Total disaster! It is not enough that most drivers simply do not feel like going to the front door and then report the recipient would not have been available! NO!!! now they are already handing the package over to some wild stranger who live what do I know where and do not leave their address or anything else. If you then also call the hotline because the staff is absolutely unable to find out where the package is, you have to pay for it. An ABSOLUTE CHEESE !!!

Again no delivery, the shipment. Parcel found abandoned in the building. Proof of delivery invented again, invented substitute recipient.

The DPD delivery agent placed a package in front of the front door, clearly visible from the street, when he found no one. Too lazy to ring at a neighbor's house?

Although nobody was at home and NO parking permit was given, the package was still placed in front of the entrance gate to the property, directly on the street. Reachable for everyone and beautiful in the rain. And that's not the first time this has happened.

Absolute catastrophe .. Parcel was not delivered for a week. None of the staff during the numerous calls and queues in the queue could tell me when my package was coming. One week I was suspected that the package would be delivered the next day, which of course did not happen.

I'm just mega dissatisfied, I have no idea why it failed, I called after my package was rejected by the Pick Up Shop and wanted another delivery day, the next day an attempt was made to deliver and the next day the attempt was made again and at Delivered to neighbors although I expressly said that I am not at home and wanted to accept the package myself. You should definitely work on the communication between service and drivers / deliverers

Unfortunately, extremely unreliable suppliers, live tracking is a bad joke. Out of date, parcels are simply parked randomly. Avoid this supplier if possible! Underground service.

2 out of 3 parcels were successfully delivered, when asked for the third expected parcel, they were told that it was all.
Package number 3 was then delivered only 10 minutes later by the same supplier 2km further.
Despite proven presence (2/3 were handed over personally), this process was registered as a successful delivery.

I'm very satisfied. The staff are always nice and friendly.

On the package is the storage place garage and where it is on the grill. Nice that in the package there is only meat and until 5pm the sun shines on the grill. Thanks DPD

bad delivery, is impatient and puts the package in the hallway / entrance instead of in front of / next to the apartment door! Would be without too close contact; doesn't feel like walking up the stairs. Today the 2nd x, messenger myself, does not always happen well with running.

The package never arrived although you get such a message, a call to the hotline promises feedback via email, which never happens.

Terrible parcel service !! Each time the package is simply put somewhere, even though a parking permit has NEVER been issued. You just go to any room (preferably garage or boiler room), the package is simply placed in front of the door, visible to all neighbors on the windowsill or in the garbage can. And all of this, although someone was definitely at home! I avoid this parcel service wherever I can, unfortunately it still exists. Customer service is zero. You are treated like the last dirt.

I live in Velbert, unfortunately I never get a package from DPD. The driver just drives past us and then comes the email he would not have found us. Just ridiculous because there is always someone at home. One should perhaps explain the job to the drivers properly. This is the worst service I know.

DPD deliveries are always the same. DPD parcel carrier rings, you open the door and wait in vain. All shipments are placed on the ground floor in the stairwell.
Whenever possible, I try to avoid DPD!

In the future I will sort out all providers who send via DPD.
After the first delivery was unsuccessful (I was unfortunately working), I received the information that the parcel would be handed over to the parcel shop located in the immediate vicinity. Until then, everything is no problem and absolutely fine and has been practiced several times.
The fact that I then suddenly get the information a day later, instead of the delivery notice to the parcel shop, that my parcel is on its way back to the shipper because it could not be delivered is in no way understandable to me. I can't help but think that the employee was either unable or unwilling to do his job.
The fact that a package is sent back to the sender after just one delivery attempt is, in my opinion, an outrage.
But that is not enough.
After I asked the sender to resend the goods and successfully redirected them to the parcel shop just 500m away using the DPD app to avoid disaster like the first time, the delivery was made to a completely different parcel shop several kilometers away.
This information was only given to me by email. Lt. Shipment tracking in the DPD-APP was delivered to the parcel shop I selected. If I had relied on the delivery notification of the APP I would have been in the wrong parcel shop.
After a successful pick-up, I received the information in the evening that the delivery had unfortunately not been successful and the package was going back to the sender.
To this day, I have received no useful response to my complaint to DPD, apart from a standard text that is not suitable. Attempted solution on the part of DPD, none.

If I could I wouldn't leave a star there. The parcel carriers ring the storm, but not only at the recipient but also at the same time at least one neighbor (even though you are at home). The request to bring the package to the second floor, since I have a small baby, was given no attention, the main thing was that it was thrown somewhere and gone. I also did not give a parking okay.
Another time I went looking for my package because I was not at home and it was said that it was delivered to me. Then it was with the neighbor, but I would never have found out if she hadn't brought it to me myself! Rude and not competent at all !!!!

DPD has (in our catchment area 09xxx, not ?? Aschaffenburg ??) imho the worst customer service of all large delivery companies. Although the recipient was present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, parcels are simply taken to the nearest parcel shop WITHOUT (!) Written notification. The package was delivered in the lobby of the building. First of all, someone could have picked the package up in stead of us. Secondly, my pregnant wife had to carry the 25-kg-package up to the 6th floor, as I am at work. If I wanted her to carry the package up, I would have picked the package myself in your delivery center, and not to have it so badly delivered "to my home address". My home address is not the lobby of the building, but six floors up, and in front of the apartment, which the delivery man could have asked my wife to tell him, and not leave the box weighing 25 kg in the building lobby and run away as fast as he can. Had booked storage OK. Parcel was booked as "deposited at storage location" as delivered and could not be found. No clue card in the box. I have 12 neighbors in the house who all work and had to go on a long search. In times of Corona, it makes no sense to have to check out all the neighbors and also not customer-friendly if you can simply park my parcel as desired. CONTACT-FREE. I have better things to do after work than worrying and searching for the package for hours and thinking that it is already lost. Book a card or correctly book the statement online or leave it there as the customer wishes. j

So far, I have never had problems with DPD! Even my 28 - 30 kg heavy frozen food package is heaved up high in the 4 floor without elevator! Good at the friendliness of some messengers can still file, but a hello and bye was always in it and so it is no wonder that in the job, the friendliness on the track remains as the pressure and so many recipients can indeed properly be nasty and rude.

Favorite parcel delivery company. The best thing I find is live tracking during delivery. All deliverers were always friendly in 99084 Erfurt.
