I will never order anything from DPD again. After the delivery was announced, I stayed at home. Unfortunately, I am told in the app that my package was parked at the agreed location. Unfortunately, this is a bold lie because the package is not there! And it was never parked there either!

I had waited the whole morning for the parcel, then arrived late and was delivered to some neighbor. I wonder why, I'm at home, I could have come down too, it's Saturday and I'm waiting for my things and do nothing else.

I had ordered two car tires without rims. at 16 kilos the messenger was unwilling to carry them to the first floor. I can't say if he should have done it. But what is not possible is to ring the bell and leave. The tires were simply placed on the sidewalk, where they could easily have taken Hinz and Kunz with them. I'm at home, waiting for the package and nobody rings the bell! As a precaution, I specified a delivery location, my terrace, then I received the email that the package was delivered. At first weird: because the bell didn't ring. Then I look for the parcel on my property for 20 minutes (!!) and finally my neighbor saw how the parcel carrier simply threw the parcel under my car tire. That is a bottomless cheek. I am always surprised at the condition in which packages with DPD arrive. If they are delivered at all. Or just leave it somewhere without a parking permit, where everyone can take it with you. It makes you happy about good neighbors.

We are looking for our parcels or they are not even delivered. When it is 2.30 p.m., the driver is generally fed up and drives to the depot. I've seen it many times. But the icing on the cake is, if you complain to DPD, the drivers are supposedly trained and then it still doesn't work!

The best example: Allegedly, the package was delivered on September 17, 2020. We don't know where. After complaining by phone and email, the driver's information is sensitized. Today on May 23, 2020 another package disappeared.

In simple words !!! I would rather not order from any seller if I know in advance that they will deliver with DPD.

Although I left the DPD supplier in the house, my parcels were not handed over to me and on top of that it was boldly claimed that I had signed for it, which was not the case. Since then, the packages have not been found. Furthermore, DPD regularly refuses to deliver deliveries and refuses help and information on where to find the delivery if there are any questions. We were simply passed from one incompetent employee to the next until we finally had to cancel the purchase from the seller. Then the package went suddenly and easily from the distribution center, which is just 20 km from our apartment, back to the seller.

For me, the delivery was simply turned off. Since it is a private house, everything was ok for me. The driver could not have known that.

As always ... Everything went well and without any problems! Package was delivered in the specified time window (1 hour). Parcel carrier was also very courteous. You really can't expect much more service. PLEASE continue to do so in the future !!!!

The deliverer must be terminated immediately! DPD tolerates this and the company does not care about the recipient's opinion. Nice proof that the management only wants to collect and everything else does not matter.

All of this is always wonderful to understand what the courier did and what not.
DPD is "unique" here. "Service" is almost unknown here.
However, one should not neglect the fact that it is DPD's responsibility to train the employees and also to structure the workload so that a messenger no longer knows where to go first because of the many packages. And all for a mini wage.
More specifically ... the problem lies only with the parcel carriers; it is primarily up to DPD itself.
