Second negative experience - packages were handed over wet. Something has leaked in the delivery vehicle. It smelled of basil oil. So 10 out of 100 moving boxes were immediately unusable. If the packages had been there longer, we would have had to throw them all away.

This is the second time I have to look for my package. It's always delivered, but it's just not there. Once I had to look for my tires at the wholesaler, this time my address is given, but you just can't find anything on the property. I mean 4 tires are not small that you just can't see them.

After the delivery driver was approached about it, 18 car tires were thrown into the hallway and my wife was also insulted. Super fast delivery from other EU countries, flawless shipping tracking via PC and mobile, notification of the time corridor (only one hour) on the day of delivery (a quarter of an hour before expiry). It doesn't really get any better. Hey, DHL, ... you can still learn something here!

I am very satisfied with our DPD delivery, which comes once a month. The package is always deposited at the agreed location. The only point deduction that, depending on the driver, isn't turned on when I'm at home. I don't find it so dramatic now, because it's probably just faster. DPD announces 3 days in a row that 3 parcels will be delivered. The status on the 3rd day means that the parcels will be taken back to the warehouse by the 4th! Day to be delivered. I happen to see that despite my forced uninterrupted 3-day presence at home !!! the package was given to someone I don't even know! Live tracker does not work, service phone stops in the middle of the announcement. Complaint emails are initially dismissed with the usual wording that I read everywhere on the DPD website. I hope that this disaster will end.

The deliverers are getting lazier, 4th sock without elevator ... then the doorbell never rings and the parcel is handed in on the ground floor, even though I work in the home office and am at home all day. You pay shipping costs ..... yes, yes I know CORONA ..... I can no longer hear the excuse. I didn't really want to give it a star, but it has to be one.

I bought something on the eBay site that I urgently needed for work.
Unfortunately the seller sent the goods with DPD delivery service! According to the information on the shipment tracking, the package should have been with me on Friday, 08/21/2020. But, for an unknown reason, the courier of the DPD delivery service decided not to ring my doorbell and not to hand over my package!
In my mailbox he simply left a message that the package could not be delivered and took it to a neighboring town (in the so-called pickup parcel shop). There are many pickup parcel shops in Nuremberg (also not far from my house). BUT! You will laugh! In the neighboring town he got another great idea - to bring my package back to the DPD warehouse.

I do not have a car! The journey by public transport to this neighboring village takes about 40 minutes (one way). I started to write emails to DPD support asking them to have my package delivered to me, but in return I received emails that were prepared for such cases (we're very sorry, blah blah blah ). Then I called support and they explained that this process could take a few more days! I understood it this way: The package will be in the Pickup Parcel Shop for 7 days. Then it will be brought back to the DPD warehouse and, if I'm lucky, it will be processed again and delivered to my address! (Or maybe not to me again, but in another pickup parcel shop)! It's DPD!
As I said, what I bought was urgently needed for work. So I had to ask a colleague to go to this neighboring village and pick up my package. Of course I had to pay for it too. "Thank you" DPD!

Had a bad experience again. I ordered drinks (24kg). The driver rang the bell and I asked him to bring the package upstairs. Of course he put it down on the first floor and disappeared. Since I can't lift heavily, the delivery was a nice alternative, but unfortunately it didn't help me.

Package completely broken, although caution was glass sticker on it. The doorbell was not rang and the package was simply put in front of the door. Your attitude towards handling the goods is the very last thing!
