All other parcel services manage to do their job, only DPD does not seem to be able to. The address is incorrect, we didn't find it or packages are simply being handed over to another location. The notification is particularly annoying, if one was made illegible. And yes, the address has been correct for over 30 years and there was always someone at home.
My first and hopefully last experience !!! Today the door opener rang when I was down on the ground floor, the door was closed, no messenger, no signature, just leave my order on the stairs !!!!!! It could be that someone comes and takes my order and if I complain they say that the package was delivered !!!!!! You should take your time to give the order to the correct person and not just leave the order somewhere !!! You paid money for it !!!!!
Most of the time everything works great and my location for the parking okay is kept. But I never gave my okay to squeezing a shipment into the mailbox in such a way that it looks halfway out and is damaged or can be taken by anyone. Luckily nothing happened. But this is actually a no go! If the location for the parking okay cannot be observed, simply put a note in the mailbox. It's really not that difficult.

Totally unreliable !! Delivery is always late, then the package is either delivered in the balcony, even though someone is at home, or delivered to the neighbor without leaving a note !! you specify a storage location and this is consistently ignored. Each time the package was parked directly in front of the front door and not at the agreed storage location. And yes, the storage location is registered via mydpd.

Parcels are always deposited at the entrance to the house instead of being handed in personally. According to the electronic announcement, I received the delivery and the signature was also forged !! Is getting worse with delivery by DPD. Even in times of Corona you can walk 2 floors to put the package on top. I have knee problems and shouldn't climb stairs as much as possible. There are several packages that had a high value of goods. The neighbor wasn't there and that I found the parcels at all was based on a coincidence. That is unacceptable. Package was not delivered to the location I specified, but 600 meters away. The customer is severely disabled and I don't have a car. The deliverers say there is nobody at home even though you are at home on the said date and even sit in front of the door in the garden and nobody comes. If you can still handle that, you are awesome

Despite stating my delivery preferences, my package was delivered somewhere without an address. It cannot be that I have to research where my package is every time.
Delivery was delayed by a day, supposedly they couldn't find anyone, we always looked out the window and no one rang the bell Where they came a day later, the bell rang 5 times and was put down below and then immediately driven away! As a pregnant woman, I was allowed to carry the parcels weighing 80 kilos on my own !! I didn't even give a parking ok!
The one star is still too many! The delivery time changed at least six times, and although he was around the corner, he went elsewhere. The worst part was that he simply put the package, an Emma mattress weighing approx. 20 kg, down on the ground floor and left. I'm over 50 years old and carried it up on my own, so it was definitely not too difficult. The unfriendliness of the employee should also be mentioned at this point.
Although this service has a lot of negative reviews, I have had good experiences so far. Both deliverers are friendly and competent. It may be that at the end of the chain (at the end consumer) not everything looks as perfect as desired, but you should keep in mind that the delivery person is only a link in this chain and therefore cannot always be held responsible for everything.

A call to the service line reveals that the driver is still in delivery and the package will be delivered by 4 p.m. The package then arrived on Monday at noon. The driver only mentioned that a temporary worker was on the way on Saturday.
Now another package was in the delivery, the package was left at an unauthorized address in front of the door and the recipient's name was entered as AO ... without any authorization. A week has now passed and the package has still not been delivered to the correct address.

I received an email informing me that my package had been delivered and that I had signed it. However, the package never arrived and I never signed. Maybe I just had a lot of bad luck. From my experience the packages delivered to my place, often don t ring the bell nor leave a paper stating they have placed my package at the pick up shop! Last experience, I ordered online, and dpd has my package in their station for more than one week and still isn t being delivered. Maybe it s because of Christmas time, anyway if your planing to deliver a package, I would rather choose another one than DPD, just because I don t get the trustworthy time-matter results from them.

DPD is simply the last. As already written in many other reviews, no attempt is made to deliver, although announced. When delivery is made, parcels are simply left in front of the front door - accessible to everyone - even though you are sitting at home waiting for the parcel. All parcel services from DHL, Hermes, UPS, GLS bring the parcel to the front door, even to the 3rd floor and also during Corona times. Only DPD throws them somewhere. In the future, I will make sure to only order shipping with other service providers. Everyone should do that, then DPD might change.
Driver makes derogatory remark "How can you order something like that" in my presence, since it was a heavier package and he obviously didn't feel like carrying it!
I would prefer not to give a star at all. Even though somebody is at home, the package is dropped and easily discarded in front of everyone's door (especially visible in fresh snow, when you see where the footprints end and how far away the package is) badly damaged, not infrequently with large holes in the box that you could be happy if the goods were still in there. Not at all.
Agreements are not kept, incorrect information about the whereabouts is given and packages only arrive as they should with luck. It just can't be! Will avoid DPD in the future.
