the beginning. Again no big deal to me but if this would be something big for you then I would make sure about that before going any further.

Run do not walk away from this scan company, they will fee you and try to intimidate you into trying to buy a "mandatory" service plan and then call you begging later when you refuse to buy a service plan and suddenly its optional. what a joke, not to mention you can't put a deposit down on a car for more than 24 hrs, not to mention its non refundable, what a joke. every car has built in fees that are not listed on the "best" price website....very disappointed
Got a decent deal on a car, but the process was excruciating! We started at 9 am with pre-approved financing. Selected a car by 10 am, and then the salesman disappeared. Occasionally he would pop back around with a question. Didn t drive away until after 3 pm! (And the whole time they they were hard pushing in-house financing). I ve never experienced such a sluggish process while buying an auto, and I ve bought many! I would happily have paid more money somewhere else to avoid wasting my entire day.

Bought a car from here today after our 5th trip here. Paul Thorton was patient and kind even though it took us a lot of time to pick out a car. They have a ton of cars here from 2017 and up, their selection was par none. Prices are set and not able to haggle the price so know what it says it what you will pay. Every single car we drove was in great condition, some better than others but none of them were just trash like we were finding at other lots. Be sure you have plenty of time if you come on the weekend. We came during the week and had enough time to test several vehicles. Definitely a better experience here than other places! Give them a try for sure.

Purchased vehicle recently from Drivers select. There was a problem with the door weather strip and the agent promised to replace the same. Its been one month and no reply. Tried calling the driver select customer centre and no one is picking the call. It is true that they have lot of good cars, but once you buy the car and if they owe any service to you, you wont be getting it.

I have never seen this many buyers coming to buy cars in a dealership. They must be doing something real good to attract this many buyers. One buyer I talked to came all the way from Houston. Lisa was a great sales person even when we couldn't decide between multiple great deals! This place has all your favorite late model low mileage cars priced competitively.
Phenomenal dealership. I drove over 3 hours because of the wonderful things I had been told personally about not only their prices, but the overall buying experience as a whole. My sales person was Charles Bright and he was so patient and very courteous. I not only highly recommend this dealership and sales person but will most definitely use them again in the future.
I didn't purchase my car at Drivers Select, but that was certainly not because of my experience there, which was fantastic. The staff were all very professional, Tommy (the sales rep with whom I worked) was amazing, and the lot was very clean, well laid out, and filled with modern technology to make the experience as comfortable as possible. They even have booths set up with computers on big screen monitors to allow you to shop their inventory once inside. It turned out I fell in love with a vehicle at another dealership, but otherwise I would have purchased here. It's a bit out of the way for somebody living in Downtown Dallas, but it's well worth the drive to get the level of care provided by Drivers Select.

Sure they have good cars! Decent price on most, not great but decent on some. But service is very bad and very poorly managed. Probably getting too big too soon has gotten to their head. Lost license, expect you to buy if you test drive! Getting greedier by the day. I still remember the good old days when they used to be at Richardson. Waste of time and effort to drive till Grand Prairie if you don t live there!

Worked with Josh at driversselect.com. I came into the store and 4 hours later drove away with a 2017 Hyundai for a good price! I liked the no haggle price and that way of doing business. Some of the vehicles that I wanted to look at were locked so I had to wait for someone to unlock them. Overall I had a good experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Got my car (Acura TLX) 5/6 months ago. Leaving the dealership I noticed the alignment was off. Called them to fix it within warranty time, they never called me back and I went somewhere else. They only call to try and bully you into buying more warranty time. Today, I find out the battery in my car needs to be replaced which contradicts the promise they gave that the car was in perfect condition before buying. They are liars and scammers don't go here.

I had a particularly unique experience here. A third-party app brought me in and, therefore, I'm a walk-in looking to test drive a car. I was assigned a sales man almost immediately. Roberto was very nice and friendly. I was lucky enough to have three different models of the car I was interested in at this location. I told him any model is fine, and that I was more concerned with test driving than buying. He made note of that.
I gave him my license to scan. He said he would return with a set of keys so I could test drive. I'm not sure if they were having problems with their system but only one of the three cars were actually at the location. The only car there we had trouble tracking down. After waiting around for over an hour I decided to leave.
Once I returned home I realized my salesman forgot to return my license. I ran back over to their location to get it back. Once I got there I had to wait even longer to get help. Roberto was in the middle of a sale so instead of handing my license dilemma off to another employee or manager, I had to wait around another hour before he even started looking.
Turns out somehow my license vanished. I wasn't too upset because I know mistakes happen but I'm a little more disappointed with how their staff handled the situation. I emailed the general manager but received no response in return. I'm not even sure if management is aware of the situation. It's been close to a week and no one has followed up with me.
I can't speak on any of their sales tactics or pricing of cars because I couldn't even reach that point. It's likely I won't return in the future.
UPDATE (3/2/18):
I emailed the customer service associate to see what they could do to help me out, if anything. He followed up a couple days later letting me know he'd call me. I never received that call. Some month and half later I received my license in the mail. Obviously since I couldn't drive without a driver's license for a month and half, I had already purchased a new one. To this day no one has ever contacted me about this situation, very unique customer service they have here at driversselect.
Call center people were great... Car prices are fair, onsite sales team very POOR customer service. No communication and very disorganized! Tried to buy a car, paying cash and couldn't get help. Even called ahead to make sure car was there and ready. When help finally shows up they are working with so many other people you get left to wait and wait and wait.... It should NEVER be this difficult buying a car.
I worked with Pedro who helped me get some more details on a car that I saw on their website. He literally sat in the car while on the phone with me and answered any question that I had. It was super helpful since I live 4 hours away from their facility. Even after all of his effort, I never felt pressured to buy or even come in. Their prices were so reasonable I felt like there was a catch...but there wasn't. I would recommend them to anybody and will likely use them again when it's time to buy my next vehicle. These guys set the bar on what a car sale experience should be like.
Filled out an application online for my mom, didn t get contacted so we decided to go to the dealer on a Saturday. We talked to a lady who kept us waiting for 30 minutes to say all the banks are closed today and she can t get us approved. She said she would call us Monday with a response and guess what, no call. I m a little confused on that. I ve purchased a car three times in other dealerships, all on Saturday. Never had an issue, And what was every other customer doing there, on a Saturday? I genuinely would like to know if my thinking is wrong. Or if this woman simply didn t want to help us. I can t imagine them turning down a paying customer. I will not be returning there or recommending drivers select to any of my friends.
If you need new wheels, go absolutely nowhere else. This is how purchasing a vehicle should be. I recommend you ask for Pedro Gonzalez, he had my back through the whole process. Shout out to Ashton with the alley-oop at the end. There is a large team of competent and welcoming individuals working here, and I haven t even mentioned the inventory. Find what you want, get what you pay for, ride out the same day. No pressure, no haggle, no hassle.

Be very wary of working with them, especially with Shelton. I was 95% close to buying, but the high-pressure sales tactics on the extended warranty were a deal-breaker for me. I shouldn't have to say no a third, fourth, and fifth time. Also, finance offer was laughable (double what my bank is offering) - and the salesman even suggested that they could try to lower the APR by taking the warranty - total bull hockey!
Have some integrity, EchoPark. If you aren't willing to make a sale without mandating the warranty purchase, be up front and say so!

Pathetic after sales service/support! Has a dedicated line for after sales support that goes directly to voicemail and you never hear from them. I have been trying to get a hold of them regarding my GAP insurance refund which was sent to them from the insurance company. I saw numerous reviews about bad after sales support but took a leap faith and now I am regretting. I would not go back for sure!!
