What can I say. Not a single delivery works! We always have the note in our shipping addresses - no matter where we order. House is in the 2nd row! No delivery to neighbors allowed!

We are looking for our parcels or they are not even delivered. When it is 2.30 p.m., the driver is generally fed up and drives to the depot. I've seen it many times. But the icing on the cake is, if you complain to DPD, the drivers are supposedly trained and then it still doesn't work!

The best example: Allegedly, the package was delivered on September 17, 2020. We don't know where. After complaining by phone and email, the driver's information is sensitized. Today on May 23, 2020 another package disappeared.

In simple words !!! I would rather not order from any seller if I know in advance that they will deliver with DPD.

Simply disastrous!
