Worst of all, I always have the feeling that when someone sends me something, I'll tell you.

Parcel delivered to a parcel shop without consent and supposedly there were two delivery attempts but there was definitely someone at home. Doesn't even work.

A disaster! As a business customer who sends regular parcels, I have to say: DPD is really good at defending against customers. According to the agreement, the packages should be picked up automatically at my company the next day. In fact, DPD needs an average (!) Of a whole week and currently (despite several complaints) it takes two weeks. That is not enough. Your customer service is unreasonable and your whole company is not recommended.

The response to the complaint alone leaves a lot to be desired:

"At the moment, the only thing that happens is that if an advised order is not picked up, it does not automatically slip into the next day. So you have to contact us if the order has not been picked up so that we can re-enter the order."

"I passed your request on to the appropriate colleagues on site. We would be happy to hear from you."

Why are the DPD deliverers who deliver to me every day not allowed to take parcels with them? There are of course extra people who collect the consignments ...

DPD app announces: "Parcel 11:14 clock delivered". I was at home. Nobody rang the bell and the package cannot be found. Another refusal to work by a # DPD deliverer !!!

Actually I don't want to give any star but I must start with 1. They never deliver my pack to me. They put my packages in front of the building despite I am waiting them at my flat. They did not receive my sign and leave without notifications. I personally don't use that kind of Firm. But I am suffering because of their partnership of the Companies which I ordered products.

Absolutely poor service. Once again I was sitting in my apartment, waiting for my package. Nothing came. Long after the delivery date, I found out that without ringing my door, without notifying me, the package (with frozen goods) was delivered to a neighbor. DOESN'T WORK!

A shipment of fresh plants should be delivered a day earlier. The driver even met me on our street. Apparently it was after work and so the plants were allowed to spend another night in the vehicle. Worst parcel service in Germany. Unfortunately I caught a dealer who sent with DPD. Company requests parking permit because of Corona (contactless), delivery is indicated and package is gone. From delivery, the risk of loss lies with the approval issuer.

I have never had any problems with DPD. The shipment tracking is excellent and a package has never been damaged. Despite the obvious stress and lack of time, the drivers are always friendly.
