DPD has (in our catchment area 09xxx, not ?? Aschaffenburg ??) imho the worst customer service of all large delivery companies. Although the recipient was present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, parcels are simply taken to the nearest parcel shop WITHOUT (!) Written notification. According to the motto "LOOK FOR ME".
