Multiple the same: Supposedly there was an attempt to deliver. Supposedly in vain. Hence delivery to the parcel shop. Customer service always says the same thing: sorry, there is nothing we can do, now the package has already been scanned there. Not more. Why do you offer the supposedly almost real-time shipment tracking and the various delivery options when the drivers can do what they want? In the future I will NOT buy anything that is delivered by DPD.
