My package was not delivered and the driver signed it himself ... The DPD hotline number was also not helpful and the telephone announcements were not clear. To speak to a consultant, I had to wait 10 minutes until the customer advice option was announced.
A very bad experience that cost me around 300 euros.
Simply bad!
