Had booked storage OK. Parcel was booked as "deposited at storage location" as delivered and could not be found. No clue card in the box. I have 12 neighbors in the house who all work and had to go on a long search. In times of Corona, it makes no sense to have to check out all the neighbors and also not customer-friendly if you can simply park my parcel as desired. CONTACT-FREE. I have better things to do after work than worrying and searching for the package for hours and thinking that it is already lost. Book a card or correctly book the statement online or leave it there as the customer wishes. j
