Wie immer! Just as always, another excellent delivery service. I am particularly impressed with the "Live Tracking" feature on their page. And oh boy!, that feature is damn accurate.

Only received the package because I caught the messenger when he wanted to insert the card without ringing the bell. If I hadn't been "in wait" this time, I would have had to pick up my parcel in the parcel shop the following day, as with the last two deliveries by DPD.

Super bad, you can't rely on the messengers. The package will not be delivered permanently or the package will be dropped off somewhere else.

the suppliers are probably a special species (if they actually ring the bell, they are gone again in a mega-flight) my plant delivery was disappointing despite the note "caution" plant delivery was probably not paid attention to. one plant is broken despite a special protective cover and the potting soil had spread throughout the box.

This is the 7 times that I have allegedly received a package, even though I was at home. I have already complained 6 times, but have not yet received an answer.

The delivery service is always good.

However, Corona seems to have made it legitimate to put the parcel in the hallway, to call something and to run away. As a heavily pregnant woman, I had to ask my neighbor to help me with the package.

Then an email that it was delivered and then, after nothing was delivered again, read in the shipment tracking that the package had been delivered to XY, which we don't have at all. Instead of constantly sending emails in which the falsehood is, please simply deliver correctly.

I was at home the delivery person could have rung the bell and didn't have to squeeze into the mailbox. Now everything is no longer legible uch the invoice. It was a tube of ointment for me.

The DPD driver simply left the package that was intended for me at the front door at around 1 p.m. In the meantime, until I got home from work in the evening, it was stolen. Many thanks too. If you could give ZERO stars I would do it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Package was declared as delivered when we were not at home - so far so good - when we arrive back in a log cabin, we are shocked to find that our 500 euro delivery was simply placed in the entrance area. Even if someone else opens the door, this does not entitle the delivery to simply be turned off without prior agreement with the customer !!

By far the worst parcel service ever - congratulations.
Parcels are partly - despite the parking permit! - not delivered, the driver often does not even drive into the village and subsequently states that he has not met anyone. Again: this happens in 4 out of 5 cases and despite a parking permit. After asking, he refuses to leave the parcel at the desired location (isn't that my decision and therefore my risk?) And some of the deliveries can be returned without a single attempt at delivery. If I worked like that, I would definitely no longer have a job. But even on the hotline, absolutely nobody cares.

I gave the parking okay because I meant well because of the current situation. And what do you get out of it? Package was supposedly delivered at 10:43 a.m. 10:45 am I looked at the safe deposit area and nothing there .... because of the parking okay you have no legal chance. Thanks dpd. Never again.

So far, every "delivery" (if you can still call it that at this company) by DPD has been ridiculous. Twice the parcels were delivered to the parcel shop without the parcel carrier even coming near my house, let alone leaving a message in the mailbox. In itself that wouldn't have been a problem. But if you are told it will be delivered, it's a cheeky act. Finally, the parcel was parked in front of the front door without ringing the bell or a message, visible and accessible to everyone. The following email said: "Your package has been successfully delivered". I fully understand that the parcel carriers are massively overloaded and would hardly be able to do their job without such tricks. But that this ultimately comes to the detriment of the customers, and in my case without exception, is embarrassing.

Our postman from DPD often leaves parcels somewhere (with neighbors) but does not bring them to us. And today he left two parcels with neighbors, but did not come to us and never called even though we were at home and saw him from the window.

I am fully satisfied. Always get an email with the time slot for delivery and it applies exactly every time. The parcel deliverer rings the bell as it should. In the case of heavy boxes, I ask him to leave the goods at the bottom. Otherwise he'll come to the front door. So here everything is fine.

I agree with the previous 1 star ratings, on time but not ringing, not parked at the agreed location and the message claims that the package is parked at the agreed location. SMOOTH LIE !!!

Very bad website for customers, you have to push your way through a whole menu, but quickly find no contact details. With Google Search you get the contact details and a service number much faster.

Shipping with DPD is a complete disaster. On request, regardless of whether tel. or you are put off in writing, you can no longer collect it yourself. Communication with the deliverers is no longer possible, as hardly anyone understands what you are asking or saying. A redirect to the parcel shop doesn't work either, the parcel was probably too heavy (35kg) or reading doesn't work either. I only got my package because I intercepted the driver and looked for my package in the car myself. Shipping time 10 days :(

My package should be parked in front of the apartment door, the doctor's office on the ground floor is open and always opens the front door.
According to email traffic, the package was "successfully" parked at the agreed location. But it cannot be found. Neither in front of the apartment door nor in the rest of the house, the neighbors saw nothing and the employees of the doctor's practice don't know anything about a package.
This is very annoying, because it means that I only received one email communication with DPD for an order value of 100 . The money is gone and the ordered clothes from the package cannot be found.

Even i had read the bad reviews about the delivering service of DPD and even i was nervous, but it turned out to be very good. My parcel was delivered in the exact time slot with which they kept me updated. Satisfied!!!

The package was handed over by a friendly gentleman exactly in the time frame specified. I also think the announcement by e-mail a day in advance is very good, as is the option to deposit it with a neighbor / storage location. The content is undamaged. Customer fully satisfied.

The deliverer simply put my son's new cell phone - which was at home - on the street outside the front door without ringing the bell. Just because I happened to see the email about the successful delivery 15 minutes after receiving it and asked at home, we now have the cell phone and not someone who happens to walk past the house and stoops. Never again DPD.

Walked for 10 days, a total of 6 calls and 3 complaint e-mails that have not yet been responded to.
