Terrifyingly bad service. First the parcel is simply parked without consent, then it is claimed that I gave a signature for the parking permit. When it turned out that the permit was not from me but someone else from the same house, it only came that something like that could happen but neither an apology nor anything else. In addition, my package was covered with grease stains. Absolutely bad service, there are better !!

The deliverer did not ring the bell again and was therefore unable to place the package on the agreed parking space on the 2nd floor! (But he said so!) I only found out from an email from DPD that he was there in the meantime!

Where's the package now?

Less than a star would be appropriate here, but unfortunately it doesn't work. So you don't deal with packages that have been entrusted to you for transportation. After all, you pay for it and you can ask for it to be handled with care. With my next orders I will point out not to send with DPD. If the shipment is still made with DPD, everything goes back.

I did not receive my packet but it's shown as delivered on their website.

Unfortunately, I'm just having trouble with DPD ... Either the packages are broken or the doorbell doesn't even ring. Our entrance can be seen from the street and everyone can take it with them. When the delivery person accidentally rang the bell and brought a broken package, I pointed this out to him. His reaction to that was to tear the package out of my hand without a word and leave. When I asked him what he was doing I got the answer "You said broken, I'll take it with me again!" instead of opening the box with me and looking to see if something is broken, what would be the normal course, I got an unfriendly, sloppy answer for his mistake!
My conclusion is that I try to change the shipping company for every sender who sends with DPD, but I even pay more shipping, the main thing is not DPD!

Actually always waited a long time and although at home, 2-3 delivery attempts. Today it worked, the package was successfully placed in front of the door, but would not do it with valuable items and not in the more party house.

The dpd is by far the worst parcel service.
I live in an apartment building.
My package was simply put down in the stairwell and declared as delivered.
Of course I was in the house!

Who can read is clearly an advantage. Not even the house number can be assigned correctly, even though it was written big and correctly on the address field. Simply put down at the next but one house number. Maybe reading is not a prerequisite for poor pay?

Unprofessional, unpolite.. Do not use thise service if U dont have to.

Very precise time when the package is there and a very friendly parcel delivery service. So everything is great! :)

Package should be deposited in front of the apartment door in the portico on the 3rd floor, was also at home.
No ringing, just put the 28 kg package in the doorway, accessible to everyone.
Never again DPD, then prefer DHL.

For the most part within two months, a shipment did not arrive. Supposedly delivered, only not with us. Last delivery rang, it was opened to him. No reaction, just gone again. Parcel supposedly delivered to "front door". It may be, but nothing came to us. No, and neither with the neighbors !!!

Desired & registered storage location implemented 100%. Come home and package was at the front door. It couldn't be better !!!

I just wanted to say if you specify a desired neighbor and this person is there but is delivered somewhere else, I don't think it's great, my neighbors don't all have to know when and how much I've ordered, but otherwise fast delivery

Was only partially satisfied with the delivery. It was on time, which is a big plus, but if I specify a storage location and the deliverer simply puts it in front of the front door where everyone could take it with them, then I wonder to what extent are the deliverers able to read.

Parking locations are not adhered to as soon as the supplier has to overcome floors! (we even have an elevator)

DPD had never managed to deliver a parcel to the desired address, although someone was always there. If the live tracking works, you can see that the driver (s) does not seem to come anywhere near the desired delivery location and presumably hands the package over to a parcel shop out of laziness / incompetence.

My comb was delivered so quickly and without complications I am very satisfied with DPD! For this they get 5 stars from me.

It is agreed with a driver that if I am NOT at home, the parcel can be stored in the garage or directly in front of the door. This driver actually does it that way.
Today, as is so often the case, the doorbell never rang, and the parcel was not left in the garage or directly in front of the door, but on a table in the hallway, where every stranger passes. I just find it outrageous, especially since I was at home and waiting for the package.

So far everything has worked out fine! I am very very satisfied!

It is simply parked in front of the entrance door and not delivered in front of the front door and an older lady has to struggle herself with a heavy package of 25 kg I will take care not to use dpd anymore or require another company to take it over

Package is reported as delivered to the destination, but it is not. No notification in the mailbox and online a foreign name is given as AO, because there is not in the neighborhood.
Thanks to the voice computer, contact is not possible by phone, because no matter whether voice or number entry, only 0 is understood as a package number.

The DPD deliverer rings the bell. I say: "3rd floor please ...". The answer is: "You have to get it now. I'll put the package in the hallway." It is an apartment building open to the public, mind you. Thank you, service is different!

HORRIBLE! Their tracking system does not work and they don't know what's going. Also their system is flawed since they allow the creation of a tracking number without even having the packet yet. I called them, i got auto-redirected 2 times, then they hanged up, then the operator couldn't inform me because they didn't receive the packet yet even though there has been a tracking number created since a week! I'm stuck now without a device that i absolutely need before going to vacation!

The package never arrived with the first order, even though we were at home due to the corona. It was sent back directly to the sender. The second order was reportedly delivered. However, it did not arrive. A complete disaster.

Package was simply squeezed into the mailbox, no delivery took place. The goods are therefore damaged and returned to the seller. DPD just trouble, unbelievable

DPD simply placed the package in the driveway of the neighboring house. Any passer-by could have taken the package off the sidewalk.

My package, which was worth over 300 euros, was simply left in front of our garage without giving me a parking permit. This can be seen from the street and is freely accessible. That is not how it works!

They never called me or rang the doorbell. They "inform" me that they have picked up the package from a "neighbor". There's nobody in my skyscraper with the name you told me! Incredible. I have already paid for the package, but I have no package and a gift from the "company", just wrong information. What should I do now? I try to ask my whole skyscraper, "Sorry, do you have a package in my name? I have no idea who picked it up!" Thank you, DPD.

It's nice when the parcels arrive, but if someone stands in the garden on the terrace at 8:40 in the morning and shrugs his arm and says where to go instead of going around the house where there is a normal front door with a bell, then it would be perfect.

Allegedly the package was "successfully delivered". Well, we haven't received one. Maybe it was given to a neighbor. Then, however, they apparently did not consider it necessary to inform us - neither with a message in the mailbox, via shipment tracking or e-mail.

I have received information from DPD that my package was successfully delivered. I immediately left, believing the package is at the front door. Unfortunately not! I looked for the package around the house and found nothing. I asked all of the neighbors without success. I doubt that the package has been delivered! Or was not delivered correctly!

Several parcels have already been handed over to the "neighbors" even though someone was at home!
By the way, the "neighbor" is a gas station that is 6km away.
Furthermore, there is not even a note in the mailbox, you actually have to call afterwards which "shell" is meant that is described in the email.
Instead of saying that the parcels will arrive, you can also write in advance that the drivers are not interested in their job and simply take the parcels wherever they want.

Deliveries with expensive electronic goods are simply placed somewhere or delivered elsewhere and it is noted on the delivery report that it was delivered personally. It just doesn't work.

Now for the second time in the Heidelberg area terrible experience with dpd. Once agreed because of Corona storage location (I don't recommend anyone). Package was supposedly delivered - but it wasn't. dpd: my problem. Horrible customer service. Then after about 5 weeks, the package appears as a return at the seller.
Recently another shipment on the way for 14 days. I chose redirection to shop. Didn't get there. Confused messages by email - 3 different delivery dates on one day within 10 minutes. Delivery then took place after 14 days and back and forth at home and not in the shop as agreed. I never buy consciously in online shops that send with dpd.

I actually wanted to meet the DPD driver because the package weighs 8 kilos, but he flipped up to me straight away. Thank you so much!

Package not delivered! There you have the opportunity to put the package in front of the door and then it is used to hide the package. (Did not see a DPD service on my camera surveillance).

I'm very happy with the delivery. As always, everything went smoothly and on time.

I have never seen such poor service, the driver did not ring the bell twice and on the third attempt he was also totally rude. I can only discourage any shipper from DPD that could cost customers. In any case, I now inform myself before I order something whether DPD is the deliverer and will then refrain from it.

Everything fine. Super punctual, the driver was nice and kept the necessary distance. Gladly again.

Got a package from DPD today. The package was successfully delivered.
The problem was, nobody was home!
When I got there a short time later, the package was just on the doorstep. We have an open courtyard where everyone can get in and out. Anyone could have taken the package with them. Fortunately, that didn't happen.
But to claim to have delivered something and then simply put it in front of the door is not even possible.

This time the package was simply put on the mailbox (a neighbor saw it) now it's daring. And even though someone was at home, the driver didn't even ring the bell. I just got a mail, because of the package, supposedly to me ... Suck

Unlike some other 'bigger player of business', DPD notifies a precise time slot for the delivery. I find it very convenient and efficient.

Parcels are constantly delivered to neighbors (without notification that the parcel has actually arrived and where and to whom it was transferred). And so I gave the ban on the transmission of packages to neighbors

The package was simply put on the doorstep. It's a coincidence that nobody took it with them. Other parcel services such as DHL and Hermes deliver parcels at least to the neighbors.

Although present at home, the parcel was left in the pickup parcel shop. The product was badly damaged in transit. I have to send it back. Disappointing.

My package was placed in the paper bin - accessible to everyone - without my consent during our absence. That is not how it works. I'm glad I found the package and not someone else.

Has been delivered today!?. We live on the third floor on the right. He left the parcel (scratching post) at the bottom of the entrance door and just left !? My wife is sick and couldn't carry him alone, good that you have friendly neighbors. Simply cheeky!

Terrible and not acceptable service for this century and for the country as Germany is. DPD tracking unaccurate. Postman not coming to your place as well. They are sending generic e-mails about unsuccesfull delivery attempts. Customer service the worse I've ever seen in my life. I will advice gentleman from the top management who are appearing in the very end of every DPD generic email to start looking after customers, becase this is not normal or acceptable in 21 century. I will advise everyone to talk to their online shop providers e.g.Amazon and to ask them to block DPD from the carrier list. If you are Amazon prime member - next day delivery and carrier is DPD you will receive it 4 days later. Shame. I talk to Zalando, Amazon, Nike, etc and thanks God i do not have any issues anymore as everything is delievered now with DHL.

Bad service! My package was simply placed in front of the front door at 7 p.m. without ringing first. This is outrageous, I was at home, the package could have been stolen by anyone!

Parcels reportedly delivered personally at 1:59 p.m. on July 20. I was at home and nobody rang the bell, followed the package all the time via live tracking. No one was there, no message left, just nothing. Goods worth 500 euros disappeared. This can not be true. Service gives you comfort. And now? Where's the goods and my money? Never again DPD.

How can it be that a package that should go to Munich ends up in Neufahrn !!!

Unfortunately our package arrived late again. However, an incorrect street was specified in the vehicle navigation system when it was delivered to the correct address. Seen and stopped the vehicle by chance. The joke of the whole thing is that in order to drive in the wrong street, it has to turn at the right address. Crossing.

If I already give permission to park the terrace, which cannot be seen from the street, then I also expect the parcel to be deposited there. Not like from the apparently comfortable deliverer for the way around the house then just outside the front door for everyone. NOT SO, DPD !!!!! Complaints are completely ignored. Outrageous brazen behavior of the drivers. Complaints to the board are also simply swept under the carpet. If I could, I would never want to be supplied by DPD again.

More and more dissatisfied with PDP whenever I see the dpd delivering, I look somewhere else that I get it from another deliverer. The doorbell doesn't ring even though I'm at home 2. instead of putting it in front of my front door as agreed, just downstairs at the front door where everyone can take it and then I get a huge problem with the payment. Madness as if it were up to me dpd would be I've been broke for a long time because I would never have anything delivered by them, they are slowly kitten me.

A very nice courier just rang the bell and delivered my order. There is nothing to complain about so far, I have always been very well supplied with DPD. Thanks again for that
