Quite a terrible shipping company and the drivers are anything but friendly or helpful.
Delivery to the apartment is no longer necessary for them and it is a shame that shipping is still paid for. Probably has to do with the size of the package and the floors. Everything is understandable and no one likes to do it. But it is their job and Corona is totally exploited here. After a foot operation, I can't just walk 3 floors down on crutches and put a 15 kg package under my arm. A polite request was answered with doorknobs. Thank you Murat for the help and hope it hits you just as hard one day!
In the future, I will pay attention to who the shipper is when I buy.
