I felt pressured by two of the sales staff to take the extended warranty, I was told, " this car is known for having electrical problems". I'm in sales, you never talk down on the products you sell. Also the rear tires have very low tread, something I could not see at night. I didn't think I needed to check the tires since most dealers cars would at least have 75% or better tread. When I spoke to customer service it felt like she was fighting with me to have them replaced, and the only way to get in to see customer service is if you don't work Monday though Friday because there are no appointments on Saturdays open. I was also told that I should have the manufacturer of the vehicle fix the issues that I found instead of my one month, 1000 mile warranty when I bought the car. The only reason I bought the car was because the color and options package, I have been waiting and shopping for this exact car.
