Parcel was supposedly delivered to me at 12:02 pm - but not true! I saw the vehicle drive past us at that time, but the driver didn't even make a delivery attempt. After complaining via the contact form, the package was then delivered around 2:00 p.m. What would have happened if I hadn't complained? After all, DPD was of the opinion that the package had already been delivered to me.
