Second negative experience - packages were handed over wet. Something has leaked in the delivery vehicle. It smelled of basil oil. So 10 out of 100 moving boxes were immediately unusable. If the packages had been there longer, we would have had to throw them all away.

Unfriendly staff on the phone. Parcel carriers do not deliver but bring the parcels straight to a parcel shop. Complaints are ignored. Parcel shops are indicated that do not exist (the last parcel is in a parcel shop; however, there is no shop with the name at the address given)

This is the second time I have to look for my package. It's always delivered, but it's just not there. Once I had to look for my tires at the wholesaler, this time my address is given, but you just can't find anything on the property. I mean 4 tires are not small that you just can't see them.

I was at home waiting for the package. It was simply parked next to the front door. The messenger simply didn't want to carry the package up to the 2nd floor. I was allowed to do that. It only weighed 20kg.

Although a change of delivery date was requested online, the goods were delivered on the original date. After the delivery driver was approached about it, 18 car tires were thrown into the hallway and my wife was also insulted. This delivery person should think about whether he is even suitable for this job. Because of such behavior, a positive evaluation has slipped into the distance.

DPD deliverers are always friendly, punctual and competent. Always get the goods intact. Therefore 5 stars!

Delivery in the mailbox is totally okay! The information about the delivery location in the shipment tracking was a bit mysterious: "AO PK" + last name. Whatever is meant by that ... AO possibly for storage location. PK: Unfortunately, Google research was unsuccessful ...

You specify a storage location with the exact description of where the package should be stored, and the stupid ones simply put it in front of the front door and don't ring the doorbell yet.

Always trouble with dpd. Allegedly parcels are being delivered, but we have not received the parcel, nor have we been informed where else it was delivered. You have to do real detective work to get your packages.

Super fast delivery from other EU countries, flawless shipping tracking via PC and mobile, notification of the time corridor (only one hour) on the day of delivery (a quarter of an hour before expiry). It doesn't really get any better. Hey, DHL, ... you can still learn something here!

Although someone was there all day, the package was delivered to the neighbor. Not a good service and not recommended.

I am very satisfied with our DPD delivery, which comes once a month. The package is always deposited at the agreed location. The only point deduction that, depending on the driver, isn't turned on when I'm at home. I don't find it so dramatic now, because it's probably just faster. I know that the guys are always pressed for time and that they always have a lot to do in the age of all online orders. That's what shipment tracking is for.

Everything is blamed on the virus, the main thing is that you don't have to climb stairs. Package is simply parked in the house entrance and not even paying attention that the house entrance door falls into the lock. You could have put the package on the mezzanine floor, because I was informed about the virus, but do NOT wear a mask myself.

DPD announces 3 days in a row that 3 parcels will be delivered. The status on the 3rd day means that the parcels will be taken back to the warehouse by the 4th! Day to be delivered. I happen to see that despite my forced uninterrupted 3-day presence at home !!! the package was given to someone I don't even know! Live tracker does not work, service phone stops in the middle of the announcement. Complaint emails are initially dismissed with the usual wording that I read everywhere on the DPD website. I hope that this disaster will end.

My shipment has not yet arrived even though it has been marked as delivered. To this day I have not received an answer to multiple inquiries by email. 08/27/2020 first request, 09/08/2020 second request !!! Apparently nobody works there who feels responsible for it ... Best deliverer - NOT!

The deliverers are getting lazier, 4th sock without elevator ... then the doorbell never rings and the parcel is handed in on the ground floor, even though I work in the home office and am at home all day. You pay shipping costs ..... yes, yes I know CORONA ..... I can no longer hear the excuse. I didn't really want to give it a star, but it has to be one.
If I deliver my work so miserably, I'll be fired the next day.

I bought something on the eBay site that I urgently needed for work.
Unfortunately the seller sent the goods with DPD delivery service! According to the information on the shipment tracking, the package should have been with me on Friday, 08/21/2020. But, for an unknown reason, the courier of the DPD delivery service decided not to ring my doorbell and not to hand over my package!
In my mailbox he simply left a message that the package could not be delivered and took it to a neighboring town (in the so-called pickup parcel shop). There are many pickup parcel shops in Nuremberg (also not far from my house). BUT! You will laugh! In the neighboring town he got another great idea - to bring my package back to the DPD warehouse.
When I saw this "play" I wrote to support and asked them to bring my package to my address. I got no answer!
On Monday, August 24th, 2020, I opened the DPD tracking page and what do I see?
My parcel goes back to the same pickup parcel shop in the neighboring town. I write to support again and ask why my package is not being delivered to my address again, but to a Pickup parcel shop?
But the support service is silent!
I watch my package travel to the neighboring village and I can't do anything.
Suddenly, right after my package was handed over to Pickup Parcel Shop, the support team wrote to me!
And in their email they report that the package was successfully delivered! And I just have to go to the neighboring town and pick up my package!
I do not have a car! The journey by public transport to this neighboring village takes about 40 minutes (one way). I started to write emails to DPD support asking them to have my package delivered to me, but in return I received emails that were prepared for such cases (we're very sorry, blah blah blah ). Then I called support and they explained that this process could take a few more days! I understood it this way: The package will be in the Pickup Parcel Shop for 7 days. Then it will be brought back to the DPD warehouse and, if I'm lucky, it will be processed again and delivered to my address! (Or maybe not to me again, but in another pickup parcel shop)! It's DPD!
As I said, what I bought was urgently needed for work. So I had to ask a colleague to go to this neighboring village and pick up my package. Of course I had to pay for it too. "Thank you" DPD!
I have never used DPD services and I will never do so. Git you don't hear the words I am using orally now!

Parcels have not been properly delivered several times. Today, for example, nobody even rang the bell and the package was simply parked on the sidewalk in front of the car entrance, although no parking okay or something similar was agreed. There was also no note in the mailbox. It has to be done differently.

Unfortunately, even though you are at home, there is no ringing at all. It is handed in directly in the shop next door, although no permission has been given for it. Persecution online unfortunately very bad and not delivered in the specified period. Unfortunately, it's a shame!

Had a bad experience again. I ordered drinks (24kg). The driver rang the bell and I asked him to bring the package upstairs. Of course he put it down on the first floor and disappeared. Since I can't lift heavily, the delivery was a nice alternative, but unfortunately it didn't help me.

The live tracking and forecast to deliver was perfect. Nevertheless, it would have made sense to at least sound short and let it know that it will be turned off. Since it can disappear pretty quickly in a house with 30 apartments where everyone walks past it.

1 star is still too much. Driver leaves parcels in a hotel that is not even on my street at a side entrance. If the friendly receptionist hadn't called me, the package would have disappeared.

A delivery period of 1 hour announced via the app, which is usually complied with after approx. 20 minutes, delivery to the apartment door (3rd floor) and an always friendly delivery person - it couldn't be better . Anyway, a "thank you" from me DPD and so on .

Package completely broken, although caution was glass sticker on it. The doorbell was not rang and the package was simply put in front of the door. Your attitude towards handling the goods is the very last thing!

Unfortunately, the package was not stored in the shed but visible to every passer-by in the carport. Every parcel service manages to store the parcel as requested. Unfortunately, DPD does not. Please touch up here.

Only bad. I only issued a parking permit for the covered terrace. Delivery is always simply left in front of the door, rang the bell once and the messenger is gone. Anyone can take the package with them on the busy route and when it rains the contents are soaked. Or the package comes straight to a shop that is far away.

Personally, 99% of the time I have no problems with DPD ... mostly delivered after posting the next day, quite precisely on time. Unfortunately, I often have more problems with the other provider with D at the beginning.

I take the extra time to take the package, especially when it is difficult to accept it personally and the DPD doesn't even ring the bell. My doorbell rang, I immediately said at the door intercom that I was coming down to the ground floor (since the DPD postmen would leave immediately if you didn't respond to the bell after 3 seconds).
