I am just learning that my package was delivered at 4:00 p.m. Now it is 3:00 p.m. and no one has rung the bell. My neighbor found a package by chance in the hallway on the ground floor. The package was mine !!!! Nobody rang the bell and I should find my package myself!
I am totally dissatisfied and think one star for you is way too much compared to your service.
